Crowne Plaza Changi Airport by IHG

I have never stayed at a hotel as good as the Crowne Plaza Changi Airport. From the moment we walked into the hotel to the moment we checked out, the staff was really friendly and the hotel was immaculately clean. The staff member DYLIA provided great customer service, and was extremely kind and friendly. She started off our stay at the Crowne Plaza in a great way. The hotel room we stayed in was perfectly cleaned, with a huge bathtub and a desk for me to do my work. The bed was extremely spacious and comfortable. The hotel pool was also astonishing, with a poolside bar and many areas to sit and the location of the hotel is in a superb place if you have a early morning flight, beside Terminal 3 and Jewell Shopping Centre. Overall, Crowne Plaza Changi Airport has again exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all of my family and friends.

We stayed 2 nights here with our toddler and the hotel was super conveniently located within the airport and easy to find! All the staff were so lovely and accommodating from the moment we arrived, bringing up a travel cot for us with a comfy toddler mattress and fresh fitted sheets. The staff were happy to warm up milk for our toddler too, as well as bringing some delayed luggage straight to our door. We felt very taken care of here, and the breakfast was beautiful and delicious! And the pool was gorgeous. We swam in the evenings to cool down at the end of the day and it was a dream. We would definitely stay here again on our next lay over.

We stayed here twice in two weeks. It was the perfect stay for two tired travellers. So comfortable, with a huge bath and shower. Choice of pillows and a huge comfortable bed. Breakfast was great too. When we came for the second stay we were given a free upgrade to a suite which felt so luxurious. Spent a few hours by the pool before our flight, towels provided and changing facilities. A perfect stay.

Fantastic location, especially if you need to stay near the airport for an early morning flight. The hotel is within walking distance of the airport and directly connected to Terminal 3. Jewel is just a short walk away and offers everything from food to clothing and electronics. The hotel facilities are excellent, including the pool, restaurants, and bar. Breakfast is very good with a wide variety of options. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.

What really stood out was the room. It far exceeded expectations: genuinely spacious, beautifully laid out, and with a full bath, it felt more like a destination hotel than an airport stopover. The generous size made repacking before our flight easy and stress-free. A real highlight for me was the runway view. Being able to watch aircraft movements from the room was a genuine treat, and as an aviation geek, it made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is exceptional, with direct access to Terminal 3 and an easy walk to Jewel, which makes everything feel effortless.

It was such a great experience! The room was big and nice. The staff were hospitable and considerate in providing us the room that we need from the time we did our booking. The hotel was great in general. We were greeted and accommodated in the club lounge during our stay and provided us with awesome foods and drinks. Ths staff in the club lounge were great especially Raymond. I hope Raymond can keep my alo black hat which I forgot in the shower area should the hotel was able to find it. I hope to visit and stay in Crowne Plaza Changi Airport very soon.

The location is unbeatable—directly connected to the airport, making travel with luggage completely stress-free. What truly stood out was the staff’s hospitality. Our flight was delayed, and the team was extremely understanding and helpful in arranging a late checkout, which made a big difference and took a lot of pressure off our travel day. The service was warm, professional, and genuinely accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with genuinely great customer service. We had a room with a runway view, which was a fun and unique bonus, and the room itself was modern, quiet, and very comfortable.||The location in Terminal 3 couldn’t be more convenient, with easy access via trams to the other terminals and a covered walking bridge directly to Jewel. Despite being at the airport, the hotel felt calm and well designed.||Would happily stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone with an early flight, late arrival, or a Singapore stopover.

The Crowne Plaza at Changi Airport is super convenient. It's so nice to just walk straight from the terminal to the hotel without leaving the airport. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The one we had was very spacious. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which is always a plus. Overall, I highly recommend it if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place right at the airport. Provides a lot of convenience.

Having flown from Seattle to Seoul to Singapore, arriving exhausted after midnight, we needed some convenient accommodations for the night before relocating in the city of Singapore. Indeed, the Crowne Plaza is conveniently located on airport grounds and connected to Terminal 3. Even better, you can walk through two enclosed pedestrian bridges from the second floor of the Crowne Plaza while following the signs to Jewel in Terminal 1, the gem of Changi Airport. It's accessible without ever going outside by taking the bridge to Terminal 3, making an immediate right, and taking another bridge to one of the upper floors of Jewel. The hotel features an excellent breakfast at a reasonable price with local cuisine, Indian and Malaysian food, and both European and Western classics. The downside is that arriving at Terminal 4 after midnight means there will be limited bus service to Terminals 1-3, the only way to get to the Crowne Plaza using the airport's transportation system. The train doesn't navigate to Terminal 4. It was going to be over an hour wait for the next airport bus, so we simply used the Grab App (similar to Uber in the U.S.) and called a driver to take us to the Crowne Plaza. That's your best bet in the early morning hours.

10/31/24 - we just arrived in Changi airport from Manila & checked into Crowne Plaza Hotel @ Terminal 3. Absolutely gorgeous. This will give us a day to explore the airport wo/venturing outside of the airport. Our tour of SE Asia starts 11/01/24. In the meantime we will have the ability to explore . I love this room and wish we could stay longer. It's clean spacious & nicely designed

One of the nicest airport hotels you will ever find at any airport in the world. The facilities are very good and so was the staff however I did not try out the restaurants even though as a guest I was given a 20% discount. There is way too much competition from the dining options in the airport itself. Getting to and from the hotel and terminals is very convenient and easy. The rooms are well appointed with very nice amenities including a bathtub in the bathroom. I would stay here as a quick overnight stay while transiting through the airport.

