We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Haifa and recommend it highly. The location was perfect for walking along the promenade or to restaurants, and public transportation. Our room was spacious and plenty of outlets. Everything was comfortable and clean. We loved the view! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were professional with warmth and friendliness that made us feel welcome like friends as soon as we arrived.

While the facilities are stuff some wear and tear, the overall impression is still quite good. Pool area is especially nice with access to heated pool, dry sauna, and hot tub, besides the usual spa options. Staff were observant and well-mannered. Rooms were ok. NW bayside view is incredible.

Absolutely amazing. If your plans include Haifa this is the only place to stay. You may want to travel to Haifa just to stay here. Very warmly received my Valerie and Anastasia. Valerie acknowledged my status from memory and as well as all of my requests and made sure they were taken care of. Dinner and breakfast were tasty and plentiful. Proactive upgraded to the nicest room. You really can't go wrong with this property. We will be back!

If not for the food, actually extremelly modest, place could have been great.awesome views on the haifa bay, right location, reception service on the level ,good cleaning and problems with internet reservations.its more business type of hotel,if you like to endulge on weekend, perhaps you should look for all inclusive

The rooms are decent with a beautiful view but beware getting in and out of the tall bathtub. I understand they are undergoing renovation in the near future. Parking is available onsite though we parked every night on the street for free. We did not eat at the hotel but there is a coffee/tea station in the room. Everyone who works here is lovely and it's a few minutes walk into the shopping area with restaurant options.
