We had our wedding party at Millennium Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi, and our entire family stayed there for several nights. It was truly a wonderful experience. The whole team was professional, welcoming, and extremely supportive throughout our stay. From reception to housekeeping and food & beverage, everyone went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our family genuinely enjoyed every moment, and the hospitality made our wedding celebration even more special. Thank you to the entire staff for the excellent service, warm atmosphere, and unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel and wish the team continued success.

I had a wonderful stay at Millennium Downtown, and the housekeeping service truly stood out. The room was always spotless, well-organized, and refreshed on time, which made my stay very comfortable. A special thank you to Sanjay, the housekeeper, for his outstanding work. He was professional, attentive, and always greeted me with a warm smile. His dedication and attention to detail really made a difference. Great housekeeping like this reflects the high standards of the hotel. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!

Pleasant staff, extremely inefficient service is how I would describe this hotel in short. Every request to the front desk would take a long time to be fulfilled. But guess what? Before it can be fulfilled we would have to be bounced from reception to housekeeping to reception again. And then after all that responsibility pushing we needed to call the reception AGAIN after the request had been accepted to remind them of our request. My partner and I had a few requests. We asked for 4 bottles of water, got delivered three after getting bounced back and forth. When we arrived the room was missing hotel slippers. We also got the wrong number to dial for housekeeping. My final straw that led me to writing this review is the time it took to reclaim back my lost item. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for the housekeeping staff (who confirmed that the item is in their inventory the moment I stepped in) to pass it to me. The estimated wait time given by concierge was 5-10 minutes… The only positive about this hotel is the location and the fact the concierge did their best to alleviate the distress the delay caused. I’m actually speechless though. I hope the team here can sort things out asap and do better for guests who are staying or planning on staying here.

The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a great dining experience. Mohamad did a great job in assisting us and the entire team, reception, chef, servers.