My wife the hotel snob booked this hotel as we had a layover of 15 hours. Bc immigration had been difficult & tricky on our most recent SE ocean cruise we had to be sure we took care of that easy to do E-arrival card. But it was our first time staying here at this hotel so bc we flew in via Terminal 2 we had to get to Terminal 3 via the Skywalk which we finally figured out despite riding that elusive elevator up & down, down & up. Yup we did that several times literally! LOL A kind soul finally helped us. Woohoo not that rude security person after leaving immigration who said get your correct details via the information desk. That's nowhere to be found like so convenient for her. Right??? We arrived finally at this hotel on the second floor but we had to take the elevator down to the checkin desk on first floor. Too dangerous to ride the escalator bc of our mega large suitcases & other miscellaneous stuff! Finally the gal checked us in & Raymond assisted her. He helped us to our elevator which that area was so so dark like why? We were located on the top 9th floor way in the end. Your walls consisted of outside which was very warm & humid. It was highly unique & really unnecessary. I preferred enclosed walls & cooler temperatures. Our hotel was nice but I couldn't take a bath bc it wouldn't plug so the bathtub would not fill up. Instead the shower was satisfying & my wife was happy to see her favorite tennis idol on their sports channel! Woohoo! At least their TV stays on unlike the hotel we stayed at in Manila which was highly bizarre. Sweet dish was awaiting us. Candies & macarons. Wife's favorite dessert! It took care of both our sweet tooth! Thank goodness we didn't have to walk outside to this hotel bc it was really rainy! Instead various shops really caught my wife's eye & she was so distracted that she wished we had more time at this hotel to take advantage of some more shopping! I lucked out! Whew. Complimentary buffet breakfast awaited us in the morning but we passed and left quickly in the morning. Luckily international terminal 3 was just adjacent to this hotel so we could have eaten here before leaving home to USA. I'm not sure if we would return as we aren't fond of their sweltering hot & humid temperatures. It's not our first time to Singapore! We are truly blessed to travel. Our stay was less than 12 hours so convenience was so key. No taxi cab ride was needed at all. Their hotel personnel was very kind to us despite confusing details to get here from Terminal 2. As one rides the skywalk one can see the hotel directly. I found the entrance quickly even though my wife didn't! She was too busy distracted by holiday decorations & cool shopping stores! Yay. Just one more long flight home & rental car ride to our house. Hope all goes well. Travels are always interesting, challenging, tiring & not always fun. At least we arrived home safely which is the bottom line. Yay!

We liked the hotel's proximity to Jewel and the airport that we stayed here again. This time the room configuration felt more cramped but they had great space saving features. Squeezed the ironing board and iron into a flatter space, seating area or for your bag behind the sliding door of the cabinet. Safe in a desk drawer - didn't find that till the last day :) A small coffee table and seat at the foot of the bed. Mini fridge and beverage center also in the sliding door area. Bathrobes and bedroom slippers. Bathroom was nice. Large and bright. Hairdryer - yay! The shower came with a regular and rain shower head and large pump bottles of bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. As rewards members we received two free laundry items per day which could not be accumulated and free breakfast served at Azur. The bath had a lovely floral design glass pane to separate it from the bedroom section. Provided a nice photo op. The view was good and we couldn't really hear the planes going overhead. Service was excellent, from John who checked us in to the servers in Azur restaurant where we had the buffet breakfast. We had gotten off a 16 hour flight and needed some grace. John explained everything carefully to make sure I understood. Jane and the other servers at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Their business nook was meh. The printer didn't work and the host did offer to print it off for me but it was a hassle so I passed. We would stay again. The location is good and the train service allows guests to head downtown easily. And it's also close to Jewel so you could easily eat and shop without ever leaving the airport area.

We stayed here for 1 night so we can rest before our long flight home from Singapore back to LAX in April 2023. It was a very good decision as we had a nice comfortable bed to rest in before our flight and we were able to take a shower, etc. We did not even have to leave the airport either, since the location was so convenient. Price was reasonable for the comfort and convenience for our family of four, especially since we had an infant in tow at the time!

We stayed here for a couple of nights on a trip to Singapore. The service was great, and we loved that it was attached to the airport. Loved having a tub in the room, which is something one doesn't always get in Asian hotels. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. The convenience of being attached to the airport was a major plus for us. It made our arrival and departure hassle-free, as we could simply walk to the terminal without needing to arrange transportation. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the airport meant that we didn't have to worry about traffic or long travel times to catch our flights. The tub in our room was a pleasant surprise. It provided a luxurious and relaxing experience after a long day of exploring the city. The spaciousness of the bathroom was also impressive, allowing us to comfortably get ready in the mornings. Overall, our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The excellent service, convenient location, and added amenities made it a memorable experience. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore, especially those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport.

