The bed and comforter were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The room itself had good space, and the sofa was a nice and convenient touch. However, the shower room layout was a bit odd and not my favorite—it included a chair, which felt unnecessary and awkward in the space.
One downside for us was the hotel’s water dispenser system. The hotel does not provide bottled water, and instead you’re given a very small pitcher to refill. Compared to other hotels, this was inconvenient, especially since the water dispenser was quite slow.
The closet space was also limited, with no extra cabinet shelves for additional storage, which made organizing our belongings a bit challenging.
That said, the location is by far the best aspect of this hotel. It’s extremely close to shopping and restaurants, and very easy to walk to Namba Station for transportation to Kansai International Airport. Being right next to so many food and shopping options made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, the excellent location makes this a solid choice.
