Good place to hang out, play pool, and listen to live music. Great food and top of the line pool tables and great service. I will definitely be back.

Nice place to play pool but there aren't enough tables especially in the non smoking section. The non smoking section is also pretty small and there are never any waiters in it so if you need something you have to go hunt one down. The waiters are nice and occasionally check on you but they're not around often so if you need something when they aren't checking on you you have to go looking for one. Food is good though and they made it fresh so it was hot because it was just made.

Great spot with excellent HH specials! Food is always solid and lots of pool and darts to be played! Host league playing there and there is a smoking and non smoking section. HH prices can get you a bottle of beer as low as $2 dollars! They are also putting in an outdoor patio coming soon!

Great vibes for the weekend. They had wonderful live music too. Their bbq pizza was top notch. Wings were fine too. Dart and billiard games for fun. Superb service and staff. They even have smoke free zone. Perfect weekend place with groups.

Great spot to wind-down and relax! Great staff from bartenders, servers and management. Highly recommended if you like pool and darts. They also have a smoking and non smoking area. Drinks are fabulous as well as the food (Fries hit the spot). A+++++++

I’ve been eating here for over a decade now. Back when it was Bungalows to now known as Crossroads. It’s a great place for wings!! The salad dressings are made in house and the food has always been great whenever I dine in or take out. This is one of my favorite places to dine at when I’m in town.

I love that this place stays open so late. I loved the fried pickles and the candy bacon was soooo good! My daughter got the steak and cheese. It was massive. The cheese sticks were bigger than most places too. You will definitely be full after these portion sizes.

Crossroads seems like your local dive bar, located in Chantilly, Va. it is divided between a smoking section and a non-smoking section. We chose to stay in the non smoking section since we didn't plan on staying long. We had a grabbed a beer and the service was good. We didn't order any food as we just stopped in for a beer. There are multiple tvs with various sports games on. There's also pool tables for those interested in playing!

Jordan is the best bartender ever she makes the experience so fun and I only come in for her and Kali. They're the best duo.

Holy shit! This place is amazing. Bartender Jordan served me my Fernet at the proper temperature. Kept my beers full and my ashtray empty. Exceptional service with a shining demeanor as she threw that dump truck around like it was part of her job. She's an absolute stocking queen. Them shits be filled to the top. What do I even have to say? This place is a cut above any other bar IN THE WORLD. Also, Jordan (J-Town) is the best.

Service is awesome and Cesar is especially awesome. As a person and a server. Always great getting me what I want, even when I don't know what I want that night. And to be honest all the servers are great! Love them all whole heartedly!!! Foods great too!!!

Was visiting chantilly and found this amazing restaurant... very good location .. lots of other reataurants and shops around this restaurant.. and more than anything else - there is live music and it was great . They have pool tables on the other side . Lots of them.. good time pass ... They serve very good draught beer . Got blue moon and it tasted awesomeeeee ! Service was good . Beer costed about 10$ but it's a talll glass and worth it . Ordered fried pickles and it wasn't that good . Too oily . Had to soak the oil put using tissue papers . Everything else was good except the smoke smell :(. Many were smoking cigars and it wasn't a good experience.. I wouldn't recommend taking kids / or others who are allergic to smoke . Otherwise I enjoyed this place much .. wanted to give a 3 star but giving 4 for the live music ...

Crossroads is hands down my go-to spot, and a big reason for that is Jordan. She's an amazing bartender who always makes my experience even better every time I'm there. Friendly, attentive, and just a great vibe all around... Jordan truly makes Crossroads feel like home. Also, really decent bar food here!

Double down wings are bussin!!! Ranch is so good too and im not even a huge ranch gal but would highly recommend. Drafts are good and pool is fun. Danny was an amazing bartender on the non smoking side.

First off let me start by saying that Kayla was an excellent server everything I asked where was done in a quick and timely manner, drinks are awesome, food was amazing, crossroads had a great atmosphere and friendly people... Will definitely be coming back

We visit Crossroads a few times a week and it is always great. The bartenders and servers are friendly and provide quick service. Especially Cesar, he's the best. the food is fantastic as well.