I am still both shaking with anger and processing fear. I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Changi October 21-22 with a possibility of having to stay another night at the Singapore Airport and first I will begin by letting the folks know that the rooms are lovely and clean. Super. I spent $400 (definitely not worth $400) for one night because I had an excruciating long layover and wanted to see more of beautiful Singapore. I was in Room 734 in case anyone would like to verify. I left my things with the hotel staff so that I could go to the Bird Paradise Park. I like birds. I would also like to add that I am injured. I have a cast on my right leg due to an unfortunate injury while traveling. Cool. I am able to walk but not superbly. The hotel both knew Tis, saw this, and were aware. I had a lovely time at Bird Paradise even in the rain. So it's time to leave the park, right? For some reason, the ride app and the taxi apps were not connecting for me. I was also unable to call out because it seems that the majority of the taxi apps only accept local numbers. Whatever the reason, I don't know. So I called the Crowne Plaza by the ability to press 'call' on the google search (thankfully...I was so relieved-but relief was soon squashed because the front desk person I spoke to, Mai Lin (apologies for the possible incorrect spelling) refused to help me so they could arrange a taxi to meet me at bird paradise and take me back to the hotel to either get my things or see about a second night if needed. I begged her to please call a cab--I didn't care the cost, I just wanted to get back to the airport. And yes. I did try hailing a cab but they were either hired or off duty. Why are you even driving by the car park area if you are off duty? I don't know whatever. Y'all, I begged while sobbing. "No, we can't help you." What? No they refused. I was able to connect with a bird paradise (I was having a panic attack sobbing at this point as I also happen to have the lovely bane of having crippling anxiety.) She helped arrange a cab and got me to the hotel. And then the taxi guy was like - cash only. I was like just get me to the hotel and I'll effing figure it out at this point since all I had was credit cards. So I go into the front desk...I had a good 40 minutes in the cab to try to bring myself back to center so I didn't go in guns 'ablazing and be a jerk. Jeremy, the ...manager (pictured below) found cash and paid the cab AND THEN ADDED IT TO MY BILL. I was like...is this your standard customer service? He went and talked to the employee that I spoke to on the phone and then came back and told me that they would not call a cab for me because what if it didn't show up and then it would be the hotel's fault. ...I was speechless. Like super effing speechless. Then I did find words. This is the Crowne Plaza that I just spent an assload of money on for 6 hours of much needed sleep and you cannot help me get back to the hotel where you are holding my stuff. Literally the only they did was comp the $30 cab bill because I believe Jeremy saw that my tears were not tears of sadness but tears of unmitigated primal anger and he was about to be the recipient. Seriously eff this place so hard. I was stranded, scared, and I begged them on the phone to call a cab for me. Begged. Thanks for the $30 . Shout out to the beautiful soul at Bird Paradise that got the cab for me and waited with me as I tried to freaking self-regulate. These people are in hospitality? Who trained them!? Who?! Thank you-- for a whole lot of nothing, Crowne Plaza. Sincerely and still traumatized, Debbie Rockwell. Edited to remove vulgar words.

Given that this is located at an airport and intended as an in-transit layover spot, it is kind of surprising to me that it really knocks it out of the park! I'm not a Crowne Plaza frequent sleeper and have no status with this hotel group. I only choose to stay at this particular property because there really is no other choice when my flight leaves out of Changi at an ungodly hour in the morning. I splurge for the executive level privileges so that I can just hang out in their lounge and eat and drink so that I don't have to bother trying to find my way into the city when I really need to get to bed early and it saves me from having to eat another generic room service club sandwich. Having been to this club 3 times in the past 2 years or so, my experience has been consistent. The service staff on this date (evening) are outstanding. Under the direction of Raymond, the other attendants Zoey and Amira were constantly moving around the space interacting with the guests, refreshing drinks, pushing food on me like a grandmother, and generally making me have a good time even when all I really want to do is get home. I have been in many hotel exec clubs around the world and most do not have the level of welcoming personnel that this one does. Real kudos to this crew as they clearly take pride in what they do and I don't think that you can teach that level of genuine hospitality in any hotel indoctrination course. The employees have to want that for themselves at date of hire. This group clearly does. The space if modern, small but comfortable and has several seating options including some with window views of the neat pool area. I feel kind of bad sitting at one while the economy class travelers are out at the pool looking in drooling at what I am getting to eat and drink. That feeling only lasts for about 10 seconds though because that is about how long it takes for the service crew to bring me my first adult beverage. Speaking of adult beverages, they have a couple beers, a couple wine choices, a standard set of rail liquors and a cocktail menu for things such as Singapore Slings, Mai Tai's and the like. Again, kind of cool for a hotel executive lounge. I generally am not presented with any sort of menu in settings like this so coming with a thoughtful cocktail menu presentation upon entry is really a nice touch. And speaking of nice touches, this is one of the few exec lounge settings that has an actual Bourbon on their rail (albeit standard Jim Beam) instead of trying to fake it with that swill of a brown bottle known as Jack! Getting 5 stars out of me is not easy but having a real Bourbon on the rail is a good start at heavily greasing the wheels in favor of star inflation! While I have never had the chance to enjoy breakfast or afternoon tea, I can attest to the evening canapés being more than enough to make a meal out of and they are inventive with a large variety. Tonight as I write this, there is cheese and charcuterie, items for a self-made salad, sushi, pizza, Japanese fried chicken nuggets, fried rice, olives, nuts, samosas, hummus, and about 10 other things to enjoy with influences from all over the globe including some that show respect for vegetarians if that is even possible. ;) Seriously, if you can't find something to eat here, there is probably something wrong with you. All in all, great effort for an executive lounge and even more impressive that it is at an "airport hotel" where they could have taken the strategy that all of us guests are kind of being held captive in a white collar prison so they could have taken the easy way out and cheapened the experience, the hospitality, the food and the beverage offerings. Kudos to the Crowne Plaza and to Raymond and his crew for not taking the easy way out. Well done!

