Basic room. Small TV. Basic bathroom. No restaurant. No parking......the only positive is that it is right in downtown. Overpriced.

Amazing hotel, friendly lady on reception, lovely room, big parking at the rear of the property (chargeable) but good value.

Ðecember 22nd. Outside temperature 2 degrees. Only thin sheet on bed. NO blankets. I asked for heating which is reasonble as radiator was cold and aircon for heating not working. I had to put hairdryer ( also broken)on to warm bathroom/wc Bad tempered man on reception could not/would not use Google translate. I did to say I was cold . He indicated no heating until 8pm. Off after 3 hours. I did ask for a blanket using Google Translate. Horrid toilet seat with yellow urin and chips. Aircon remote( see photos) was the fithiest I have ever seen. Hairdryer had its head missing. But did warm bathroom. Beyond words especially as they leave notices to say Safe and clean. AVOID. Very dated unwelcoming and COLD

Fantastic hotel in the centre of this historic walled town - much better than other nearby hotels but at the same price. Free WiFi. Secure parking (extra, but not expensive) is available in a nearby underground car park, which is an adventure in itself. The rooms are large, comfortable, and spotless. It's more like a 4 star than its 3 star rating implies. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect. The hotel is in a beautiful old building inside the city walls, the rooms are elegantly furnished. The only negative was the receptionist was not very welcoming.The car parking was a nightmare.

Beautiful hotel within the walled city. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Very helpful receptionist. We didn't eat or drink here. Recommended.

Horrible service. If you don't speak Spanish , you will have a difficult time. The locals did not welcome us, there is a sense of hatred and resentment towards Americans here.
