The perfect hotel for the perfect Roman holiday. The location is ideal, the facilities quietly luxurious, the service friendly and helpful. No breakfast but it is surrounded by nice cafes. Premium in every sense, it feels like a home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at Crossing Condotti. Gérald and Francesco were both charming and looked after us very well. They accommodated our last minute request after we arrived to move to the main hotel instead of the apartment which we found to be dark and a bit isolated. We were very happy in the beautiful Master Suite. Thank you.

We were extremely impressed by Crossing Condotti, we were greeted by Gerald who was polite and friendly and helped carry our bags up the stairs. We were very kindly upgraded as we were on our honeymoon to the Margutta Suite which was beautiful! Gerald gave us some great tips of places to go and see around Rome. The room was beautiful, extremely clean and the steam room was an amazing touch which we loved. All the soft drinks, coffees and beers in the room are complementary which was really lovely and the l’occtane products in the bathroom were really nice and high quality. We found definitely stay here again. It is also in a fantastic location in Rome, right next to the Spanish steps

Crossing Condotti is a boutique accommodation on the upper level of a older style building in a great location of Rome.There are 6 refurbished rooms all of which have there own ensuite.The premises is kept in great order and is wonderfully managed by Francesco. The building does not have a lift and Francesco provided the muscle to carry our bags up the stairs.|As mentioned earlier the rooms are in a great location only a few hundred metres from the Spanish Steps and a 15 minute stroll to the Trevi Fountain. An abundance of restaurants are within a minutes walk while is the adjacent street the locals call Rome’s 5th Avenue , every major clothing brand and or designer has a store.|The facility does not provide breakfast but some of the nearby restaurants open early. Crossing Condotti provides a fully stocked refrigerator filled with all types of drinks free for the guests. There is no mini bar in the rooms|The bedding affords a wonderful sleep while the huge windows provide plenty of natural light .|This is not modern accommodation but very quaint and comfortable.

This place is an amazing find, perfect location by the Spanish steps. Gerald the manager greeted us on arrival to carry our bags, he provided us with lots of information and nothing was a problem, he is so friendly and surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco for my friends 50th birthday. The rooms are amazing and the beds are so comfortable. I would not hesitate in staying here again!! Thanks so much!

Had this hotel set up via our wonderful travel agent and it is in the teeth of Rome, near the Spanish steps. The rooms are very comfortable with great beds and baths, but one of the real gems is the manager Gerald. He was so incredibly kind, honest and entertaining. My daughters just loved him and his exceptional wit, as we all did. If I ever get the opportunity to return to Rome which is my sincere hope, I would be overjoyed to get stay there again.

This was our first trip to Italy and Crossing Condotti was the first place we stayed. We arrived in the middle of the night and I was nervous when we pulled up to a large green door in a small alley. But when we rang the bell we were met by a friendly man who helped carry our bags up the stairs to a cozy little room. The bed was comfortable, the fridge was stocked and the coffee was the best we had in Italy.

I cannot say enough good things about this special little place tucked away in the loveliest of locations close to The Spanish Steps. It was a true home away from home; elegant, yet cozy; close to everything, yet a quiet respite. It was so nice to have a little kitchen and lobby for coffee, tea, and other beverages. But hands down the best part was the staff- Thomas and Gerald went WAY above and beyond to make our stay so special. I was there with my daughter post college graduation as she embarked on a European tour with her girlfriends. The hotel staff made us feel so welcome and accommodated every little request, from storing luggage and providing adapters, to dinner reservations and transportation. I would come back again and again . . .

This is, without doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. David was a star - so helpful and accommodating, with excellent restaurant recommendations! The rooms were beautiful, and it truly felt like a little home in the middle of the city. It was perfectly located to get everywhere, and we will definitely stay again!

YES! Unequivocally, emphatically, without reservation - Yes! Crossing Condotti is a stylish and elegant, yet relaxing and welcoming, get away in the heart of Rome. Just steps from the Spanish Steps this boutique hotel is in a converted apartment. Upon arrival we were treated to a coffee while the staff went over a map of Rome with suggested stops and restaurants. The hotel offers a small kitchenette that is fully stocked with water, soft drinks, juice and beer. There is also an ice machine for chilling a nice bottle of prosecco to enjoy before heading out for a late dinner. There are only five rooms available - the one we had was lovely with a large canopy over the bed. The original rustic wood beam ceilings contrast beautifully with antique treasures brought to decorate from a villa in Sicily. The staff at the hotel could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay during our getaway to Rome.

Beautiful facility. Wonderful customer service. Great personnel. Not only is this a great Location but staff is great! They gave us great suggestions and where very attentive. Will be back any day!

We've stayed twice . . . wonderful rooms, wonderful people, and wonderful location. Stay and you will learn to love Rome!