Great service. Checking in too only 5 minutes. Staff is welcoming and helpful. This hotel is attached to the airport which made it very convenient to make your flight. It's also connected to the Jewel mall, an added bonus. The room was comfortable and the bath amenities were wonderful, better than Marina Bay Sands. The pool was refreshing. Definitely a hotel I would recommend.

A very nice airport hotel. Room was contemporary and well appointed. Checkin was smooth and quick. I didn't hear any plane noise that others have mentioned. Instead of having breakfast at the hotel, I went to JEWEL for breakfast, which was very convenient. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone with an overnight layover or a really late arrival or really early departure.

Stayed here for several days on a work trip. It's part of the airport complex and not so easy to find unless someone gives you explicit instructions. I ended up googling it and found better directions in a travel forum. The hotel is very nice. It's got a dark and rich interior that feels lux. The staff was incredibly helpful in all areas from check in to arranging for cabs. There are several restaurants/bars to choose from. The breakfast buffet has a nice assortment of items. Eggs station, breakfast meats, fruits, pastries, parfaits as well as indian and Chinese foods as well. My room was small without any windows but organized well in an efficient way. The bathroom was at the far end of the narrow room behind sliding doors and had a floor to ceiling window in it behind a big soaking tub. The window had a privacy button but I couldn't tell if it was working or not, so I used the automatic shade and kept it closed most of the time. The window faced the walkway to the airport in Clearview of people, so that privacy button was key. Ha. Everything in the hotel was very clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be close to the airport.

Stayed here for a 20 hour layover and the hotel was world class! Crowne Plaza was a pricier hotel in Singapore but was well worth it as it was super convenient for my morning flight at 9 am! Check in was a touch leisurely and my "8th floor room" ended up being on the 3rd. Most importantly, the room was quiet, facing the hotel driveway, and was super modern. The shower was excellent with fantastic warm water and great water pressure. Towels were decent too. The bed was world class as it was super comfortable pillow top mattress with excellent high thread count sheets. WiFi was complimentary too! Check out was easy with express check out in a box by the elevator!

This place is a great if you have long layover and need a place to rest. It's very convenient & the breakfast buffet is great. I was very disappointed with the room service so make sure you don't do it. We ordered the waygu burger with fries, chicken satay & mango shake $78. Not even worth it & it took over an hour & half to get it. Other than that the room was great.

I had a 24 hour layover in Changi and knowing that it would be pouring outside for the whole day, I was hoping to find accomodation within the airport. As I was perusing through multiple listings, crowne plaza caught my eye. It is located just within terminal 3 beside the well-known Changi's pride, Jewel. The location is hard to beat! Normally, the check in time is 3 PM and the check out time is 12 PM. However, you can make special request for early check in (which I did since I would be arriving at 10 AM). Check in was a breeze. You'd also need to fill out a questionnaire about your recent travel and health condition (I assume to anticipate the coronavirus epidemic). I got a room at the Jewel wing (you have to walk past through a glass door at the most eastern part of the building and use the elevator there). As indicated, the room is overlooking Jewel. Room was clean and well-equipped with all amenities you need. My only gripe was that the TV would always turn off by itselves multiple times after 2 or 3 minutes. It wasn't a big deal as I was only going to use it as a background noise. Occasionally, you would also hear the muffled noise of planes taking off, not a big deal as they were subtle. Multiple facilities include fitness center, restaurants, pool, and spa. I didn't utilize them so I can't comment on those. Express check out is also an option if you're in a hurry. You only need to fill out a form placed inside the drawer of your room and drop it off alongside your key cards to the express check out box (on the 2nd floor). Given its close proximity to Jewel, I'd recommend this place for its convenience. With that said, it also comes with a hefty price tag (cheapest room is hovering around $200 per night). All in all, a great option if you have a long layover and early morning flight to catch!

This Crowne Plaza which is located inside the airport in Singapore is a perfect location for those that have long 24 layovers like myself. The time it took from the plane, through immigration, to check in was only about 20 minutes. From the hotel to Singapore's metro is only a 3 minute walk, so after dropping off our bags in the room, we quickly hopped on the metro to eat at one of the popular Hawker Centers. The Crowne Plaza's rooms are very comfortable, separate bathtub and shower, decent sized room, and acceptable WiFi speeds. The staff were extremely helpful checking and also giving me directions into town. Breakfast is included in the price, and it did not disappoint. Crowne Plaza has a huge breakfast spread, nice variety of American, Chinese, and Indian breakfast items. I would stay here again without a doubt, and I recommend it to anyone who has a long layover.

