Excellent and friendly service. Fabulous pizza! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. All dressings are made in house.

Excellent pizza, I had half buffalo and half bacon scallop. The tofu salad and mushroom pasta were also very good, especially if you don't eat meat as some great vegetarian/vegan options.

yummy & nice. solid food. flatbread was very good, pasta noodles weren’t my favorite because the texture was a bit like harder side but my friends enjoyed it and overall flavor is not bad. everything is solid food for a reasonable price. cute outdoor fireplace lookin thing and cozy restaurant. chairs r a bit kinda close to the table a lil tight but issokkk its cozy

Everyone was so sweet to our little boy, who wandered around the outdoor bar and could have definitely been a pain for servers--but everyone was so kind. That alone would have been enough for a positive review, but Crisp has our favorite food, too! Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.

The food is always good! They have a smaller menu but everything is delicious. They have the BEST gluten free pizza I've ever eaten! We started off with the brussel sprouts appetizer, it was perfectly crunchy with a delicious semi sweet sauce. And then ended with a classic Cesar Salad that had the perfect ratio of dressing to crisp lettuce and a gluten free margarita pizza (and added a side of hot honey).

Exceptionally delicious food today. I've been here a few times. Today the pizza really lived up to the "Crisp." Charred edges and a bit charred on the bottom. Service is always good or great. The servers check in at just the right times.

Our first visit was an amazing experience! The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It was great to see the manager taking personal ownership and working in the dining room. If you like thin pizza this is a must try!

Nice ambiance but the food wasn’t overly flavorful. The spicy chicken rigatoni was alright but the flatbread special (chicken bacon ranch) was not very flavorful. The caesar salad was good but the garlic knots had barely any garlic (at least in our garlic loving opinion!)

YEAH we came back. For the same thing! The same AMAZING, delicious, flavorful and stupid cravable thing. Scallop and bacon flatbread. Unimitatable by any one flatbread lover. Unmistakable.

What a lovely meal for my tastebuds! I've never been before, but boy was it a good first time. We had to wait about 30mins, which was okay and I have often heard they are packed. But, when we were seated and I tasted the delicious truffle fries, I knew the rest of my meal would be amazing. The wicky wicky pasta was spectacular, and the name is even more fun. Major restaurant win and it was super fresh and fire!

Amazing flatbread, amazing ambiance & amazing staff! Our server Sarah did a great job accommodating my girlfriend and I on a chilly fall afternoon! Fast and attentive service and the food came out so fast! We got the buffalo chicken meatballs (a staple IMO) and a CBR flatbread. To die for! Can't wait to go back

Love crisp flatbread. I ordered the Caliente and the "Build Me Up Butternut" flatbread. Both are very delicious. The Build Me Up Butternut had me at hello: garlic oil, ricotta, whole milk mozzarella, prosciutto, fire roasted butternut squash, spinach, dried cranberries. What a combination that really works. The crew worked their butts off on this rainy evening. I recommend Crisp Too take out or even visit their dine in Crisp restaurant across the street.

Awesome pizza and cool atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place. Great selection of beer and wine as well. Everything is fairly priced but only downside is sometimes there can be a lengthy wait. That's understandable though when a place is popular of course. Just something to keep in mind if you had a larger party.

I ordered delivery from here last summer and can't believe I neglected to write a review for it. This place plays hard to get because it is rarely available when I want to order food in Cape Cod, it's too bad because it is one of my favorite places to order from. HUGE shout out to Crisp for the great veggie options. It is also one of those rare places where you can be naughty and nice with your choices simultaneously. I went the naughty AND nice route when I ordered and included some healthier stuff like one of their salads (I see that you can add tofu which is awesome, most places don't have a veggie protein add on option), and their VEGGIE MEATBALLS, intermediate with one of their flatbreads that doesn't appear to be available anymore, and naughty with an order of their truffle fries. I must have really been behaving because I see a pretzel stuffed with jalapeno cheese and managed to harness the willpower to scroll by. The salad, unfortunately I don't remember more details about specifics, was very enjoyable. The fries were also very good. The meatballs were absolutely smothered in tomato sauce with pesto and a gigantic dollop of ricotta and I am grateful for this vegetarian option. Our pizza was a summer veggie type with ricotta, zucchini, grape tomatoes, corn, and slivers of basil. I like the seasonal dish. Their other pizzas are creative concoctions. They also serve pastas and desserts. I hope they are open again at some point when I want to order in the future lol

Excellent flatbreads! Great ambiance! Enjoyed sitting at the bar and later in our visit sitting around either of the firepits!

