We had our wedding party at Millennium Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi, and our entire family stayed there for several nights. It was truly a wonderful experience. The whole team was professional, welcoming, and extremely supportive throughout our stay. From reception to housekeeping and food & beverage, everyone went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our family genuinely enjoyed every moment, and the hospitality made our wedding celebration even more special. I’ve been staying at Millennium Downtown Abu Dhabi for over two weeks now as a part of my work, and my experience has been genuinely excellent. From day one, the atmosphere has been warm and welcoming. The staff across the hotel reception, restaurant, housekeeping are consistently polite, attentive, and willing to help. You feel looked after without it ever feeling forced. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property are top-notch, which really matters during a longer stay. The facilities are a big plus. The Wi-Fi speed is excellent and reliable, the gym is well equipped, and having access to the sauna and swimming pool makes a noticeable difference when you’re staying for an extended period. There’s also a bar and multiple dining options, which adds to the convenience. I was on a full-board plan, and honestly, the food deserves special mention. This was easily one of the highlights of my stay. The restaurant offers a wide and well-balanced variety, with options ranging from Indian to Italian and other international cuisines. There’s always something for everyone, and I found myself looking forward to meals each day. I even discovered a few new dishes along the way. The desserts were consistently good, and the cheesecake was one of the best I’ve had. Another thoughtful touch for long-stay guests is access to laundry facilities, which made things much easier and more comfortable. Overall, every interaction I’ve had here has been positive. Anyone you meet around the hotel is genuinely happy to assist. While this stay was arranged for me by my company, I can confidently say that if I’m booking accommodation myself in the future, Millennium Hotels will be high on my list wherever I travel.

Very old hotel, there rooms are big but very outdated. Wifi doesn't work in the room. Service is great, front staff (especially Armel) are very kind and helpful. They have a huge gym and sauna, nice pool on the rooftop. Bed is super confortable!

The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a great dining experience. Mohamad did a great job in assisting us and the entire team, reception, chef, servers.

I would like to thanks the housekeeping team for Thein consistent hard work and dedication. The rooms were always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary amenities. The staff was courteous and respectful, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. If I were to suggest any improvement, it would be to pay a little extra attention to the small details, such as ensuring all toiletries are fully replenished and checking for any missed spots during cleaning.
