Crossroads Hotel

The welcoming team was particularly excellent and quite smart and provided useful information. The food was excellent, with breakfast being my favorite meal. The general environment felt generally safe. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Minor inconvenience was lack of hot water bathing water when using the shower, it was usually just warm.

Again stayed at Crossroads Hotel, Lilongwe and was Upgraded to a Suite, very Nice a Cozy big Room, with Nostalgic feeling , amenities are also very good and the Service excellent, Pankaj was great and made sure our Stay was comfortable, will definitely stay there when we go back, thanks to all the Staff also, they also have one of the Best Restaurant on site with best cuisine.

Excellent quality good services nice hospitality good restaurant close to a shopping mall clean facility could do better with time management but its not something i am worried about

It was a great stay with friendly staff. I loved the food, especially the breakfast and the rooms space.

I brought a team of 16 from America. I personally have been to crossroads 3 times now. This was a great stay and my team loved it as well. I highly recommend to all guests to stay here when visiting Lilongwe.

The hotel is well positioned and service is not bad. Management can improve waiters uniforms and service.

Good hotel but management pls pls pls stop the plastic water bottles. I kindly request to buy glass bottles (little to no cost) and fill them with filtered water. The plastic is not recycled and causing this beautiful country a mess. Lead by example and get up to date with what rest of the countries policy. It will make a change! If management could notify once this has been put into place. Thanks

Shopping Mall with Food Courts, Hairdressers, shopping, Money Exchange, Mosque, Swimming Pool, Breakfast room, Dinning area, Laundry , friendly Staff . One of the best in Malawi with lots of fasilities easy to travel from Lilongwe beeing central area of Malawi. Nice to visit Zomba Plateau, Mulanji mountains and Tea fields, Lake Malawi , Game Reserves with lots of Wildlife, Shopoing for handcraft by Local Malawians. Fresh fruits and Vegetables . Lots to do with Sunshine everyday. A country must visit. Crossroads Hotels are best of best 5 Star clean and tidy. Book your destination to Malawi. Money well spent. Yusoof. Muhammad Seedat.
