Cristallo Arosa Hotel

Overall a very enjoyable stay at the hotel, good location, excellent room size, amazing view from the window and balcony. Could be better if they have fridge and coffee machine in their rooms, and a better breakfast.

Very nice hotel with central location and amazing views from the rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good prices even during peak season. The only drawback is no breakfast inside - need to go to the bakery next door.

If you are a foodie this is the place. We were here for a week and had the Gourmet package, which we could highly recommend. The staff is very serviceminded and one feels the welcoming atmosphere. The room was tidy and the bathroom was modern. ||We were skiing every day and it just took about 3 minutes to walk to the lift.||We had the dogs with us and they were treated as hotel guests too.||We will definitely come back because we had such a lovely stay.

Super friendly, helpful and welcoming staff! Room was also good for the price. A room facing the mountains is certainly the better choice as the hotel is located perfectly to view them. Facilities (Sauna, relaxation room and solarium) are great. The restaurant which is available to outsiders and hotel guests has a variable menu of tasty dishes. Breakfast was pretty standard I'd say, but the view from the dining area is perfect and gives a good view of Arosa. As a bonus: Coop and a bus station are within 1 minute of this hotel :)

Lovely family run hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. Having arrived easily by the train from Zurich it was great to be able to walk so easily to the hotel.||They have an arrangement with the ski hire shop so we didn’t have to carry our boots or skis at all ! just skied right into shop for them to store them each night, absolutely brilliant!||Incredible views from our very comfortable water bed and very clean, spacious room . A highlight for me was the jacuzzi bath in our En suite which was bliss after a days skiing.||Expensive evening meals in restaurant but very good quality , and obviously there is no obligation to eat there in the evenings , but we enjoyed the meals when we did.||I would highly recommend this convenient, clean , friendly , cosy hotel and we will be returning!

Definitely made our stay even better, thank you ! |The Alpen Suite was breathtakingly beautiful and very cozy too, it was an absolute dream. The hotel restaurant is exquisite and the bar a lot of fun! Would definitely go again

... am excellent ***+ hotel at a prime location with a great view over mountains, the lake and Arosa village. A calm and spacious room with a large bed, modern facilities and a balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast I enjoyed at a bakery coffee shop just some steps away, nothing fancy but perfectly what I like; tasty coffee, fresh juice and some croissants.||This hotel is located in the center of Arosa with a grocery store and several shops to the left and right, a bus stop just in front and 7 walking minutes to the Weisshorn Bahn and the train station. Next time I will stay longer )))

Family owned and run meticulously by Jenn and sister Janet. Staffed with wonderful long term service crew. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Jaw dropping views of the Arosa valley. Great restaurant and strong wine list. Good tie in with ski rental firm for ski in ski out storage.