I was a bit disappointed in our stay here. The customer service is really lacking and felt rushed during check in and check out. They did not offer us service to help with our bags during check in. Service was cold and abrupt. The room itself was spacious - the highlight was the beautiful bathroom and the deep soaker tub. The room had a very strong, unpleasant smell when we first arrived. Our room was situated far from the airport, restaurant and pool. We had to take 2 separate elevators to get to our room on the 3rd floor. It was quite the inconvenience! The outdoor pool was beautiful but the water was too cold. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the pool due to weather. We were hoping there'd be a hot tub for rainy days just like these, but they only have the main pool. The major pro is that it is conveniently located inside of the Jewel Changi airport which made exploring the airport a breeze. For the price, there are better options out there for better quality.

Beautiful room with ample space overlooking the pool. Bed and linens were wonderful. The decor was modern and elegant. The room was clean and efficient. Plenty of water for drinking and the coffee pot. I was surprised that an airport could be this nice. Check in was pleasant even though it was quite busy. The bellman walked around offering water. The ambience in the hotel was so tranquil. I felt like I was in a resort somewhere. The only disappointment was the food in Bar 75. The chicken satay was all fat. No one asked why I didn't eat it. I told them it was inedible and no credit was offered only a comment form. The bartender was so efficient since he was taking care of all the drinks and food for the bar. He was always smiling and seemed happy!

Wow. what a hotel. I don't think I've ever been to a hotel that provides this much direct access to an airport. For many Singaporeans, this hotel is actually considered a top luxury hotel, and I can easily see why. Having arrived at a bit late (11:30pm), the cool part about this hotel was that it was part of Terminal 2 at Changi, which meant I just had to take a quick train and voila, I was at the hotel! During check in, I was surprisingly given the crème de la crème room of them all - a King Suite (didn't really care for the view, not a fan). The king suite is literally the best room type in the entire building. You'll see why... The King suite is enormous. Did I mention how big it is? ENORMOUS. Easily triple the size of the King Hilton room I stayed at the Hilton Tokyo, the suites come with a powder room, a huge living room, a huge working desk, a bedroom with an enormous walk-in wardrobe and a ridiculously expansive bathroom. There are two TVs and ample space for people to even exercise if they wanted to. I love this design so much. The bed itself is so comfy that I knocked out after taking a quick shower. There are shades that allow natural light to be fully blocked, and it's stretched out all the way to the bathroom. In addition, the room is defined with separate AC controls, which is always a plus for those traveling with other friends. The walk-in closet literally can staff 2 people easily if you really want to pile in. My measly one-piece luggage did no damage to the closet, and was easily dwarfed by the massive spaces. For the bathroom, there are two sinks (one for face wash, and one to wash my hands haha). The shower and toilet are split with a glass panel, which i think is pretty clever. I went to Azur for breakfast at around 6:30am, which had just opened its doors for business. As a buffet, I was delighted to see so many variety of regional spreads. There is a live egg station where you can get fried, scrambled, omelette and other forms of eggs. There is also dim sum and a few other delicious morsels that people definitely can enjoy. One caveat - it's weirdly dark at Azur. There's no natural lighting come in, but it just felt weird kinda eating in an unnatural lighting setting Man, it's crazy, but this hotel is actually better than most 5-star hotels I've been to. It doesn't feel anything close to a Crowne Plaza, but almost a modern take on a Intercontinental hotel just located at Changi Airport. I literally would come back to Singapore and just stay there again. So worth it.

I stayed in a "Business King Room." 1. Right next to the airport. The hotel is located in Terminal 3, and is a five minute walk to Terminal 2. 2. The room has sort of a strange layout. It's a long rectangle, with a desk right by the door, then the bed, then a couch, and finally a bathroom at the end next to the window. Because I couldn't see the window from the bed, it felt a bit like I was in a windowless room. 3. I was assigned 359 in the "Jewel Wing," so I had a great view of the traffic and construction, but absolutely no view of the airport/runway. I would probably try this hotel again, if I had an early morning flight, but I would choose a Premier Room, which has a different (hopefully better) layout.

This hotel is located in Terminal 3 at SIN and the room we stayed in very contemporary in style. I'm not a big fan of contemporary but the room was very, very nicely appointed. King size bed, nice linens and comforter etc. the bathroom included a large double-ended freestanding bathtub and beautiful fixtures. The window wall separating the bedroom from the bathroom was very cool. Hit the wall switch when privacy was desired and bingo, the glass instantly changed from clear to frosted. Our flight was at 0600 departing from Terminal 1, meaning we had to check-in at around 0400, but we discovered the sky tram does operate at that time of the day and there is no way to walk from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1. So the only option was a taxi, which Crown Plaza paid for and provided at no cost to us. And it is also very conveniently located to the metro train or whatever they call it. The next time we travel to Singapore we will for sure be staying there.

The airport hotel is a convenient place to spend a night or two if one is there for a transit and prefer to catch up on sleep rather than getting a hotel in town. My experience at the hotel is a positive one especially for an aviation geek in me. Getting a room facing the runway is absolutely great for me! The ability of taking photos of the traffic taxiing the taxiway near runway 02 Left through the windows is great. Room and toilet are well stocked up with necessary items and bed is very comfortable. Of course, all this comes with a price. Unless you have corporate rates, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Paying for more than S$150 a night is definitely a no for me despite its advantages. Overall, I enjoyed the stay here and will recommend this hotel only if the price is right.

Would have been a nice quiet room except the bed sheets were dirty and had some dried spots of blood.

