Even so, for first-time customers, English-speaking staff come out of the kitchen to help them with the touch-screen terminals. They help you with the operation of the touch-screen terminals, which is a nice touch.

Great salads, choose one from the menu or make your own. Ask a member of staff for a recommendation. Cashless payments, cardboard bowls, optional cutlery (for takeaways) - love the sustainability effort. Had the Spicy Baimai, which was delicious.

The closest thing you’ll find to an American/Western-style salad bar in Tokyo. The kiosk is a little confusing at first and the prices are high. The taste is decent but I don’t like how the salads come out looking like they went through a food processor. The Arnold Palmer is tasty though!

My favourite salad in Tokyo. Good selection, finely chopped, delicious. Avoid the lemonade unless you like really strong acidic, it hurt my stomach a bit!

Great salad place close to Ebisu Garden Place. Good selection of salads. I can warmly recommend the CalMex option. Staff are friendly and service is good. Food wise, only little bit of advice: If you're not that into red onions, ask for less. If you want to enjoy an outdoor meal, head over the street and under the trees. There are a couple of benches there, and you can easily return to Crisp and put your bowls in the recycling bin once you're done.

Nice good salad. Tried their popular chicken tostada and the taste was very balanced . The portion size was a little less for the price. But a good enjoyable salad meal. Good seating and music. Nice vibe.

As a vegetarian, I was really frustrated finding any food at all, let alone fresh vegetables in Tokyo aside from the small occasional side salad of shredded cabbage and a cherry tomato. Finding this place was a lifesaver.

These salads are delicious! They chop the salads up into small bits so that you can eat them with a spoon, which is awesome -- I don't like when the lettuce leaves are so big that it makes it hard to get a balanced bite of your salad. They have lots of flavors and lots of space. Prices are ok for what you get. Very friendly staff.

Great friendly service and so close to the Westin where I normally stay for work in Tokyo. Salad options are fantastic, my favorites are the hipster and the downtown Cobb. Haven't designed my own yet because their standard options have always made it easy to avoid having to do any extra work. Not sure if pricing is good for Tokyo or not but $1,360 jpy for my cobb salad isn't bad which is the most expensive standard option FYI. Definitely worth the visit if you're craving fresh greens.

Awesome chopped salads. Great fresh option. Tried both a salad and a grain bowl. Grain bowl basically a salad with rice. Menu in English. Staff was able to accommodate my lack of Japanese. Staff was also very friendly. I didn't think the price was bad, 2,440 yen for one salad and one grain bowl (two entrees).
