Beautiful place, staff were attentive & polite, impeccable service. The pool was very busy as a Saturday so unfortunately we did not use, but everything else perfect. Massage at the spa was spot on…followed by a lovely meal at the Brassiere where the waitress could not do enough for us. Would highly recommend Crewe Hall and hope to visit again.

Upon arrival wow, what a building.checkin was great , family room good. We arrived at 3.30 and headed to the lounge for food as advertised on line service till 6pm only to be told they had finished and next available food would be 5pm at brasserie. This unfortunately did not fit in our schedule so had to leave site to eat which was disappointing. Web site needs updating.||Managed to fit in a swim which was very nice. Beds comfortable and breakfast fantastic. Overall stay very nice just disappointed about lounge food not available.would however still return, stunning setting and building.

**Hotel Review: Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa, Cheshire**As a solo traveler with my beloved sausage dog, Stanley, I recently had the opportunity to stay at Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa for one night. Here’s my experience:**Location:** The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent. Nestled in beautiful grounds, it provides a serene backdrop for relaxation and exploration. The picturesque setting truly enhances the overall experience.**Arrival and Service:** Unfortunately, my arrival experience was somewhat disappointing. The service upon check-in felt slow and not particularly welcoming. There was no offer of assistance with my luggage or guidance on where I could take Stanley, which left me feeling a bit lost. I expected a more hospitable reception, especially given the hotel’s reputation.**Room Quality:** On a positive note, the room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a lovely spacious bathroom that included a plush robe and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and soap. I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay.**Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay.**Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for my day.**Overall Impression:** While my stay had its ups and downs, the beautiful setting and the quality of the accommodations were highlights. I hope that the service experience can be improved for future guests, as that would truly elevate the stay. I would consider returning, especially for the lovely grounds and excellent breakfast, but I would hope for a more welcoming atmosphere next time.

The original features in the old part of the building are stunning. We enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant and the choice on offer at breakfast was great. All members of staff we dealt with were friendly and efficient. ||The bedroom, which was in the new wing was a bit drab but very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hair drier had an extremely short lead so I could only dry my hair sat on the floor and away from the mirror. We didn't use the spa but it looked lovely.

We came for a spa break with one night and spa deal with dinner. We absolutely loved our room which had character, seperate entrance and it was so quiet. Dinner was brilliant, my mushroom ravioli and raspberry delice was amazing. My husband curry looked and tasted amazing too. Breakfast was great, buffet style, the staff tells you which times are busy with is helpful as we did avoid crowds. Spa treatments and facilities were amazing too. We are definitely booking again!

Im a member of this gym but hadn’t used the spa here before. I had a hour full body massage with Julie that was half price because of the late booking last minute deal. It was the best massage of my life! And Ive had a few. Julie read my mind and seemed to know that I didn’t want to make polite conversation, she was so intuitive and caring, allowing me the rest and relaxation I so desperately needed. Im usually disappointed with massages as they are not hard enough on my neck/shoulders and too hard on my legs but I honestly couldn’t have imagined anything better than this hour today, I cannot wait to book in again- thank you Julie you wonderful wonderful woman

We stayed in the new wing. Rooms were clean and spacious. The older section is gorgeous, with fantastic woodworking, stained glass and architecture. It was a very pleasant experience simply wandering through the hotel. The only downside is that it is close to nothing and transportation is required for anything outside the hotel grounds.