I'm only giving this place 5 stars because of the amazing bartenders and waitress staff here..they deserve your time and tips..what you are about to read is not their fault...but here is my story today.... The Manager of this amazing bar, David, got fired yesterday by the worst owner in the world...Garry. I have been a customer here since 2003. I worked at Lowe's nearby, then recently during COVID ran my business here so clients and I could meet at the end of thei long tables. David was always there when I needed parties for my local theatre, my actual wedding reception and small get togethers. He always asked me how my day was going and built a repore with me. He did this will all clients. This new owner is never here and when he is never comes talks to the clients. Not one time has he greeted me or asked me how my day was. He sits in a booth counting money like the jerk he is. David was the heart of this bar and I will follow him with my money wherever he goes. Garry you made a huge mistake because of your fragile ego! Again the staff is amazing. Please come tip them until they all find new jobs because I promise I that will happen soon!!!

December 2021 - COVID Review: I came here with a group of friends to catch some Thursday night football and since they have a decent variety of choices for food and drinks on their menu. Before coming, I saw how other reviews have mentioned that they allow cigar smoking inside but I was anticipating to sit in the non-smoking section anyways. What would've been helpful is if there was a sign when you go through the main doors to know which side is smoking vs non-smoking - it's the right side of the restaurant by the way. It does suck though that after leaving, our clothes still reeked of the smell of smoke anyways. The food was decent - I wouldn't recommend the fried pickles though because they were soggy and lacked batter/breading so it was practically falling off of the sliced pickles.

We came for football Sunday and was surprised that this was a smoking bar. It took getting used to the smell, but it wasn't smoky which was a plus. Only two bartenders and one server, but the crowd was consistent throughout the day so it didn't get busy or crowded. The service sometimes took long but the server was nice and got better as time went by. There were about 5 pool tables and a few dart boards. There seems to be another bar on the right side of the building which I assume is the non smoking area. Didn't find this out until later, but it looked like there were some pool tables too. Bathrooms are clean and loved the tiles they chose lol The food was surprisingly good. The Thai chili wings don't taste so much like Thai but tasty, and the wings were big. The double down wings were pretty good too. The garlic ranch was a nice touch. Happy with the cheese fries - crispy and they used white American cheese which was delicious. The nachos are sky high which makes it worth the price. I'd say the cost of food was slightly higher than expected but glad it was good quality and flavored well.

Terrible experience as a Sports Bar. Bartender racially profiled me and has serious anger management issues. Manager is too intimidated by the bartender to take action. I have been to this bar one other time before to watch a football game and had a great experience. However, I wasn't cheering for any specific team that day, so I think this may have been why the experience worked in my favor. I cheered for both teams when doing good plays, I enjoyed the ambiance and watching people cheer for their favorite teams and thought: "This seems like a good place to watch my Cowboys vs Lions Special MNF game. The Cowboys happened to be my girlfriend's favorite team so I had decided I was going to root for this team to win. For some unbiased context-- every time the Cowboys scored and stopped the Lions, I would applaud and cheer like a diehard Cowboys fan. I wasn't being obnoxious. I was showing excitement and using it as a way to connect with other cowboys fans at the bar. I wanted to feel a connection with my girlfriend watching this same game in Florida (She's a true die hard Cowboys fan). But, everything went bad after I spoke in Spanish to the barback. I could see the other bartender seemed to be annoyed by it. I am a Latino male but I look pretty ethno-neutral. In my gut, I felt like the bartender was already annoyed that I wasn't rooting for the same team as his and then even more annoyed that I was speaking in Spanish. When I ordered my second beer, he stared at me for 3 seconds in a very aggressive sort of way. At that moment, I honestly felt very profiled. Almost like he was saying "You have no place here, rooting for "americas team" in my bar" but that's not what he said. He said worse, but later. In the middle of the 3rd Quarter when I decided to order my 3rd beer, I looked at the bartender who was at the other end of the bar and pointed at my empty cup. I was avoiding talking to him at this moment, so I just indicated with my Index finger, " One more". The bartender dead-stared at me for 5 seconds when finally said to me and the rest of the people at the bar "Please and thank you go a long way, I always teach my kids that" and gave me what was to be my last beer of that night. First of all-- I'm not a kid. I'm 35 years old. I felt out of place, awkward, but I sucked it up and reached out to him privately and said "Sir, I'm sorry if you feel disrespected". THEN, he responded in a condescending tone "That's okay, you've been doing it all night. Hope your Cowboys win (rolling his eyes)." I sat there.....embarrassed-- I was publicly humiliated. I thought about leaving, but felt like by doing so, I would be doing my other Latinos an injustice. This was unacceptable. So, I asked a different staff member for the manager and it so happened that the person responded "You're talking to him." I told him that I needed to speak with him after the game was over and he nodded and said "okay". At this point, the Cowboy's Brandin Cooks scores a 2nd Touchdown of the game and lead was 17-13 with 7 Minutes left on the 4th quarter so I cheered (perhaps a little loudly) "GO COWBOYS" and stared at the Bartender on the other side of the bar, he then came from the other side and loudly cursed at me saying "[expletive] you! What are you looking at me for?!". The manager walked over and told me to "Exit the building" so I asked if I could first explain what had happened, because he hadn't witnessed any of it. He didn't seem interested in finding out why the bartender had treated me that way, so I paid my bill and left without knowing if the Cowboys had won or not. After watching the recap at home, I realized the final 2 minutes were the most thrilling moments of the game. This wouldn't have been a terrible experience for me if the manager had approached me and explained to me what I did wrong or tried to stay neutral in the conflict. But he didn't. It is a completely unprofessional establishment where minorities are profiled and the sports bar atmosphere is only provided for fans cheering for the same sports teams as the bartender. If you're not a local, if you're a minority, or even if you are just rooting for the opposite team of the bartender's favorite team at Crossroads, then I suggest walking around the corner to Backyard Grill or driving to Hooters. Great music and food I had a blast kn the pool tables. 100/10 recommend this place was fun to be at

