It was awesome to be able to see this with my own eyes, definitely a unique experience! The public viewing platform wasn’t too crowded and provided decent visibility.

Yelp
The Cresta Run, celebrating its 125 anniversary in 2010, is a 1,212m long ice run, which starts in St Moritz and ends in Celerina, the next village along the Engadine Valley; the gradient varies between 2.8 to 1 (at its steepest point) and 8.7 to 1; it is one of the only toboggan runs in the world intended only for riding Skeleton toboggans. The Run is organised by the St Moritz Tobogganing Club (SMTC); women are invited to ride on one day per season, as a guest of a member, it is otherwise a run on which only men may ride. The season begins on 20th December, conditions permitting and ends on the first Saturday in March. Beginners may attend the club and receive instruction on riding technique on most weekdays, excluding Wednesdays. On line booking is advisable: http://www.cresta-run.com
