The service was befitting the hotel name.elegant spacious luxurious rooms with all amenities available. We (hubbs & i) had a pleasant comfortable stay with you.we definitely coming again and best believe we going to spread the word about your service

As you asked me at least 4 times by email and whatsapp to get my feedback here they are: when you know that you are organizing an evening in the restaurant of your hotel, it would be respectable to warn your customers in advance and/or not to accept reservations for the night given that we come to a hotel to sleep but we cannot sleep with the noise of the DJ's music, the walls shaking in the rooms so much that the music is loud and people passing and screaming in the corridors all night long including the staff who are noisy. And the least you can do is apologize to your customers for not having warned them for the horrible night they would have to spend. And original, to leave a letter under the door the same evening to warn that the restaurant will be unavailable in the evening. No respect for your customers.

Reception is very good, makes you feel special, security guys are always alert when you arrive and want to park your vehicle, car always OK after the trip, food choices always preferable and well cooked.

It was not bad even though I was sent a mail for me to choose the room that I want bt I was given a different room by your officer,maybe I don't know how it works that side

I slept on a king size bed in a huge room that had all the amenities that make one feel at home. The staff are friendly and ready serve guests.

A nice hotel. A good value when they are offering a special rate. The rooms are nice. It is in the old main mall. It is centrally located.

The service was great the hotel was very clean every day the location is good on the center the rooms are fantastic
