We arrived early and they allowed us to leave our bags as we went to explore. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t feeling well the day of our checkout and they allowed us to stay a few hours past checkout as I rested. The room was a little stuffy but I just opened the balcony windows. The view is just unbeatable! That cathedral is something you can look at for hours and find a new detail!! The only con I would say is that you will certainly be woken up by the bells. So if you are trying to sleep in until noon, this is not your place. Otherwise you can hear the beautiful sound of the bells at 9AM as your morning alarm :) I also have a white noise machine so I had no issues with hearing other hotel guests. Very safe location, would feel good here traveling as a solo female traveler.

Perfectly centered in front of the cathedral. The view from the room was amazing. The beds and the bathroom were very clean. The shower would need a newer/lower shower-head and a curtain, and the room could have use a kettle and a little table. But outside of that, we had a lovely stay.

Main issue was finding the place by car. The reservation confirmation did not have the right address, so Google did not find the right location. By car you cannot park by the hotel and the signage is not good. The parking is across the road. The streets being narrow there is nowhere to park to walk to reception. We arrived at 18:00 and vans were parked up. The one way system and narrow streets then take you away from the location. Just be aware and check the location carefully and go to the parking first, before checking in. 3 calls to reception and noone picked up the phone. Noone was interested when we showed the confirmation email had the wrong address. So if someone in the "dirección de la empresa" is reading please get the address right. Reception people had an attitude that noone had a problem but us, but they had to admit that the confirmation address was wrong, but still it was our fault......I cannot quite compute that.

Our room had windows opening up to the cathedral and the view was breathtaking. The room was clean and comfortable. The service was good and breakfast was also good. There are not really amenities, but if rate based on the hotel itself, we were very happy.

Best located hotel in Burgos, right next to the cathedral. Breakfast buffet at €13 was excellent. Many rooms don’t have a view of the cathedral - check ahead, but the breakfast room does. Housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Some of the reception staff less so. Beds were very comfortable, room spacious and clean, but no soundproofing so could hear all of our neighbors’ shenanigans, and the shower head was a disaster-leaked everywhere.

Amazing!! Very well located, our room had a wounderfull view of the Cathedral, it was very clean and the temperature was good.||Parking is small so I suggest you write in advance so the save you a spot. If you like full view of the Cathedral they charge a daily fee of around EUR 10 or more for this rooms.

Very nice view of the cathedral. The staff is very friendly as well and gave recommendations and directions.

This is a hotel with an amazing view. Even though you can see Burgos Cathedral when you walk out of the hotel, I still think it is worth spending a little more for a room with a view. Looking out the window of the room and seeing Burgos Cathedral will make you feel full of happiness, which is very worthwhile for me.
