First off SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE!!!!! Been having plumbing problems for a long time. Tub has been overflowing and front office says that will put it as EMERGENCY, it’s been 2 weeks and still nothing has been done and it’s already 3 times it’s done that. Hot water stopped working and they said they would put it in as EMERGENCY & still nothing has been done. Car has been broken into 2 times already. 3 months into living here they stole my SUV from here and they couldn’t help me or provide surveillance footage at all. Have complained that the apartment has mold and nothing has been done about it. Everything is old they just paint over it to make it look “NEW”. Whenever I see maintenance crew they’re just sitting around doing nothing while I still have an over flowing tub!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Like I said in the beginning SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!

The apartments are pretty. My flooring is new, gray, wood- look, laminate. Beautiful. The other night they put on a drive in movie, for us (TMNT). My neighbors seem to be respectful people. Whoever installed the floors did not bring the floorboards flush against the floors, leaving gaps between the floor and the walls. But shabbly put together. The front office has great personnel greeters. But it seems that nobody is actually getting anything done. I've been here for a month, and I still don't have what was supposed to be fixed and ready for me to move into adjusted or completed. I'm not one to complain for no reason. I'm going to ride out my lease and see if they do better. If they do not, I will not be renewing my lease, next year.

worst place i’ve ever lived. moved in in december and i’ve hated it, can’t wait until my lease is up. went a month and a half without a working fridge, had to buy my own while waiting. kept telling me we will get you one tomorrow, finally spoke the main manager and she tells me they’ll be here next week they were on back order. Suddenly when I send an email telling them i’m doing my 60 day notice to vacate because i STILL had no fridge, suddenly the very next day I’ve got one. They also Told me if i did renter’s insurance through its $14 and ONE TIME $50 fee. Somehow i’m getting charged the $50 every month i’ve been here. I call them and they say oh yeah we changed our renters policy and if it’s through ours we no longer have it so until you get your own we add the $50 a month. I sent them the email showing where they said “if you have our premium renters insurance, ignore this”, so I did. Yet still was somehow being charged the $50. Called them again, turns out they need to reimburse me because I have been paying the $64 a month and have had NO ACTIVE renters insurance through them, but they sure have been taking my money. I even sent my updated insurance through AllState, and I STILL to this day show a balance of $165 where they are supposed to reimburse me. When I moved in I filled out the form with all the things needed to be fixed, they never came. So i have a light switch that doesn’t turn off, no outlet covers in living room when i moved in. Oh and I’ve had to throw away so many of my clothes and things because roaches are everywhere. Anything with heat, they will infest. I can’t have wax warmers I can’t have febreze plug ins because they’re in the outlets. My water jug filter became INFESTED, had to throw that away. When my fridge was out in the very first weekend I moved in I had about $80 worth of groceries that went bad. Front lady had the nerve to say, well it’s a month later why are you just telling me this? I told this to the other guy in the office that Monday after I moved in. Sorry yall have such a lack of communication. They said send me receipts and we will work on getting a visa card and reimbursement, didn’t hear a word from the property manager since. There are plenty of empty parking spots because nobody lives in these busted apartments, but they want to charge $30 a month now, even though upon move in they said these are all empty you’re more than welcome to park here as long as it’s not reserved. So now I have to park in the street even though there’s plenty of empty spots in front of my unit.

Like the establishment. But, I would like Crossings 820 to replace the old carpet with tile. I've talked with Apt. Manager she says will contact the service to replace my carpet with tile. Service has still not responded to Apt. Manager after a month. This is disappointing, I'm paying good money to live here, this is a great place to live and commute to anywhere in the DFW Area.

My honest opinion is that these are some of the worst apartments I've lived in. The site says upgraded apartment, but yet only thing upgraded, supposedly are the counters. I've been here since December 2023, and I hate it here. You'd think they would do better. I have waited out these freezing days blasting my heat because there is no weatherstripping on my door or windows. There was a sewage leak from the outside release valve that is directly next to my building. Every time that overflows, it comes into my apartment. No one has come to fix it or sanitize my AC vents to rid the mildew and mold smells. Marqel, the only black person in there, does try to be helpful, but what can you do if you're not the MANAGER! I've communicated and called Code. I feel now I'm being retaliated against since I'm still here. Pictures are coming soon. Video not downloading quick enough.

I been living here for 7 years, and in the last year, since we got the new management, we have now . Has truly been great on tryna clean up the crime , or things around the complex and fixing things that needed to be repaired in my UNIT . They go over and beyond to work with you and meet your needs . And I'm truly grateful and appreciative of EVERYTHING!!!!

GORGEOUS new flooring and new paint. Had some issues when I first moved in but most were fixed promptly. Wish they had more maintenance but nobody wants to work rn so I understand. Sammie has done amazing at helping me out and answering any questions I’ve had. Super sweet and great customer service! So happy to have her

I been here 8/9 years.. This will be the last year.. It's not a home no more. you can't keep your grills outside on the patio no more,which I don't understand.If u not using it,it's not a fire hazar.They will charge you a 50$ fine N stated that if any items on the porch r patio thats not supposed to be there,they will get rib of. So you telling me I have to bring my grill inside my apartment where I have kids.
