This is 200% worth it! So pretty and a beautiful walk...especially in the autumn! The walk around the whole lake takes 1 hour. The path is pretty well marked the whole way around. The trail is mostly flat but there are some steep rock steps on the other side. There is a toilet block but be warned, they are squat toilets. There are many benches, bins, signs and a little play ground. 5 euro national Park fee and maybe parking...we got there early in the morning before the ticket collectors were there. You can not go wrong with this walk. We were escorted the whole way around by 2 dogs. There were many dogs there but all super friendly.

An absolute must-visit! The view of the lake is simply incredible, with crystal-clear waters reflecting the beauty of the surrounding magical forest. It feels like stepping into a storybook, where nature is at its most serene and breathtaking. Whether you're there for a peaceful walk or just to take in the scenery, this spot is perfect for anyone looking to experience a bit of nature’s magic. If you're in the area, make sure not to miss it!

Beautiful lake in a UNESCO protected National Park Durmitor. I would recommend going around lake which will take approximately 40 minutes. Air is clean and fresh, views are breathtaking. Trail is marked and there are boards with a description of species that are living in this area.

Nice lake with beautiful surroundings. Swimming is allowed, temperature is fine in summer. Clean and very blue water. The roundtrip takes 1 to 1.5 hours, trail gets a bit rocky and sometimes a bit steep at the far end of the lake (but still doable)

Amazing beautiful nature. Too crowded but if you know your ways it is simple to find privacy. It is big enough. Swimming in the lake surrounded by pine forest and beautiful rocky mountain is transcedental experience. Entrance is being charged for tourists and they invest the money back to the park, maintaining it . Locals ofcourse do not pay for entrance, which is a great thing. Parking can be found at other places and then you can walk to the lake. People who are complaining for the parking should think outside of the box and find a way around it if you do not want to spend 3€/h. Imho parking should be prohibited completely in the park.

Amazing place, the water is crystal blue and the views are amazingggg. The only drawback was the hot weather and the sun was so strong so we only spent 30minutes for 10 euro. There is a cafe and restaurant for food and drink but we didnt stay because it was extremely crowded. Some people were taking a swim in the cold water to refresh. We parked outside and we walked for 10 minutes to reach the lake. Amazing day. Parking 2.5 euro

The photos can't do justice to how beautiful this place actually is. We only had a few hours to spend before leaving the area, but I highly recommend finding a place to stay nearby and really explore the surroundings.