This modern and stylish hotel is connected to Terminal 3 and is a great place for transit and if you're just popping into Singapore for some shopping. They have a friendly staff and accommodate the latest of arrivals. If you're going to get stuck at an airport Changi is the one and Crowne Plaza is the place to stay!

Great place to have a meeting if you just want fly in and not leave airport. Actually beautiful bs convent. Service in lobby bar good pleasant staff. I was bit concerned when I tried to order the Wagyu Burger rare , and they asked me to sign a disclaimer. Doesn't say much of the Chef if he's not confident enough that they're using proper hygiene procedures in the kitchen. Or ordering their provisions from a Reputable vendor. It said Wagyu burger on menu , NOT!! Mad cow burger. Never ceases to amaze me that a company would spend millions to build a Beautiful hotel. And risk getting negative comment for something as silly as a rare burger. It's a Airport hotel. If I got sick from it , I'd be thousands of miles away when it hit me. But to suggest I order Wagyu or any burger well done. Is wrong on 20 levels. So I settled on Reuben sandwich. They put Chilli in the Russian Dressing. I can honestly say that's the first time in my life my mouth was burning after eating a Reuben. Good coffee though.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Los Angeles, what a dump. The Crowne Plaza in Singapore is absolutely amazing. Cool rooms, great view, AMAZING breakfast. The breakfast spread was a bit ridiculous, it has more western breakfast, chinese breakfast items and then local flavor as well. Char Siew Bao, Roti and chicken curry, the list just goes on with all the amazing foods there are to eat. They were all pretty decent too. The rooms had great bathrooms, great tile work, wonderful open showers, large tubs and great views as well. One of the coolest things about the hotel was the 2nd floor, I believe, was just surrounded in water, you step out of your door and walk down a path surrounded by water. it was a really beautiful place, plus it was connected to the airport.

There is nothing better than walking out of the airport after 21 hours of flight time and into a hotel and passing out...all without leaving the terminal. Sleek and modern the only thing here to bug you is the white noise of jets landing in the night.

Ok guys, I haven't actually stayed the night here or eaten a single meal, which makes it kind of difficult for me to award the place five stars or even write a decent review. But being the narcissistic writer that I am, I tend to believe that my words are made of gold and carry great weight, regardless of the experience behind them, so here goes. I came into this hotel on the recommendation of the information staff in Terminal 3. I needed something photocopied *before* immigration (don't ask why) and they recommended I use this hotel's business centre. The business centre was closed with a sign on the door suggesting would-be patrons contact reception for their business needs. I went down there fully expecting to have my request rebuffed (since I was not a guest) but, instead, the staff agreed to fulfil my request immediately with nothing but obliging smiles. They didn't even charge me a cent. Now that's service! Who would've thought you could get something for nothing from a business in Singapore? I had to run outside immediately to check whether the moon was blue or whether pigs were flying. Maybe Hell froze over and I didn't realise, but regardless, Crowne Plaza gets two thumbs up for service in my books.

This is such a convenient hotel for the airport... it's a no brainer... Hotel staff are courteous... rooms are reasonably sized and comfortable... and the bed was great :-) Being an airport hotel there is take off/landing noise, but a pair of ear plugs will see to that... Would definitely recommend and will stay again...

Hello from the Travelerintransit. I promised a report on my weekend staycation at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport so here it is! Honestly the weekend flew by so quickly because S and i were both feeling so relaxed in the tropical resort environment of the hotel and before i knew it we had to check out. BAH. Anyway take a look at what Crowne Plaza has to offer! And really, it's the best transit hotel ever. Crowne Plaza Changi Airport takes on a Contemporary Asia theme which focuses a lot on the tropics. There are plenty of open and green spaces which remove all that strain from traveling (and work in our case). I couldn't believe we were in an airport hotel when i stepped into our 75sqm King Suite. Boy the space was huge. Love the huge windows that allow natural light to flood the room in the day. I love the soothing colors of the room and it's really similar to the new leather upholstery of my favorite carrier Singapore Airlines. The typical deluxe rooms are 36sqm and all rooms come with a 1.8m work desk and an iPod docking station. The rooms function equally as a space to rest and recuperate or as a working space for the travelling executive. The difference with the Suite is that there's an additional living area, everything else is the same. I cannot believe that all the rooms come equipped with a bathtub. That's sheer luxury for city hotels and it's big enough for 2! Wink wink. Love the refreshing citrusy scent of the bath products from The White Company. All your toiletries needs would be accommodated. We also had pool access from our bedroom and it walks straight out to the 30m landscaped outdoor swimming pool. The Crowne Plaza Club which is created exclusively for frequent business travelers with their personalized service and host of special privileges and amenities available daily from 6.30am to 11pm. There are Internet workstation and meeting rooms for booking, as well as photocopying and faxing facilities. Complimentary WIFI access is also available. All day coffee, tea, juices, mineral water, soft drinks and a selection of cookies are available. Another Club perk is the daily evening drinks and canapes from 5.30 to 7.30pm. They have my favorite Wensleydale Cranberry Cheese! Mini sandwiches, puffs and dim sum, along with artisan toast and cheese and a good selection of desserts, you hardly need to eat after. The Club also serves breakfast daily from 6.30am to 10.30am. The spread in the lounge is probably not as great as that at Azur (where we could have eaten breakfast at) but it's quieter at the Lounge and certainly more relaxing with the pool view.

