An established hotel in good condition. Built on the slope of Mount Carmel, with the street-level entrance to the lobby on the 9th floor. The 10th floor is the highest level accessible to guests. The view of Haifa Bay is stunning, and the location is excellent. The hotel is managed by IHG and owned by Mano Maritime.

Strikingly mediocre. Front desk staff were visibly angry at something (not me) both times I encountered them. Our whole group was met with hostility. Many of us had room problems: clogged sink, keys did not work. Breakfast also mediocre, with every baked item being top dense. The fitness room was in shambles and half the equipment did not work. None of our group would come back here.

Beautiful hotel, but even better staff. As busy as they were during the holidays, they were helpful, professional, and thorough. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is in a great place as well. Beautiful views.

Received a very nice room with balcony overlooking the sea. Service at the reception was impeccable with a genuine smile. Very good breakfast, plenty to chose from, however would have appreciated more egg choices.

my wife and i stayed there on the night of 4-5 September, 2025. Issues: showering is only possible inside the bathtub. The bathtub is extremely small and narrow. for an 6ft+ ageing adult it is life hazardous. i nearly slipped and fell on my face. there are no support surfaces to cling to, entering and exiting the bathtub. 2. respect of privacy: my wife is hard of hearing so she can not hear the door opening or closing. i went down for a smoke and when i returned to the room i saw a plate of cookies brought to us. i asked my wife how did it get there, she thought i brought it. but no, i didn't as i was downsrairs taking a smoke. to summarize, a hotel employee (i don't know, could be a potential rapist or terrorist entered the room without permission to sneak in cookies. the reason for this "compensation" was me asking reception to replace a broken mug of coffee. to summarize this event: went down for a smoke, gave reception a cracked coffee mug, asked them to replace. result, room was invaded mug replaced and cookies given, without even knocking on the door! 2. hygiene: in the morning of the fifth of September, 2025 as my wife was going to the bathroom she found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. 3. breakfast: very small variety of foods. if breakfast is dairy at least offer an assortment of cheese. To summarize: 1. room with life endangering bathtub. 2. cockroaches were found in the bath room. 3. breakfast, poor assortment of dairy products. 4. crew entered our room without knocking when my wife was there. i intend to pursue this further with Crowne Plaza US, to see if they consent to such primitive, barbarian standards. we paid money and expected not king's service, but proper service! תת רמה, זבל של מלון.

Room 624 floor must be fixed, tiles are coming off. And PLEASE install toilet showers, it's extremely useful, toilet paper alone not good enough.

We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Haifa and recommend it highly. The location was perfect for walking along the promenade or to restaurants, and public transportation. Our room was spacious and plenty of outlets. Everything was comfortable and clean. We loved the view! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were professional with warmth and friendliness that made us feel welcome like friends as soon as we arrived.
