The reviews for this hotel are a misleading. I recently visited this hotel for my birthday trip in Cannes (June) and I wouldn't stay here again.||First Issue: Upon check in, the woman at the front desk let us know our room wasn't ready which was a little strange because it was the middle of the afternoon (after 3PM). After letting us know our room wasn't ready she continued to tell us we had a balance for our stay, although I pre-paid and booked through Expedia. So, I let her know that I prepaid and she should read the reservation confirmation. It's like she assumed that I owed something, I don't want to blame racism but if you travel to the South of France, you know the vibes. Once she actually read the reservation she realized we only needed to pay for the security deposit.||Second Issue: After waiting for a hour, our room was finally ready. We enter the room and it's dirty. There is a huge stain on one of the beds and the bathroom just doesn't seem clean. The floors need to be repainted, it's gunk in the corners of the shower and the shower needs a deep scrub. There is also a strange smell coming from the bathroom. So of course I complain and share with the Hotel manager my concern. The room type also doesn't match what I booked on Expedia, which was odd. The hotel manager then decided to "upgrade" us to a "better" room, but the next room wasn't any better. We had to wait an additional hour for the newer room (so now we've been waiting over 2 hours) to be cleaned and it still had a strange smell. During our actual stay in this new room, the toilet would not flush and the air conditioning did not work. Usually, I would continue to complain but we were so tired from travels I just didn't have it in me.||Third Issue: Luckily, I only stayed at this hotel for only two nights. Once my trip was over I reached out to Expedia to request a partial refund. Expedia will reach out to the hotel to get the refund from the hotel. It took at least 5 days for the hotel to respond and they declined the request. That is totally unacceptable. The hotel is pretty disgusting and unclean. I had an undesirable experience and the rooms are dirty, I am entitled to a partial refund.||In the future, I would not stay here. The customer service is not the best and the hotel rooms are dirty with a weird smell.||Also, the beach club is not that close to the hotel and you do not receive priority to beach chairs even though you are a hotel guest (the service is also slow at the beach club). They told me multiple times that they were full for the day, but it was empty (again South of France...if you know). I also ordered a cocktail, espresso and water. They brought me out watermelon as well and I thought it came as a snack with the cocktail. When I received my bill I was charged for the watermelon. Still confused about that experience.||There are better options that sit on the beach like the Mondrian, JW Marriott etc.

A lovely hotel. All staff were so lovely, they really made it special. Air conditioning wasn't working properly in all rooms, and a few weird things like bright night lights that couldn't be turned off. Aside from that, great! Nice communal areas inside and out, and a nice plunge pool that's baby friendly. And next to the beach!

I am from ACCOR group and chose this hotel because its the nearest on the beach. Thank you Danielle the receptionist for taking care of me and she made my whole stay very memorable. The whole staffs are very nice and the hotel its 5star feeling and the service is so good. The rooms are very luxurious. The place is next to the beach. Thank you everyone and see you soonest again. ||Pariss Punzalan

I checked into the hotel in July, 2025. The room was hot at 25C. The service tech tried to get the room cooler. After 5 hours, the room temp dropped around only one degree. I asked to be moved to another room, but the hotel could not accommodate this. I then checked out. The hotel withheld a one-night charge of $670 which I think is quite unfair given my age of 72 and have cancer and hypertension. The hotel is part of the “Clef Verte” environmental program which requires that the air conditioning system cannot be set below 22°C. This is too warm for me and many others. I stayed at 4 hotels in July, 2025 in the south of France and they all cooled the room to a comfortable 19-20C. The Croisette Beach Hotel should disclose this on their website. Had I known the room would be warm, I would not have booked the reservation.

Great stay - better than expected. Loved the decor, comfortable rooms, charming and nice employees, and great breakfast. The gym is new (small, but new) and the rooms had all the little amenities - coffee / tea, robes, lotion, wine opener, fridge, etc etc. It's the little things that count, and this hotel has it. Will stay again!

Although great location and fun vibe , if your with family this may not be place for you. Apparently all suites are right near elevator so unless you’re a heavy sleeper be prepared to be woken up by the influx of guests coming in and out. And apparently no one sleeps here in Cannes until well after 2 -3 am. When front staff was approached it was more of a , sorry can’t do anything for you. Room was decent but not worth any more than 300 Euros and sadly we paid much more and no breakfast included . We even had to book on 3 rd party site to get a decent rate and maybe that’s why they could care less about our issues. When asked for ice we had to get it ourselves as contacting anyone on phone took forever. And along with other comments room was not very clean. With so many other hotels nearby it may be best to shop around and well in advance as prices here are astronomical as one may expect for an area like this .

Visit in May 2025. My second stay at the hotel. Ideal location, it's not in the front line, but 1min on foot from La Croisette boulevard. Has its own private beach, which is a big plus. Very friendly and professional staff. Valet parking on site. French style breakfasts. They suit me, but worth mentioning. Delicious juices and sweets. Basic dishes like omelets, pancakes are a la carte.|Quite small pool, for 6 sunbeds. Nevertheless, it is good that there is, because there is no room for a bigger one. There is also a jacuzzi. |The rooms are great, spacious. A year ago we had a Deluxe room, now a Boheme suite. Comfortable beds, large selection of pillows. I miss some kind of rug or carpet in them. Air conditioning works well, you can cool the room decently.|As we always go with a small cat, we were given food bowls. In more and more MGallery and Sofitel hotels we also get some small dog/cat beds for the duration of our stay. Here we didn't get one, however, this is something new at Accor, so it's hard to make it a downside.|All in all, a super hotel and rather definitely worth choosing or returning to. I stayed there twice for 7 nights and didn't notice any downside and will probably return here next year too.

Hey there! I’m writing to share some not-so-great experiences we had at your hotel. First off, when we tried to access our room, the staff blocked our access without even giving us a heads up or calling me. My daughter was crying because she desperately needed to go to the bathroom. It was quite frustrating. The next day, it happened again. Just a quiet system update and that was it. We were asked every morning to pay for breakfast, even though it was included in our rate. On the last day, the check-out lady wasn’t very friendly either. She asked me to bring back the adaptor, even though she already had the keys. After I explained that I couldn’t access the room without the adaptor, she gave them to me and then laughed when I returned them, saying, “You found it.” That was quite rude. One more thing, working our own private beach doesn’t really work for families with kids. It opens at 10:00 and closes at 18:00, which is too late for us to leave our kids after 11:00 because of the UV rays. We asked if we could enter earlier and pay for the time we spent there, but they refused. On the bright side, the hotel and rooms were clean, but the staff made me rate the hotel lower than I thought it was. I hope you can take some of these feedback into account and make improvements for future guests.