Food is always delicious! I went with a new flavored flatbread pizza than my usual. The angry bee keeper I think it is called. I can't wait to go back because I am craving their homemade pasta!

Saturday we popped in for an early dinner ! Found seats at the bar with Charley! We shared the arugula salad and wings for starters. My husband had a beer and I enjoyed the lychee sake lemonade. (Very refreshing !) For our flatbread we ordered half caliente and the special! Great food, drinks and ambiance as always. One of our favorite places to visit - especially being from Plymouth:)

Absolutely our favorite restaurant on the Cape... love love! We enjoy the farm to table items. They have an excellent variety on the menu. Love to bring our family to crisp when they visit.

As always we left Crisp very satisfied, hands down one of the better restaurants in the Cape! Covid has caused many restaurants to have a significant reduction in service and surprisingly food quality but Crisp remains immune to this. We ordered pasta dish along with a pizza both were prepared and tasted excellent but our server this time was exceptional. She was some of the best service we have experienced dining out in some time. If you are looking for a tasty enjoyable dining experience on Cape Cod Crisp Flatbread will deliver!

The wait was long but the pizza was so AMAZING. Worth the wait! I recommend the pizza with the French fries

We got some take out and really enjoyed it. We ordered a scallop and bacon pizza along with a starter of meatballs. Both were excellent and I would order them again. Look forward to getting back there soon.

Wonderful evening. The restaurant was great. The food was great and the service was wonderful.

Food well done here. We tried the mushroom garlic flatbread and veggie meatballs, both delicious Some items on the menu had a NoCal connection, like Lagunitas Ale and Humboldt Fog Blue Cheese, which made me smile. Ample seating outdoors, and popular due as evidenced by the waiting list. We were seated within 5 minutes. Great place in the center of Osterville..

The food here was borderline inedible. The main issue is their sauce, which is either on or on the side of most of the dishes we ordered. It's easily the worst tomato sauce I've eaten at a restaurant. It was sweet, thick and chunky. The pizza was very undercooked, and the spinach dip and the crisps that came with it were bland but the pasta that came with the chicken parm was the the standout worst part. I'm all for al dente but this thick tagliatelle was plain undercooked and then slathered in that same disgusting sauce. Is sweet sauce a New England thing? The vibe and ambience keep this from a 1 star review. The service was also good. We had to wait 40min for a table of 4 on a Wed night, which means this place is popular but for the life of me, I can't see why.

The food was so so good! I've been coming to crisp for 3 years and i've never been disappointed! The tuscan salmon pasta is out of this world! Ali was our server and she was so great!! Crisp really has the best vibes and is good for any occasion!!

Exceptional food. Pizza is the best of its kind. Fresh ingredients and feels light (on a per slice basis, but you will feel full after a 2-3 slices), healthy ( not greasy like regular pizza places).

The food is outstanding at Crisp. Great menu and lots of choices for everyone. Wonderful staff. Christian is one of the best managers in the business. Always look forward to visiting and dining in. They have Crisp Too right across the street for takeout.

The service and the food were great. Christian was very attentive and the timing of the apps and pizza was perfect. The best part we could eat outside in December.

Everyone is cheerful at Crisp, especially Meghan (Shania) and all the servers enjoyed watching me park my car between the lines for a few laughs. Service from Meghan was prompt and friendly. The Margherita pizza was hot and crispy. Tomatoes cheese and basil leaves covered my pizza along w swirls of a basil/cream sauce. We added Italian sausage to complete our pizza. DeliciousFlatbread Pizza! The atmosphere is eclectic with barn boards on one wall and subway tile behind the bar. Craft beers/ales on tap w a new one showcased each day. Wine selection is satisfactory. Crisp offers a loyalty program which tracks your points. Highly recommended and we'll be back. There's outdoor seating w strategically placed heaters to make you comfortable.

