Crown Point Beach Hotel

My stay was perfect! Exceptional accommodation and service!|My cabana was exceptionally clean, cozy and comfortable with modern updates and fixtures. Everything seemed brand new in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and I slept really well every night for my entire two weeks stay. The food at the restaurant was very delicious too! They take their time and take pride in everything they do. I am trying to secure accommodation for my next stay as I will not stay anywhere else.

Hi CP,|My experience was good..Positives include:|Great Water Supply. Hot / Cold too.|A Plus on Cleanliness, room and bedding sheets.|Great Kitchenette.|Lovely Verandah..|A/C great.||On the downside -|The bed Mattress is definitely too hard and firm, thanks to the pilowtop added to it the next night..I didnt sleep the first night!!|The bunk bed is too small.|The top sheet is very heavy and uncomfortable...there is soo much nicer lighter material in this dayand age.!!!|The Toilet bowl is too small and the space too for it.|Of course the Television almost NEVER SHOWS Consistently on ANY channel. The Airport is blamed but CHANGE THE CABLE SET UP THEN!!

I love the spacious grounds. The room had everything i needed for a stay with my 10 month old baby. I enjoyed the closeness to all amenities and beaches . And the restaurant food was excellent. I will be visiting again!

Do not stay at this hotel. The rooms are old and are not deeply cleaned by the staff. Moreover, the wifi is not operable in each room throughout the hotel. I traveled with friends and family to this hotel July 27th-July 29th. Our room had wifi but my family which stayed in the room directly beside us did had to sit outside in order to access the wifi. In the room - no wifi and the staff were not willing to assist. Next, the last day of our stay, roaches were crawling on the bed. I took a picture of it and showed it to the front desk. All they said to me was "Lord have mercy" but they did not do anything to accommodate the nastiness. If you are looking for a clean hotel, by-pass this one! The outside view is nice but the rooms are absolutely horrible.

Hotel grounds, environs and room was generally clean. Parking is an issue especially at night because of the casino. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It didn't feel like foam/sponge or spring. It was flat and not sunken in though. The pillows were also very hard and flat. Found some soft ones in the cupboard. The duvet was the texture of burlap sack and we ended up going to the front desk to ask for alternative. Kitchenette was ok and fridge was clean. Sat on the toilet and the whole toilet fixture tilted to the side as the bolt had somehow came loose. This was rectified by maintenance personnel. Shower head was extremely blocked. Ended up cleaning it myself to get it to spray decently. Gallery was clean and inviting. The glass door to same was falling apart and took some tinkering in order to get it to open and close. There are some native chickens living right on the hedge by the gallery and the 4am wake up call was quite alarming! The included breakfast was really sub-standard in both quality and quantity. Ended up buying outside the hotel for the rest of our stay. The wait was also quite long with nearly 45 minutes to an hour. Lastly the hotel staff wasn't exactly pleasant or welcoming. Thank the Lord for a great location!

We have been visiting from the US for about 7 years and it’s wonderful. I will keep coming back. Great staff! I sterner got better since the last time I was here but still not spectacular.

I have been going there for the past few years, and each experience has been really great. I would definitely recommend Crown Point Beach Hotel if you need a little getaway.

From making reservations to check out was simple and easy. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. The rooms were clean and the staff were all lovely . Great views of the ocean.