My goodness, I never had to chance to review this place in the past 2 years. This is a really great hotel. Even though it has accommodations that are different from the airport, I like it. This is the first thing on my mind after getting off my flight. I come in from SF and the rest of my family come in from China. All of us take flights that leave us with no choice but to arrive past 12am Singapore time. The remainder of my relatives live in the city and in turn this would make us miss the last MRT train. This hotel serves as a good point for us to rest before we arrive in our HDB the next day. The beds are really comfortable and meals are right next to us. The airport mall is nearby too. You can get a great view of the airport here too. The staff was also really sweet on taking care of my needs too. This is quite rad.

Currently staying at the Crowne plaza Singapore airport and it's actually quite nice. It got the designation as one of the top hotels if not the top airport hotel in the world and I totally understand why. It's connected to terminal two I believe of the shiny airport. It offers a bar pool area and the rooms are actually quite spacious. I stayed for two nights in the deluxe king room which was about 400 ft.² and offered a soaking tub which I thought was nice. The hotel is actually very quiet considering that the airport is literally a two minute walk from the hotel. They have the hotel section off of coarse so you need a key to access the guest rooms. The service was extremely friendly upon check-in and really quick considering how large the hotel is. The rooms were nicely appointed, and well decorated as well. It came equipped with some essential toiletries your basic lotion and shower gel, etc. I loved how the soaking tub overlooked the city so you can soak in the views while soaking if that's your thing. Although the airport hotel has its own restaurant, Jewel is literally steps away and features some of the most amazing restaurants that you could want to dine in. The Wi-Fi is super slow if you're not consistently logged into your phone it will kick you off though which I didn't really like. While the room was overall clean, the bathroom had a little bit of mold in the shower I'm sure because of the age of the hotel in the climate in Singapore but overall very clean hotel and I normally don't stay at airport hotels but this hotel doesn't even feel like an airport hotel. I would totally recommend staying here if you plan to have a long overnight flight while stopping over in Singapore

I have stayed here twice during connecting flights and was impressed both times. Front desk staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms were fantastic. Bar staff and selection great. It is outside of security, so you need to go through customs and get your checked baggage.

Excellent hotel. Luxury. Large bed n bathroom with tub. Resort style pool. Din come across porter service. Complimentary drink as i was IHG member. Next to airport. Gd for transit. Mrt nearby. Gd security.

Wow! The schnaziest hotel I have ever stayed at! Definitely FIVE star hotel. If you had to choose between eating breakfast here or dinner, I would say stick to BREAKFAST, you won't regret it! My family and I got two rooms at the Crowne for a night while we were waiting in transit and all I could keep telling myself is that I didn't want to leave. As we started our ascent to our rooms, we boarded the elevator and I was already laughing at how drowsy I was. The elevator requires you to scan your room key to go to the floor of your room. I did not realize until I opened my sleep deprived eyes a little bigger to see the scanner under the floor buttons. Once on our floor, my sisters and I walked, and walked, and walked all the way to the end of our hallway where our room was. Let me just say that the hotel rooms were amazing. When we enetered into our room, the A/C was already nice and turned on and room service was already placing the third bed into our room. Talk about quick! The beds were so comfortable (though the pillow covers smelled a little off to me...that didn't matter much). We did not go out of the hotel since we were only staying the night which was okay since this hotel seems to have almost everything. They have a gym (which unfortunately I did not go to see), the pool looked so pretty (but I did not go for a dip since I was too tired to) and they also have a bar located across from Azur (the hotel restaurant) which looked pretty lounge-y (though no one was in there much of the time we were here). The restaurant, Azur, was your typical, yet upgraded to fancy, hotel buffet. My family and I went to eat dinner around 8 p.m. and a lot of the platters were disappointingly almost empty or completely empty. They had a nice large selection from cod, to roast beef, seasonal veggies!, Indian, Chinese, Japanese food, German sausages (meh) and my favorite, the starches (aka Italian, aka pasta! + potatoes)! I did not travel to the raw seafood selection at all after taking a quick pic, good looking as their set up was, I could not stomach looking at any raw shellfish at all at the moment. I loved the mashed potatoes the best, and the miso chicken probably comes in second followed by the satay chicken in third. I am not accustomed to such fancy hotel buffets, so when I went over to the pastas, I did not know that a chef was going to come out to heat the pastas up in the sauce of my choice, I had assumed that it was a self serve thing, (what was I supposed to expect, since nobody was behind the counters!). I got some rotini with their alfredo sauce and a few pieces of the spinach ravioli that they had. Not amazing pasta, but okay. I have to say though, other than the three stated above (potatoes, miso chicken and satay), the salad is probably your best bet on avoiding the complete and totally mind stabbing grease headache/stomach ripping nausea that I had receieved right after stuffing my face here. I don't know if it was because I ate way too much? or the food was a little off. I think dessert deserves a section of its own, wouldn't you agree? They had the cutest little dessert things ever, though that's all they were good for, their looks, taste.....ehh, that's a complete different story. After sampling their green tea whatever in the little glass cups, the blueberry cheesecake thing in the little porcelain spoon?, their fruit tart, the green tea tiramisu, and the ice cream?, I think I would have been very much more satisfied if I had just stuck to simple ice cream and almonds. The rest is insignificant in my taste opinion, but my eyes were definitely excited when I saw the desserts (what a trap!). Their ice cream freezer had four tubs of ice cream; vanilla, chocolate chili raspberry?, Jackfruit, and my favorite flavor of the night, blueberry muffin! The next morning, we came for the breakfast, and I am one to love breakfast. This was a much better buffet in terms of taste than dinner! There's an egg station, Chinese, Indian, some Singapore breakfast noodles, salads, fruits, cereals, juices, and your typical hash browns and sausage section. I loved everything at breakfast! So delicious!!!!! Nothing was disgusting, though the radish cakes were super thick, much thicker than I am used to, but like I said, NOTHING WAS DISGUSTING! TWO THUMBS UP for BREAKFAST. Overall, dining here was a good experience. The woman at the front during the dinner service could have been a little nicer, but hey, I return the energy you give me lady. The dining room is always going to be super empty so it doesn't matter when you go (except breakfast, that was pretty good in terms of looking like a busy restaurant). I think I would give the appearance an A, the staff a B and the taste borders a B/B-, averging out my score to a B

