The hotel is exceptionally well located, tucked away from the main avenue, which makes it calm and comfortable, yet less than a two-minute walk from La Croisette and the seafront. An ideal balance for business travellers. The rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and equipped with excellent amenities, making it easy to work and unwind after a busy day of meetings. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and efficient, well suited to solo business travellers, while also being a great option for small families looking for a comfortable and central stay in Cannes.

Our 4th time in this hotel. Indeed our happy place! Nice light rooms, delicious breakfast and just the most wonderful staff! We were lucky to have good weather and also enjoy the beach club again, although it was end of season everybody was kind and friendly, special thanks to Luigi & Dadou (hope I spell it correctly;-) and to Emeline of reservations and Lucile, the general manager, for making our stay so special!

The reviews for this hotel are a misleading. I recently visited this hotel for my birthday trip in Cannes (June) and I wouldn't stay here again.||First Issue: Upon check in, the woman at the front desk let us know our room wasn't ready which was a little strange because it was the middle of the afternoon (after 3PM). After letting us know our room wasn't ready she continued to tell us we had a balance for our stay, although I pre-paid and booked through Expedia. So, I let her know that I prepaid and she should read the reservation confirmation. It's like she assumed that I owed something, I don't want to blame racism but if you travel to the South of France, you know the vibes. Once she actually read the reservation she realized we only needed to pay for the security deposit.||Second Issue: After waiting for a hour, our room was finally ready. We enter the room and it's dirty. There is a huge stain on one of the beds and the bathroom just doesn't seem clean. The floors need to be repainted, it's gunk in the corners of the shower and the shower needs a deep scrub. There is also a strange smell coming from the bathroom. So of course I complain and share with the Hotel manager my concern. The room type also doesn't match what I booked on Expedia, which was odd. The hotel manager then decided to "upgrade" us to a "better" room, but the next room wasn't any better. We had to wait an additional hour for the newer room (so now we've been waiting over 2 hours) to be cleaned and it still had a strange smell. During our actual stay in this new room, the toilet would not flush and the air conditioning did not work. Usually, I would continue to complain but we were so tired from travels I just didn't have it in me.||Third Issue: Luckily, I only stayed at this hotel for only two nights. Once my trip was over I reached out to Expedia to request a partial refund. Expedia will reach out to the hotel to get the refund from the hotel. It took at least 5 days for the hotel to respond and they declined the request. That is totally unacceptable. The hotel is pretty disgusting and unclean. I had an undesirable experience and the rooms are dirty, I am entitled to a partial refund.||In the future, I would not stay here. The customer service is not the best and the hotel rooms are dirty with a weird smell.||Also, the beach club is not that close to the hotel and you do not receive priority to beach chairs even though you are a hotel guest (the service is also slow at the beach club). They told me multiple times that they were full for the day, but it was empty (again South of France...if you know). I also ordered a cocktail, espresso and water. They brought me out watermelon as well and I thought it came as a snack with the cocktail. When I received my bill I was charged for the watermelon. Still confused about that experience.||There are better options that sit on the beach like the Mondrian, JW Marriott etc.

Disappointed with the management. I booked 2 rooms for a family vacation 6 months ago and upon arrival they tell me that hotel is fully booked. one room is on first floor and other on 4th! Ofcourse the day off hotel is booked, 6 months ago when I booked and fully paid, they should have arranged two rooms next to each other or at least on the same floor. If you wait for the day off of course it will not work out. They did not care at all about it and kept talking about not exciting amenities that are sub par. Not too mention you cannot get a peaceful night of sleep since people get in and out of their room all the time and hear the door banging non-stop. I suggest you find another hotel for your stay if you are looking for good service that matches the money you pay.

A lovely hotel. All staff were so lovely, they really made it special. Air conditioning wasn't working properly in all rooms, and a few weird things like bright night lights that couldn't be turned off. Aside from that, great! Nice communal areas inside and out, and a nice plunge pool that's baby friendly. And next to the beach!

We booked hotel through there website and booked a deluxe double with balcony we arrived at hotel and were greeted by the most unpleasant gentleman you could ever meet. We checked in and were given a room on the 5th floor. The room didn’t have a great view but as it was only a 2 night stay we weren’t to bothered unfortunately after about an hour we realised we were next door to an old elevator which you thought was actually in the room l returned to reception to see if we could change to a different room. The same unpleasant gentlemen disputed my opinion and said that no other guests have ever complained about it and that he wouldn’t be changing the room. My wife then came down and asked to speak to a manager he said the manager wouldn’t be at hotel until next day. My said you either change room or we are leaving eventually he reluctantly agreed to a change and it was a room we should have got in the first place. Due to this gentleman working at the reception desk we never used any of the hotels amenities Bar area pool area nothing . We used it as a place to sleep because this hotel employee was so rude and disrespectful to me and my wife. This gentleman is working in the wrong job and for the reasons above I will never return to this hotel in the future .

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. On my very first night, I called guest services to request bath towels, and instead of helping me, the staff member lectured me that I must greet her, ask how she is doing, and speak “nicely” before making any request. She even mocked me for not knowing French and refused to serve me. On top of that, my room was ready but nobody bothered to call or inform me. Totally unacceptable service for a hotel of this level. This will definitely be my last stay here.

From the check in the service was very very under the level that you expect. Room very small. Not even a bottle of water in the room or turn down service. 2nd floor and I could literally hear every single word of the people at the pool. The valet literally trew my car keys to my wife(check the cameras) and ran away to the back office. And the only thing I received from the lady at the front desk is “I am sorry” and continued typing on the computer. The customer service is extremely bad from a “5 star hotel that charges over 500 euros per night. It was the worst hotel on my 20 day trip from Barcelona to Paris.