I spend a lot of my time here when I am in town. Started only coming for the pool, loved that they have a smoking section, playing with a cigar and a whiskey is my favorite way to get down. Just started trying the food. Prime rib was okay but the double down wings are absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere, very welcoming, I am usually solo when I come here and am able to get a couple pick up games, especially on league nights. Good people.

Stopped in here the other day to say hi to Morgann. The bar service was excellent as always, and my taco salad was epic. It lacked cheese and sour cream, but somehow this wasn't a problem, as dressing was uniquely delicious. Another thing I really like about this place is that they have effectively separated the smoking and nonsmoking sections. Of course, I like the design of the smoking section, but it just wasn't workable. Next time I'm in, I think I'll try one of their burgers. The menu is defiantly a winner.

Service and food is great but air-conditioning has been broken for a while and it's hot! Please fix!

Food and Service is amazing! My husband and I have been to Crossroads several times now...the bartenders, Kat, Nicole, Daniel, Dee all have great customer service!!! Very friendly and personable! We love the music and they have great bands play on Fridays. My husband and I tell our friends about this place all the time! Writing this review while my hubs and I are at happy hour now...and meeting new bartenders every time we come in...all so great!!!

The place has good food. The service was excellent. Good selection of beers. Nice pool tables. Lots of TV's. It was clean. The only negative is smoking is allowed. Overall, I think it's a good establishment.

The servers and management is on point. Hopefully they are being compensated for the current conditions. Quite a few times I've been in there and on the smoking side the AC is broken. Hopefully they don't put a bandaid on it this time. Once they stop putting a bandaid on the AC system, I will change my star rating.

Came here with a group for a dinner event. Had been here when it was another name in the past. The same general concept as before, but better food and service. One waitress to cover all of the roughly 75 people on the right side of the restaurant. Sat down at a table with other group members, and then waited for our waitress to come. Once she came, she took the orders of those who showed up since her previous visit. I ordered water with lemon and the combination fajitas with no sour cream. Less than 20 minutes later the fajitas appeared correctly without sour cream and it was a plate with lots of steak, chicken, but only a few shrimp. I expected more, but okay. For $22, the fajitas weren't super large as I anticipated. But they were good and filling and I didn't need to order anything else. A lot of people at my table got fish and chips and burgers, which also looked good. I'll be back with this group soon and will try something else. This place is like any sports bar with lots of TVs, lots of sports and also plenty of pool tables. Recommend giving this place a try. They have a nice outdoor area for when the weather is right and they have a smoking area, which appears to be on the other side of where we were sitting.

Food is pretty good, not award winning or anything, but pretty good. Service is very good! Friendly wait staff who dont bother you every 2 minutes. Only negatives is the music is always to loud (I'm there catching up with friends and its impossible to hold a conversation), and getting a pool table is next to impossible. Crazy busy.

Yikes. COVID who? I didn't know smoking was allowed indoors but apparently it is here. Sit outside for the non-smoking section. The place was packed. The floors, sticky. Korean bbq tacos were 2 cultural misses. The only good thing were the beer sizes. Huge. Wouldn't go back. Just not my scene.