This place is very unique and modern. The rooms are great and when you walk through the hallways you feel like you are in some kind of zen paradise. However, the internet connection is HORRENDOUS and it still costs $30 a day. It is the equivalent of dial-up, if not worse. You sit around waiting for pictures to load line by line and then it cuts on and off at will. I wish hotels would understand that most people these days would prefer to stay in a cardboard box with lightning fast internet over a palace with little to no connection.

Great hotel. Literally a short walk from Terminal 3. It's just a few years old so everything is state of the art. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed and spacious. Since cab fares into the city have a hefty surcharge between midnight and 6:00 am, and the MRT doesn't run during that time either, it's a reasonable deal to pay a bit more to book here, especially when you've been flying all day and you simply want to call it a day.

If I can give this 6 stars I would but 5 is the max allowed by Yelp. I stayed here for a night with my family. As I am writing awaiting my departure to Phuket I want to go extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to "Nay Sin". Not sure if I got the name spelt right and another of her colleague who went all they way to retrieve my father in law medication that was left in the room. We were already past this immigration and security and was not able to go back to hotel and the tight time. May Sin was able to calm my nerves and have one of her colleague to help secure the medicine and ran to T2 Changi. Due to the tight drug laws in Singapore we have to pass through the paperwork to ensure their liability is taken care of. I truly appreciate beyond words. I want to once again say a huge heartfelt thanks to Nay Sin and her co worker for making this happen. I will definitely come back and stay here again. Thanks and wishing all Crowne Plaza Changi staff a very Merry Christmas Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year.

Location right at airport, if u have a early flight this would be the best for u. Over all clean n nice hotel, however the airport right beside so noice is expacted. Also funny thing is they don't have hot water in washroom so you need to take a cold shower

For the exorbitant rate per night, one would rightfully expect hot water in the room. Alas, room 340 had none. And the front desk response was feeble, at best. Disappointed I chose this close option--it wasn't worth 1/2 the rate they charged.

Very hard beds. Forced to set a wake-up call while checking in. Man beats on your door at wake-up time (was not told this would happen). Minimal power outlets for laptop, etc. In-house restaurant gave us severe diarrhea. Food on the buffet was cold or room temperature.

Avoid the Spa at all costs. I had a massage and it was the worst massage I've ever had. You walk into the massage room and it is wet and sticky on the floor. First they tell you it will be $70 for 30 mins. As soon as you are lying on the massage table they tell you it will be an extra $20 to use oil!! Then she starts massaging me with latex gloves on. I ask her to remove them and then she had hands like sandpaper. She just puts a towel on top of you and presses lightly up and down around your body and thats it. Not a massage at all. She only spent about 5 mins actually massaging and her hand felt so rough I was worried she has eczema and had been rubbing it on my face and and body. I stopped the massage and got up and when I went to pay it did look like she had eczema on her hands. I complained to the hotel manager who informed me the spa is not technically part of the hotel even though it is in the hotel. She went to share my concern and called me back and said they would only offer a 20% discount and if I wanted anymore I had to go and sort it out directly with the woman who massaged me. Talk about awkward. This is the first day of a long holiday and now all I can think of is that I've been exposed to a highly contagious skin disease!

The room is very nice, modern, clean and no complaints. The restaurant, Azur is only good for breakfast. Stay away from the "international Buffet" as it is not worth the money and this is the only time I have had a mandatory service charge applied to the bill for a wait staff that was beyond terrible. I ordered a glass of wine, it took about fifteen minutes to appear and at $16 you would have expected more than a 2 oz pour. I ordered a second one and it never appeared, thank goodness as it would have had a service charge applied to it too! The internet is OK but at $18 a night it is a little over the top, but they do allow up to four devices for that amount. The proximity to the airport is a plus but I will not have any more meals here! (well, except breakfast, which is very good!). Also be aware, that unlike Europe it is much more like the US, the price listed does not include GST and service charges which add 17% to the prices.

The hotel is connected to the hotel which may be a good or bad thing depending on what you prefer. About 20 to 30 minute taxi ride to where shopping and nice restaurants are. Rooms are really nice and quite large. The pool is nice too. If it wasn't for the fact that it's a bit too far away from the city center, I'd probably stay there again.
