I found a great ice cream shop in Barcelona this time — the storefront has a charming retro vibe, and the interior is simple, but the flavor selection is amazing. 🍦 On the first day, I had pistachio and coconut. Both had a perfectly balanced sweet and salty taste with rich layers — I preferred the coconut! 🍦 On the second day, I tried mango — super refreshing! They also have peach and strawberry, but I’ll have to save those for next time. Only €3.80 for two scoops — a price you’d never even dream of in the UK 😭 📍 Cremeria Toscana

Do you always eat dessert? I used not to eat dessert at all. Then I met my wife and I got used to eating dessert after each and every meal. 😅 Nowadays, I don't always feel like eating dessert. I recently came back from a trip to Asia and, there, most restaurants don't offer desserts. And I realized that, even here in Europe 🇪🇺, Asian restaurants don't bother offering desserts anymore. That makes sense: if you want dessert you go to a dessert place. Period. 🫡 The other night we were leaving a Chinese restaurant 🇨🇳 that did not offer dessert options. I was super full but my son insisted he want ice cream 🍨. We were just around the corner from La Cremeria Toscana so we took him there. I already mentioned I don't like their gelato too much (not their fault, I just don't like it 🤷) so I was not planning on having anything... yet I saw in their fridge something new that they call "nebules" (or maybe they misspelled "neules", in Catalan 🤔). It's a cigar-shaped dry waffle covered with chocolate and filled with some kind of cold (not ice) cream. And they had white chocolate and pistachio ones... and these I had to try. 😋 TBH, that sounded better than it was. The taste was ok but not great. I could not feel the pistachio too much. I don't know what the cream was but the texture was fine. What was less fine was that the waffle was too wide and only half of each bite ended up in my mouth... and the rest on the floor. 😓 I paid €3.5 for it and I found that slightly too expensive. For that price, I don't think I would repeat the experience. Quality & taste: 6/10 Quantities: 7/10 Atmosphere: n/a Originality: 9/10 Ratio price / quality: 6/10 Service: n/a How I felt afterwards: 6/10

I have tried quite a few gelato places in Barcelona, but I keep coming back to this place. Gelato tastes great, and the price is good compared to other places. My go-to gelato is Hazelnut and Pistachio, which tastes awesome 👌

Google
Perfect ending to a Barcelona night!! A long yet fast moving line, service by friendly staff … offering a wide range of ice cream. Eat it fast on a warm Catalan evening!

Google
Cool ice cream place in Barcelona. I recommend visiting if there isn't a queue outside. We waited for 20+ mins but it's not really worth the wait. It's just a regular ice cream shop.

The atmosphere was outstanding, service was good. I kinda thought the flavors weren't a mindblowing out of world experience but they were fun nonetheless. Around 5£ per customer. Aesthetic of the store is very cozy and welcoming, although you are most likely going to be waiting in a line for a while so be ready for that.

Google
I was expecting a lot more from this place. One of the worst vainilla I tried in my life, very artificial flavor. This is a classic that any ice cream place should make right. Same about cookies and cream and pistachio. There are many better places a few minutes walking distance for the same price. Unfortunately, a disappointing experience… the staff wasn’t very friendly either.

One of the pleasures of summer is ice cream, and this place is one of the best in Barcelona. I tried lemon, mango, pistachio, and more. They also have delicious desserts, but I prefer their ice cream!

Yelp
My favorite gelato shop during the trip. The staff don't speak a lot of English, but they were friendly and you can get by with some of gesturing. We liked that it was away from the main tourist street as many locals drop by to pickup their own treats also. We ordered a large cup to share between two people, which could fit 3 flavors and was plenty after a full dinner meal. They have a large range of flavors, ranging from super creamy chocolate to light fresh fruit options. We got the Baci Perugina (hazelnut), tiramisu and cheesecake. The cheesecake was our favorite! They have a lovely sitting area upstairs to enjoy whatever you end up picking. Lovely quirky decorations and a cozy space.

Yelp
Stopped in around 11pm to try their gelato. We loved the mango and yogurt frutti flavors. Also the chocolate fondant. We will be back!

Yelp
The lady is super rude it's disgusting. Waited in line since 11:30 and they close at 12. She decides to cut off the line and not respect the people that have been there waiting. It takes 30 seconds to serve an ice cream cup which she refused. Literally took more time arguing about not serving a ice cream because she's tired and wants to go home. Showed her my itinerary leaving Barcelona at 8 am and kicked me out.

Yelp
Relatively cheap compared to other gelato places in the city. A large, which can fit up to 3 flavors, will run you 3.50 Eur. They are cash only. We tried the bacio, pistachio, and tiramisu and loved all 3 flavors! So we got a second cup with strachiatella, hazelnut, and regular chocolate. There wasn't a clear winner; all flavors were rich, creamy, and flavorful. So pick your favorite flavors! Their second floor has couches, tables, and chairs that are arranged like a cute cafe. Great place to bring a date after dinner or walk from the Sagrada Familia!

Yelp
Delicious gelato. Longish line of locals on a Sunday afternoon. I've gone here twice in 4 days. Chocolate and pistachio are best.

Yelp
Small, cute and cozy place! Great customer service and love their ice cream. They have a variety of other desserts which are also really good. I definitely recomend this place while visiting Barcelona.

Yelp
Amazing ice cream, so rich flavor! I've tried the pistachio and the hazelnut flavors and was blown away, there was ton of real nuts crashed inside and this was a party for my senses! Highly recommended to visit this place when in town, they work late so its a great after dinner dessert. Portions are huge too so if you are full get just one serving

Yelp
Accidentally chanced on this place. Tourists and locals lined up patiently. Was slept all at first but after trying their gelato I must say this is one of the best gelato so we've had yet. The pistachio was certainly the best we have had to date. And in terms price vs quality ratio this place trumps many of the places we've dined at in Barcelona.

Yelp
Possibly best or second best gelato I've ever had in my life. Such a great find right by the Picasso museum!

Yelp
Easy to find. Very small location. Only takes cash. The Little chose strawberry, and I chose limone. The limone was sweet, smooth, and had good pucker. Very light and delicious. The strawberry tasted like fresh mashed. Not too sweet, and not too over the top with fake flavoring. Tasted like pure strawberry awesomeness. We will be going back to try other flavors.

Yelp
