The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed—like refills on drinks and napkins. They aren't kidding about calling this place Crisppi's; the fries and chicken had a perfect texture, and everything was served hot and fresh. ​I'm definitely going to be stopping by next time I'm in town. Hands down, this is one of the best places to get that delicious chicken with the perfect crunch I'm always looking for in a chicken sandwich.

Been here 2x and each time customer service was welcoming right when you walk in. As you’re ordering from the kiosk there is a staff member near by to assist with any questions and suggestions. I’ve tried the crispy chicken with the Thai dressing, the honey jalepeno crispy chicken sandwich, chicken and waffles with the banana flavored waffles and the loaded chicken fries. The chicken is hot, crispy yet still moist on the inside. Crispy fries. No joke, Everything I tasted was very flavorful and pricing is fair for what you’re getting

The food was amazing. The customer service was top-tier. We had a waiter named Vaughn. He was very informative very polite. The food came out fresh piping hot. The atmosphere was inviting love that they have parking in the back of the restaurant. The food again was delicious made to order. The customers were patient knowing that their food was created freshly freshly made. The crispy sauce is good. it’s a mayonnaise based sauce. That’s very flavorful my family enjoyed it.

Great experience at Crisppi’s! Sheila/Shayla’s customer service was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. My order came out quickly, and the wait time was much shorter than expected. (Sorry can’t remember her name but she was amazing) The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality, and the crispy sandwich was cooked perfectly, as well as the waffles and chicken. It’s nice to find a place that delivers both great service and great food. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, delicious meal.

Clean space. Immediately given a warm and friendly welcome from Vaughn. When looking at the menu, he told me his favorite items. I actually got one of them, which was the honey garlic Parmesan chicken sandwich, which was really good. Not greasy and very fresh!

In from Utah and this was a hit with the family! Deja was the best hostess! She made sure we had all the inside scoop and we didn’t miss. Chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside, waffles were fluffy and delicious. Strips were bigger than expected. Only slight downside is there’s somewhat limited seating (16 ish seats at tables and 6 at a bar). All in all, awesome stop for southern fried chicken!

First time here and I was genuinely impressed. StarLove (I believe that was her name) made the experience exceptional from the moment I walked in. I’m from Miami and not used to being greeted with such warm, attentive service, so it immediately stood out. She helped me decide on my first order when I was torn between a sandwich and wings and highly recommended the Thai Chili Chicken sandwich. Great call it was crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I also want to acknowledge the guy in the back who was clearly busting his butt making the food. You can see every order is made fresh, and the kitchen looked clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. What really set this place apart was the level of customer service. StarLove was checking on everyone, offering refills, grabbing napkins, cleaning tables, and even trying to speak different languages with customers. At one point I honestly thought she might be the owner because she ran the room like a five-star restaurant. I’d definitely come back not just for the food, but for the outstanding service.

This was one the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had in my life. Even the fries and sauce were amazing! Great customer service as well by everyone, they were extremely nice and attentive. After I left that night, I even dreamed about this food that’s how good it was.

The customer service is excellent. I tried the chicken strips, the nuggets and I must say, Oh My Gosh! it was seasoned well, crispy and tender, reminded me, when I had KFC in Jamaica, everything was fresh and cook to order. The fries were good, even though they weren't crinkle cut, the waffle was really good with the sauce the put on them, you real don't need any syrup. Will try the smash burger one day. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Crisppi's was a delightful experience. I gave it a try for dinner and all the food was top-- the honey garlic parmesan sandwich, the chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, and fried were all hot and well seasoned. The chicken was juicy and crispy, and even the fries were great. The sauces were awesome complements. The service was superb-- Michael explained the menu to us, refilled our drinks, and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend and will return!

Customer service was on point they made sure my family was good also explained the menu from top to bottom, the vibe inside was really welcoming definitely can come inside with your family but your self with laptop and get some work don't the price is not that bad but a lil to expensive! The Food is ok the wings was ok nothing to crazy but the chicken tenders is where the money at. Not going to lie the waffles are ok could be better! But definitely a must try if you ever downtown Miami

This some good chicken spot like it recommended! I think they should. Come with some fire Mac and cheese or some crazy side. This was a good experience

Great chicken sandwiches and even greater customer service! The chicken is crispy on the outside but moist on the inside. The flavor is amazing. Many different styles to choose from. I highly recommend this establishment.

oh my goodness I forgot the young gentleman's name that helped me this evening. He was so polite, courteous and extremely helpful. I got a spoon sample of a pineapple treat, it was so delicious I purchased one. He delivered weed it to me and it was fixed like real summer time drink. The food is delicious x's 3 and the ambience is perfect for a lunch stop or even for a nice meet and eat spot. I totally recommend, you won't regret.