We've eaten here four of five times this year, both inside and out. The flatbreads are yummy and there are lots of creative choices We love the scallop and bacon. Parking is tight but there's an overflow lot across the street. Staff are friendly and attentive.

We ate in and were very pleased with the food as well as the service. We had the meatballs which were very good although the sauce was a little too sweet for my liking. Note to all kitchens the memo going around about sugar being the devil is real! I would say the must-have on the menu was the clams with bacon, sounds crazy but this dish was crazy delicious as well as the bread they served with it. I would return just for this dish

Does Crisp have the best pizza on the Cape? Yes. Have they had a wait every time I've gone for dinner? Also yes. Sooo, I think we can safely assume I'm not the only one that feels that their pizza rocks. Rest easy though! I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 15-20 minutes for parties of 2-3 and if you stake out the bar area, the seating over there is first come first served. This place is a summer scene. I've only managed to get a spot outside once. The outdoor area has everything from a fire pit and Adirondack chairs to an adorably quaint outdoor bar station. Regarding food, the beautiful *basil* balsamic that they drizzle in a perfect spiral over the margherita pizza is life-changing. If you want a more adventurous pie or a create-your-own pie and the flavors work for what you picked, I'd add this onto your pizza above all else. As you might have figured, this is a crisp, thin-crust, pizza. Neapolitan style pizzas will always reign supreme for me personally, but I haven't managed to find that on the Cape. Thus, Crisp reigns supreme in this region of MA. Also worth noting, Crisp is one of the only pizza places I've been to that has a vegetarian protein option--"crispy" tofu. Get it? :P Props to Crisp for not forgetting us vegetarians!

I am giving two stars only because my spinach salad was good and refreshing. The garlic bread was also delicious. Even after sitting in a parchment paper bag for about 30 minutes the bread was still soft and not soggy. Now for the bad. I just came from work and had reflective gear on. I'm an out of towner and didn't know there was another store across the street. As soon as I walked in the gentleman says you know there's a walk up pizza counter place across the street we're you can get a slice to go. I simply responded with no I'm good and grabbed a menu off the counter. For the main dish, I decided to keep it simple, so I thought. Chicken parmigiana over their fresh pasta. Sauce/gravy (whatever you want to call it) was actually pretty good and the pasta was cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed it! The main show of the dish was about a 2 inch thick piece of chicken breast covered in burnt Panko. Where in the world do you fry a whole breast, not butterflied or even pounded/tenderized a little and fry it. I was so hungry I didn't care what it tasted like so I ate it plus I didn't feel like going back out to give back the food. If you can't cook a simple dish like chicken parmigiana then maybe you don't need to be in the kitchen. Maybe I'm being a little spoiled. Maybe that's the way people like their chicken on the cape. If that's the case I won't be going back.

This place has an insanely great reputation on the Cape. Almost everyone suggests it and I guess I see the hype. Their outdoor seating is awesome and the flatbread pizzas are pretty good. The server suggest the scallop and bacon, so I tried it and it was pretty good. Only one or two of my slices actually had bacon on it though which was sad. Because it was lacking, I definitely missed that saltiness that would have balanced the sweet scallops. Truffle fries were good, service was decent.

Finally a pizza/flatbread place on the cape that creates thin crust spectacular pizza. The toppings are truly unique and inventive from the Korean BBQ which features thinly sliced beef short rib to the scallop and bacon which is a perfect balance of sweet, salty and savory. Both are a solid choice for a crisp flatbread style pizza. They offer a great selection of local beers and the marinated olive appetizer was a great way to start the meal. Interior seating is somewhat limited but they offer expansion outdoor seating. Our server was attentive and offered suggestions. Don't miss this fantastic restaurant that is more than just flatbread. We can't wait to go back to try their other offerings. If your not in the mood to dine out they also offer efficient takeout at a separate location.
