I recently visited Croisserie Artisan Bakery at Damansara Heights, and it was an enjoyable experience that easily earns a 4-star rating. The bakery has a charming, minimalist, and modern vibe that feels welcoming the moment you walk in. It’s a lovely spot for a casual breakfast, a coffee break, or even a relaxed afternoon treat. The space is clean, well-lit, and thoughtfully designed, making it comfortable whether you’re dining in or just stopping by to grab something to go. As the name suggests, their croissants are the main highlight. I tried a few varieties, and they were impressively flaky with a rich, buttery aroma. The texture was light and airy on the inside while maintaining a satisfying crisp on the outside. You can really tell that care and craftsmanship go into their baking process. Aside from croissants, the bakery also offers other pastries and baked goods that look and taste fresh. The coffee paired well with the pastries and was smooth without being too acidic. While the menu isn’t overly extensive, the quality of both food and drinks makes up for the limited selection. Service was friendly and efficient, with staff willing to explain the items and offer recommendations. Prices are slightly premium, but that’s expected given the artisanal quality and the Damansara Heights location. Overall, Croisserie Artisan Bakery is a great place to indulge in well-made pastries, and with a bit more variety, it could easily become a 5-star favorite.

I’ve been wanting to visit this place for a long time and finally found the right time today. On my previous takeaway visit, most pastries were already sold out, so this time I went early in the morning. They bake in batches, so the display gets filled gradually. By around 9am, most pastries are usually fully restocked. We tried the Almond Croissant and the Pain au Chocolat (my all-time favourite). I must say, they serve one of the best I’ve had so far. Freshly made, soft, buttery, and perfectly flaky — simply delightful. The Pain au Chocolat has that ideal balance of slightly sweet and mildly bitter chocolate, unlike many places that make it overly sweet. Truly well executed. The Almond Croissant had a lovely buttery filling that was perfectly balanced with the almond flavor — rich, but not overwhelming The Café Latte was done just right too, with smooth texture and a clean, well-presented latte art. The overall quality of ingredients and preparation really shows. Price-wise, I would say it’s reasonable considering the premium quality and freshness of the pastries. You can taste the difference. The ambience is cozy, and the staff are friendly and helpful, which made the visit even better. This is definitely going to be one of my favourite bakeries. Excited to return again soon.

Oh my. I went to carb heaven and back! The bakery deserves all the plaudits it is getting and the recent global award. Given its popularity there was a small queue on a late Saturday morning. Patience is key here. It is the same queue for dine-in and take away. I commend their method of crowd control so as to give time and space to customers who are picking their food at the display counters. Trust me - it will be your best nightmare as your eyes feast on the pastries, cakes, breads... each of them vying for your attention and silently screaming "take me, take me". I was like a kid in a candyshop. The dining space was comfortable. It was 2/3 full for most of the time where I sat (1st floor dining). Air cond temperature was comfortable. Decor was Zen like and it wasn't noisy at all. There is a counter where you get your own cutleries, metal tray (plate), greaseproof paper (to line your tray) and free sky juice. The pastries I picked (see pics) just got better and better as I worked my way through. The weakest was the tuna sandwich and the best was the blueberry tart. The texture of the latter was incredible. I wish the Croisserie the very best in their business and their effort to upkeep their gold standards of their food. Congrats. Selfishly, I hope they do not grow too big with branches everywhere. Harder to maintain standards.

Chance upon this place and am glad I did. There are selection of fresh bakes and pastries which several of them are genuinely delightful. The place is usually packed in the morning with patrons grabbing breakfast to start their day, which adds to the lively atmosphere but can make conversation difficult. Coming a little later is a good option if you prefer a quieter visit. Overall, it’s a pleasant stop for quality pastries and a comforting break in the day.

I finally got to try Croisserie, and it was such a treat! 🥐✨ The variety of pastries here is seriously impressive – from sweet to savoury, there’s something for every craving. The queue can get quite long, but honestly, it’s worth the wait. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get, and I love the industrial-style interior – it feels modern yet cozy. A nice touch is the free filtered drinking water, which not many bakeries think to offer. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I especially enjoyed the almond croissant and the chocolate desserts, while the iced coffee was smooth and refreshing. Overall, it’s definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re into pastries and good vibes. Will be coming back for sure!

Having brunch here on a weekend is like floating on a calm lake at sunrise. There was a slight queue upon arrival, but we were ushered in within 5-10 mins. Staff were friendly and the service was good despite the heavy crowd. Parking was plentiful as well. We had 4 different desserts : Pain au chocolat, canelé, matcha white chocolate scone, and a red bean butter bun. All of them were delicious and well-crafted, flaky or moist where they should be, and clearly made with care. We paired our decadent pastries with a latte, hot matcha and an iced matcha. The drinks unfortunately were pretty average. The latte didn’t stand out, the hot matcha arrived more warm than hot, and both the matchas were just mediocre; lacking the creaminess and strong matcha flavour especially considering that there is a well known matcha cafe right upstairs at a similar price. Croisserie has a charming, lively vibe, though it can be a tad bit noisy with loud crowds. Overall, I’d happily return for their pastries, but next time I’d probably skip the drinks and head elsewhere for those.

I'm so excited once I walked in. You'll be welcome by a whole lots of pastries & patisserie. I'm so in love with every single item. It's so hard to choose as I want everything. All looks so tempting & delicious. Just pick what u want & pay at the counter and u can start digging in. Crowd here is tremendous so it's quite noisy. Not a nice spot to hang out but definitely a good place to fulfill your sweet tooth. Their pastries are so good especially the blueberry tart & caramel macadamia tart. The matcha yuzu petit gateau is also very good. Not too sweet & flavours are well balanced. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely visit again if I'm in KL.

came here with my sister and mother to takeaway some pastries. queue moved fast, we’re not here often so we needed time to browse to choose our pastries. while browsing, i saw a fly in the pastry box & we alerted the pastry attendant ab it. she just swatted it out and carried on with the next customer after us. when we were ready to order, the pastry attendant was quite stuck up and told us that we needed to queue to order. we explained that we came in way before and needed time to browse for our pastries before ordering and she was like tak puas with the fact that she had to serve us. we got the chocolate banana croissant, lamour & the strawberry croissant pastry. the lamour was my favourite. paying for the pastries took ages, the queueing itself was like 10 mins. my sister encountered some issues with the touch n go payments which was quite suspicious but luckily she got her refund back. the pastries are good, but the service left a really bitter taste in my mouth especially since it’s expensive. please improve it - just because your pastries are good, doesn’t mean your employees get to act so rude!
