Reviews on this hotel are very deceptive. The pictures are taken with wide angle lenses and when you get in the room, it’s very small. There’s no air-conditioning. There are very few amenities. The staff is barely helpful. The bathroom is very small and no place to put your shaving kit or toiletries. shower is very poor quality in the water flows out onto the floor very easily. it’s very noisy at night since you’re right above the square. The rooms are Spartan and outdated. There was no restaurant available at the time May 17 2025. I would not recommend this to anyone. I was amazed to see the high reviews for this place.

Nice size room with a great view of the Cathedral. They had two twin beds set up for our children. It was beautiful. Very close to the Castillo, plaza and restaurants.

Loved this hotel! It was a nice place to skip over to rest & recover. Beautiful cathedral view and great location, laundromat down the road and great shops & food.

We stayed here for two nights just because of its quality and location, returning back from Hornillos del Camino which had very little accommodation.The whole facility here in Burgos was exceptional and overlooked the Cathedral which was just fantastic and it is right in the town centre

Perfectly centered in front of the cathedral. The view from the room was amazing. The beds and the bathroom were very clean. The shower would need a newer/lower shower-head and a curtain, and the room could have use a kettle and a little table. But outside of that, we had a lovely stay.

We arrived early and they allowed us to leave our bags as we went to explore. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t feeling well the day of our checkout and they allowed us to stay a few hours past checkout as I rested. The room was a little stuffy but I just opened the balcony windows. The view is just unbeatable! That cathedral is something you can look at for hours and find a new detail!! The only con I would say is that you will certainly be woken up by the bells. So if you are trying to sleep in until noon, this is not your place. Otherwise you can hear the beautiful sound of the bells at 9AM as your morning alarm :) I also have a white noise machine so I had no issues with hearing other hotel guests. Very safe location, would feel good here traveling as a solo female traveler.

Our room had windows opening up to the cathedral and the view was breathtaking. The room was clean and comfortable. The service was good and breakfast was also good. There are not really amenities, but if rate based on the hotel itself, we were very happy.

Best located hotel in Burgos, right next to the cathedral. Breakfast buffet at €13 was excellent. Many rooms don’t have a view of the cathedral - check ahead, but the breakfast room does. Housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Some of the reception staff less so. Beds were very comfortable, room spacious and clean, but no soundproofing so could hear all of our neighbors’ shenanigans, and the shower head was a disaster-leaked everywhere.
