My stay at this hotel was unfortunately marked by poor customer service across multiple departments. From the time of arrival , the reception staff appeared unfriendly and lacked interpersonal skills expected in the hospitality industry. Their communication felt cold and unwelcoming, setting a negative tone for the rest of my stay.|Additionally, collecting beach towels was a frustrating experience. The laundry department consistently failed to supply clean towels in a timely manner, leading to unnecessary delays and inconvenience. |This lack of attentiveness and unprofessionalism extending from reception to even bar staff. Across the board. there was noticeable absence of basic customer service and people skills. While the hote1`s amenities may meet standard expectations , the service department fell far short.|I really hope management addresses these issues, as staff attitude and efficiency are key to a truly enjoyable hotel stay
