Lovely owner with lovely cats, very proud of her flavours and shared that they were all natural and handmade. We had the chocolate caramel, mango, lemon ginger sorbet, cherry almond chocolate flavour. Chocolate caramel was mousse like, foamy and airy, very soft and not that cold. Kinda strange to me but if you don’t like cold things, go for it. Lemon ginger was dry and icy, the flavour is refreshing. People who love a rough sandy shaved ice might like it. The mango tasted like milk with some fruity hint? It was questionable and it inspired to finish it while questioning the flavour. The cherry almond chocolate sounded really innovative, the taste caught me off guard like a thunderstorm in summer. I was not prepared for the sweetness and the rich flavours of maraschino cherries. It is a dangerously sweet dessert for my health.

A charming little spot run by a lovely old lady with equally lovely cats - the kind of place you want to fall in love with. She proudly shared how all the ice creams were handmade using milk from small Greek farms. It all sounded like the start of a beautiful dessert story… until the tasting began. The chocolate caramel was more like a melted mousse than ice cream - perfect if you enjoy your gelato with the texture of a cloud that’s been sitting in the sun too long. The lemon ginger sorbet was so icy - try it only if you like your sorbets crunchy. The mango? Let’s just say it was very shy. As for the cherry almond chocolate, turns out “cherry” meant maraschino; something we were definitely not expecting. We loved the heart behind the shop, but the ice cream is meant only for the adventurous.

High quality, small batch ice cream. Loved the kaimaki with buffalo milk. The owner is really lovely and explained the whole menu to me, including the milks used and the flavours. Loved the whole experience.

If you pass by here without stopping you are making a huge mistake. The fresh fruits and flavors really shine through. I don’t even like cherry and I ate my cherry granita. The almond was particularly good and I don’t even like almond flavor either. The lemon ginger was also good. Like I said if you walk by you owe it to yourself to see what they have.

This place was a highlight in Athens. Little place with homemade Greek flavors. First off I almost never order ice cream cause I don't usually care for it but this place is different. We ordered mastiha flavor(resin from a tree used to make liquor) and cream flavor. The ice cream wasn't ice cold which I loved and it had a stickier consistency which was delightful. I also ordered a lemonade which was amazing. The lady who ran it squeezed it fresh and used the whole lemon so I got some of the flesh bits as well which was amazing. I only like fresh lemonade and this beat anything I've had from a shop. If I'm ever in Athens again I hope this place is still around. I'll be returning if I can. Highly recommend a visit to get real quality ice cream made with local ingredients and care.

Such a lovely experience! We’re a family of italians and have been searching for a while for good gelato! This is an absolute treasure with the sweetest owner! She was so kind and explained the way she made her gelato and it was the authentic way gelato is made (a way not used anymore even in italy!) She was so so sweet and it was such a pleasure to meet her!

We got two tubs - one tub with a kind of vanilla with mastica, plus chocolate; and the other with pomegranate, plus pistachio and cardamon. All were delicious! The pomegranate was so good that we ate it all before remembering to take a photo! All of the ice creams are hand made, with different kinds of milk to suit the flavours of the ice cream. Highly recommended!

A gem of a gelato store. Luscious and original flavours a far cry from the bulk offerings of other ice creameries. Get away from the crowds and wow your tastebuds.
