Creole Culinary Classroom

Anna's class was so much fun - and delicious! My husband, myself, and our 17 year old son attended the Caribbean Twist class. We were joined by another couple and a solo traveler and while we didn't know each other to start, by the end of the evening it felt like we were with old friends. The food was delicious and Anna does a great job involving everyone in each step of the process. We even have a few (shocking!) photos of our stoic son smiling! I highly recommend this class! We've taken cooking classes at Sur la Tabla and at several local restaurants and this was right up there in knowledge, fun, and trying something new (and delicious)! Thank you so much, Anna, for spending your time with us and sharing your delicious recipes! Can't wait to make Johnny Cakes and the fresh fish salad here at home!

I had such a fun experience! Anna is an amazing chef and very easygoing and great at instructing. We made delicious fish fritters, creole sauce, stuffed chayote, pina colada creme brûlée, and passion fruit mojitos! The class was fun and I learned a lot. The classroom is clean and everyone can select an apron with matching chefs hat to wear. I can't wait to make these dishes back home!

Had such a great time with Anna! Found her through Viator and was able to make a last min reservation. We made 4 dishes, and 2 drinks! Anna made the experience fun and educational. Everything was fresh and delicious. Will come back and highly recommend her! She's located in Paradise Mall, there's parking available right out front.

We took a class with Anna while visiting in Sint Maarten. It was myself, my husband, and two adult daughters. Anna was wonderful, patient, friendly, and engaging! We learned a lot and the food was so good. It was definitely worth the money and time well spent. I highly recommend this class!

We had a lot of fun cooking with Ana! There were 8 of us, four couples. We started the cooking class just right, by making rum punch 😂. Three hours passed very swiftly and we actually learned a few new tricks! Ana is a lovely chef, who was tolerating our rambunctious party with humor. Highly recommend Creole Culinary Classroom!

We had so much fun at Creole Culinary Classroom! We learned some delicious creole dishes and cocktails that we'll definitely be replicating at home! Anna was so kind, knowledgeable and an amazing host! I definitely recommend this experience to share with friends and families for a fun experience where you also learn about the culture and cuisine of the region. Everything was perfectly organised so you just have to show up ready for a great time and you're guaranteed to leave satisfied with a full belly and a smile on your face!

Wonderfully designed kitchen for classes. Chef Rafael was a great teacher and helped us learn so many things. Everyone had fun and enjoyed the conversations, atmosphere and wine. Chef Rafael brought us through many Creole dishes on route to a great dinner. Would highly recommend.

What an experience ! I love the cosy homie design of this place, Anna is welcoming ,feels like you are home and you know her 100 years ago! We were cooking chatting learned a new culinary trick. If you are on the island and in to cooking this is the place where you have to be !