Love this bar. It was really fresh and clean, that's nice to see from a smoking bar. Good service. Nice pool tables with good/playable cues. Only $6 an hour to play. Played for 2 hours and had a 32oz beer, cost just under $15. Went on a Saturday and it was surprisingly uncrowded. Was on a budget and didn't try the food. Will definitely come back.

I stopped in after being away for 15 + years. Much was the same which is awesome! The place had certainly been upgraded. It was cleaner and fresher. The service was over the top. They didn't let our drinks get empty. The appetizers were quick and hot! Nice job, I can't wait to get back.

If you are a woman, avoid this place and there is a woman bartender who is blonde that is very rude and exhibits poor customer service. She also seems like she has poor hygiene and looks unkempt. I didn't want her to touch my food.

Great to have Crossroads nearby. First of all - the food. The wings are TOP notch. My wife loves the Tex Mex egg rolls and salads. The manager Dave works diligently to make sure everyone is having a good time. The live music is also fantastic. On a recent visit, the band Junkfood was amazing.

Are used to like this place on Sundays as a DJ but there's just a bunch of a holes there and they like to kick people out to for no reason

It doesnt get better than this... Hands down the best spot in NOVA for food, billiards, and late night. And company too! The staff is awesome. Kimmie, Nicole, Kat, Alex, Chuck, Eugene, and Glendon are always a great time and the best in the biz. Bars really dont do food like they used to but Crossroads is a different breed. This is a purists' kitchen. Food comes out HOT and DELICIOUS. You HAVE to get the double down wings when you go, soooo good. Loaded nachos are massive and great to share. My vice is the bacon cheese fries *drooling* Great crowd for live music if you like to party. Or if you want to relax, theres a quieter family side. Love that they have a dedicated smoking side, how many restaurants let you smoke indoors these days? Some days i have a cigar, a whiskey, and watch the game on the TV wall and other days me and some friends compete in the pool league. Really is a do-it-all bar and i LOVE the upgrades they made since rebranding from Bungalow. Been coming hear for years and i look forward to many more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Hot as fuck. Please add some AC to this place.This isn't the first time ! This has happened at this establishment. I am regular customer here and this was the same situation last year as well. Why is the owner putting a bandage on a broken ac unit instead of getting a new one and not only keeping the guest happy but the employees as well. Please do something about this .

AC and heat constantly out. winter time wear a coat inside and summer time.... just don't go. No escaping the heat.

I've been coming to this place for years.. Me and my friends usually go here to relax or sometimes play billiard.. I love the bar there and just feel relax and comfortable.. But lately.. started months ago.. there's this lady bartender whose name is Morgan.. for some reasons we do not know that she's been treating as so rude.. disrespectful.. no manners at all.. me and my friend do not have any clue at all.. why she behaving that way.. but me and girlfriend tried to ignore her.. like ignoring her but today 02/18/2023 at around 11am we went there to the bar just to spend a little time as usual.. and relax.. and she was the one there.. as we expecting.. she gave this attitude again.. without saying hi or something.. not even asking us what we want to start with.. she just opened 2 bottles of bud lights and just gave it to us.. again without even asking.. and then we looked at her and she looked back at us and said that.. That is what you want right? And my girlfriend said.. you did not even ask us.. and with attitude she said ok then she can get back those bottles.. I don't understand why she behaving like that.. i feel like she's discriminating us.. She's just so rude! I do not know why the management keeping her.. and when we looked for the manager.. she said she's the manager.. wow! We hope that the management will look this as a serious complaint.. we are regular customers and we are good people.. and I do not think we deserve her rudeness.. she's very rough and needs to learn how to treat their good customers right.. Like I said been here to this place for many years and love this place but for now because of her/ Morgan I will give 1 star!

I have been coming here long before it was Crossroads. The food and drink are excellent. The appetizers, sandwiches, pizza, and the new Street Tacos are very good. The beer selection is large and service is good. I have brought family and friend here and no one has been disappointed. There is a smoking and non-smoking side. Both are clearly marked and my wife, who has a very sensitive nose when it comes to smoke, has never mentioned it on the non-smoking side. Give this place a try.

First time going there since the name change from Bungalow and they did a good job. I only visit the non smoking section. Kids meals were good and reasonably priced. Good specials and the food was good. They have pool tables and TVs for sports viewing.

