The staff at this establishment is exceptional. The management has made no shortage of requests, and they have consistently exceeded them. The staff is highly attentive and provides exceptional assistance. The valet staff goes above and beyond their duties. The overall atmosphere is very pleasant. The maintenance crew is also highly skilled and efficient. I highly recommend this establishment.

They offered excellent advice and consistently kept us informed, which has given us a great sense of security. So I’ve had the opportunity to live at Crimson Houston for approximately 2 years I’d say, and I absolutely enjoy it. I don’t think there is anything I can say that’s negative about the property given my own experience. The Staff is amazing, everyone there, maintenance, leasing Consultants, concierge, and even the food truck personnel that come and serve the small community. The location is perfect, and the community is well taken care of. Everyone that I have met either in the hall way or elevator has been super nice, cool and respectful. It’s a unique community and everyone there works together to keep it the way it is. The staff is extremely helpful, and will bend over backwards for their community. I’ve noticed they try and meet everyone’s needs and expectations. I understand everyone’s experience and expectations may be different but this is my experience living at Crimson. It’s not your typical apartment complex. Not even close. It’s a little pricey, but very well worth every penny.

I recently moved out of The Crimson after nearly two years and felt it was only right to leave a review. From the units to the amenities and staff, everything meets—and even exceeds—what you’d expect from a luxury complex. It’s rare to leave an apartment with zero complaints, but that’s exactly my experience here. A huge shoutout to the unsung heroes of the leasing office, James and Luke (who worked his ass off doubling as a concierge at times)—two of the friendliest, most accommodating, and genuinely helpful apartment staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They were consistently present throughout our stay and I hope they know how highly regarded and spoken of they are throughout the complex by the tenants. Their service truly made a difference. The valet team was always on top of it. Ahmed was always extra accommodating and his work ethic consistently stood out. Big thanks to the concierge staff particularly Adnan as well. One of the biggest Houston apartment living concerns wasn’t one here. Security was an A+, as both the complex and my vehicle were always safe and well-maintained. If the price point fits your budget and you’re looking to live in the River Oaks area, I honestly don’t know why you’d consider anywhere else.

My wife and I visited the Crimson Apartments for the first time in December. We were impressed with so many things. The building is impressive. The shared spaces are well designed and filled with quality furniture and artwork. The entire building, including every hallway, elevator, and meeting room we entered was impeccably maintain and spotless. The apartments are beautiful with hardwood floors and upscale amenities. Although we were thrilled with the complex, we would be remiss if we didn’t mention the leasing agent, James Hernandez, who took the time to work with us when we visited in December and then again this month. James was truly outstanding. We say this after visiting multiple buildings in the Houston area. His competence and service were exceptional. He set himself apart with his engaging personality and attention to detail. He answered all our questions and made us feel like he had a personal interest in our finding our new home. In summary, the Crimson is a luxury apartment complex that stands above the competition in the Houston area. But the best properties set themselves apart with the people who work in them and the service they provide. Our experience at the Crimson and with James has made our choice of a new residence an easy one.

I visited The Crimson apartments in February. The location is fantastic - everything you need is within walking distance, from great restaurants to shops and entertainment. But what really sets this complex apart is the exceptional service provided by the team, particularly Bea Maritz. Bea has been incredibly responsive, friendly, and proactive in addressing any issues that have arisen. Her professionalism and dedication to ensuring residents have a wonderful living experience are truly commendable. The apartments themselves are beautifully maintained, with modern amenities that make life so much easier. The complex's overall atmosphere is welcoming and secure, giving me peace of mind!!!!
