⭐ 1/5 – Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with **Crispy Chicken** was so unbelievably bad that I feel obligated to warn others.
I placed an order expecting decent food and basic customer service—turns out, that was expecting too much. They completely messed up my order, and when I reached out to fix it, things somehow got *worse*. Their after-sale service is an absolute joke. Not only were they unhelpful, but they were also rude and dismissive like *I* was the one causing trouble by asking them to fix *their* mistake.
It gets better (or worse): I contacted their so-called complaint center, which turned out to be completely useless. Zero accountability, zero solutions. Just vague apologies and empty promises. And then came the bold-faced lie—they claimed the missing item wasn’t available in *any* of their other branches. Funny how the same item is literally listed on the menu at multiple locations as I’m speaking to them.
This place is a masterclass in how **not** to treat customers. Crispy Chicken, you’ve officially lost a customer for good, and I’ll be making sure everyone I know stays far away from your lousy service.
Save your money. Spend it somewhere that actually values customers and knows how to run a business.
