Cross Chiang Mai Riverside

Honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Room was great and had one of the best nights sleeps away from home, the bed was super comfy. Rooms were clean and staff super attentive and nothing too much. Breakfast was free choice from the menu as well as a selection of homemade buffet items. Fully recommend the homemade bread for toast and the freshly squeezed fruit juices. A nice touch is the free shuttle buses to the various events happening in chiang mai throughout the week eg the sunday marker etc 10/10

Absolutely a beautiful hotel complete with a charming helpful team from the reception to the dinning outlet. We booked the River View room and are thoroughly pleased with it. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the room is spacious with a large balcony n gigantic sofa The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The Oxygen room where breakfast is served is very tastefully arranged and the morning sunlight fills it pleasantly In all a very very wonderful stay and will come back with the intention to reserve the garden room as we were fortunate to view it with the assistance of Shawn who so kindly made the viewing possible.

10/10 great value would recommend. I've been to the Four Seasons in Hawaii which costs over $2,500 / night and this place costs 15-20x less with comparable not that far off service and quality. If course it's not the best luxury but the food is 100% better than the Four Seasons and overall value is great. They even have a nice personalized touch for when you check into your room they give a Hershey bar to each guest with your name printed on the wrapper- nice touch. Shuttles to key tourist nearby destinations are provided free of charge and you can book 2hrs+ in advance to sign up for the day's shuttle service to the respective locations. There is a nice rooftop infinity pool, very nice and secluded which is next to a small, bare bones but not terrible gym.

We stayed here for three days in August with the family. We would definitely stay here again. The staff were great and the vibe of the hotel is very cool (vintage car in the lobby etc..). We found the rooms slightly odd...it felt like they were slightly trying to cater for business people rather than holiday makers (there is a strange desk arrangement at the back of the beds), and you are on the other side of the river from the main action, so be prepared to take taxis a lot. But we had a lot of fun here and there is definitely an attention to detail, and very nice location on the bank of the river. Staff were great

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel located along the Peng River. We loved our room, with its private pool right outside. The breakfasts were good, but the dinner that we had in the hotel's Oxygen Restaurant on our first night was outstanding. The only negative is that the hotel doesn't have the best location in Chiang Mai, though it is easy and cheap to get around using the Bolt and Grab apps (which have greatly improved the tourist experience in Chiang Mai)

The hotel is very stylish and spotlessly clean. My room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The staff were amazing especially staff names Ying and Shawn , who were so kind and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality made the experience truly special. Highly recommended!

A lovely hotel with great attention to detail. A really warm welcome on arrival with personalised Hershey bars and drinks. Spacious rooms with all amenities and a tranquil pool. Very modern in design and very quiet during our stay but with very friendly staff. The Michelin starred restaurant was excellent and the hotel is well situated to explore Chang mai. Would recommend

Amazing experience with the hotel!! Very considerate service, my daddy’s b day and they send a nice cake and nice decoration. Jake provided a very good service. Strongly recommend anyone stay in cross riverside!!