I previously reviewed this bar under its old name, Bungalow Billiards. The management has changed, thus, the new name, but the bar is just as good as before. The new management upgraded some of the furnishings, such as the bathrooms and some of the furniture. The bar has two, separate rooms: smoking and non-smoking. The smoking side is where most of the action is. That's where the live bands perform (before the Wuhan virus economic restrictions) and it has more pool tables, dart boards, and usually more people. It's one of the only places in northern Virginia in which you can smoke a cigar indoors, so it gets some cigar smokers, and I am one of them. The non-smoking side is a little more brightly lit and more family friendly. I rarely go in there, so this review focuses on the smoking side. The staff is very professional and friendly. Many of them have worked at the bar for years. The drinks and food come fast and are excellent. I really like the wings here and think that they are among the best in the area. The prime rib special is a bargain. The nachos are also really good. The bar's best drink deal, as I understand it, are the 32 oz mason jars of draft beer for about $10 (for craft beer like Allagash White). The rail liquor cocktails are also cheaply priced. The Fireball shots are around $4-5 if I remember correctly. The bar has some pool and darts leagues, I believe, but I don't participate in them. Maybe someday. On weekend nights the pool and darts room is usually packed. They have plenty of TVs in the bar area, including a giant screen, so on heavy sports days you should be able to find the game you want to watch available. The staff, of course, will take requests on a particular event that you want to watch on one of the TVs if it's not already on. They don't usually show pay-per-view boxing or UFC events. The atmosphere of the bar is laid-back and casual, as in jeans and a T-shirt. I have worn my work clothes in there at times (a suit, because I work in an office) and I got stared at a bit by some of the regulars. But, it was no big deal. If you're into style, you know the age-old question: "How do you pull off wearing a suit to a sports bar?" If you want to experiment with how to do it, then I guess Crossroads is as good a place to try it as any other sports bar. If you're looking for a singles-scene, this bar may not be the best option in the area. Most of the customers are regulars and the gender ratio is about 60-40 male to female. When the Covid pandemic restrictions are lifted (if that ever happens) and the bars go back to full operation, I assume Crossroads will return to featuring live bands in the smoking section on weekend nights. Crossroads usually doesn't have a DJ playing dance music, but dancing will sometimes spontaneously break out during some of the live performances. One of the most enjoyable nights of the year at this bar is their annual Halloween costume party. My wife and I have attended it twice, and had a great time.

Ive been coming here for a while now, and let me just say that this bar is amazing! Great staff, great atmosphere, great drinks, and great owner! Oh ya and the food is AMAZING! Best food I've had at bar! Can't wait for the reopening under the new brand! 10/10 would recommend!

Each time I walk through the doors, the first thing that I think of besides the smell of their double down wings hitting my nose is the sense of comfort that this place provides me.. their staff is very friendly and has great comradery with each other, and the place is very clean! Which is a huge +! Their menu has something for everyone: im a big fan of the double down / spicy ranch wing combo with the bacon cheese fries! Repeat customer for sure!

Crossroads is hands down my favorite bar in northern VA. Please let me say how appreciative I am of the staff- very professional and kind. The selection of beers is very vast and there's always a beer for you, whether you are into IPA's, stouts or something seasonal. The food is delicious. Many places try to do a lot of items on the menu and get it wrong. Crossroads gets it right. You can order a lovely burger, sandwich, wings, or pizza and it comes to your table looking like heart and soul was put in to their food. The atmosphere is fantastic for pool players and just socializing catching up with your friends and colleagues. It's even great on weekends to catch the live bands that come in and perform! Go to Crossroads! You'll have a great time! I love this place!!

I like the places, food is so good, specially the bulgogi tacos. People are polite, again food is so good.

We came in to have some lunch and beers after work. Sat in the non-smoking side and waited for some time before Deana came over (I guess there's only 1 bartender for both sides) She seemed like it was a bother we were there. We ordered our drinks then she disappears. Another several minutes later she comes and gets our food order then disappears again. She and 2 other staff members drop our food off and she disappears AGAIN without even making sure our drinks were ok, which mine was almost out and our colleagues was. She comes back a few minutes later and gets us a few more beers but what frustrated me the most was the $13 egg rolls????? Come on, they gave us 2 cut in half. What a joke and when I said something she was like, well there's lots in them. Um ok. The wings we had were good as well as the Korean nachos. The night bartender came in and was very nice but I don't suggest going in if the other one is there. I'd give more stars but the bartender just soured my experience.

I'm so glad Crossroads is able to stay open during COVID. They were my go-to spot before the lockdowns and it makes me super happy to be able to still visit. Food is consistently delicious but the real selling point is the staff. A+ all around, especially to the managers, Eugene and David! Cheers!
