Beautiful view, clean rooms, regular breakfast! Good value for money.

Due to the poor customer service I've experienced in Romania over the years, I honestly didn't think the staff would be so professional and kind, but they definitely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, we received a very warm welcome, which was much needed. Our room was really comfortable and even had a balcony that we could sit on and admire the view. Breakfast was included and although there wasn't much variety, the food was tasty and fresh. Will definitely be returning.

Very well located hotel in the center of the resort with staff ready to help if needed - this is a good thing. Otherwise, there is not much to say, considering that there are no other extra services except for breakfast, which is common (buffet with omelette that comes a little and you have to wait for it because it comes late, sausages, cereals, milk), coffee that is of good quality but given with the portion (there are some coffees in thermos because there is no coffee machine). The hotel facilities are overpassed from the 90s. Last night I had a nuisance (even usually the night is very silent) caused by the neighbors from the villa next door who held a noisy party all night, but probably the hotel had no reaction because there was no staff at night.|In Oct prices were ok for the quality of the provided services.||Enjoy

The view from this hotel is breath taking. We got a suite at this hotel, which comes with a large bedroom a super tiny living room and the smallest washroom you can possibly imagine. We appreciated the friendly staff at the reception and the quality fo the breakfast food. There was an awful smell coming from the sewage I suppose, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is a standard 3 star. I appreciated the fact that all the staff was very polite. The breakfast was a bit too late ( 08.30) . The coffee from the breakfast was surprisingly good. There is no restaurant, no bar. It not that close to Drumul rosu slope but relatively close to Bradu slope.

✔ 1- The room was spacious and clean. 2- The hotel was quit. 3- Breakfast was acceptable. 4- Staffs were to friendly and helpful for their guests. ✘ 1- It would be nice if there is additional trash in the room beside the one at the restroom. 2- I would recommend add slippers. 3- Some sockets are loose and should be tighten.

10.10-13.10 We just left the hotel after 3 nights. The rooms, service, cleaness and atmosphere was outstanding. We needed to leave early (two hours before the hotels breakfast) so they made us sandwiches and packed for us fruit with grace and a smile. Thanks to the whole staff, we recommend 100%!!!! Really a nice surprise. Breakfast ok, quiet, friendly staff, wonderful time spent there.||||Parking free.Rooms clean bathroom ok. Warm in cold period. Nice garden for children, balconies and elevator. Close to center.
