Very disappointing hotel. A budget vibe with every area needing updating. The room was standard and the bed was terrible, the bedding consisted of a sheet with lightweight quilt on top ( not in a cover!!) The bottom sheet was stained. We stayed there for a week and twice come back late to the room not being serviced so we had no new towels for the next day!! Across on Langley park there was a concert going on for 3 nights ( we were emailed to pre warn us there will be loud music ) however my goodness it was excessive. The pool area was a total shambles with dirty towels left on chairs from the day before and 2 of the beds just about hanging onto life with the wooden legs split. We ordered drinks to the pool area via the QR code on the table and they took 35mins to arrive. The location is great as is the view over the Swan River but please check if there is anything going on in Langley Park before you book if you want an early night. Staff were ok but nothing was forthcoming from them unless you interacted first. Breakfast is limited. All in all I wouldn't stay again and would not recommend.

The hotel is comfortable, with a professional and welcoming staff. A special mention goes to Sara at the reception, who truly stood out for her professionalism, efficiency, and attentiveness. She took care of us from the beginning to the end of our stay, and even though we stayed only one night, she managed to create a genuine connection with us. She was always available, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her positive attitude really made a difference.|Anna, Catherine & Pascal

Nice room overlooking the waterside. Great breakfast- cooked to order. Buffet could improve by adding a greater selection of seeds, dried fruit and yoghurt, reception staff outstanding. Could do with a few more sun loungrrd at the poolside. Overall great experience, would recommend.

We enjoyed a river view room, recently refurbished. The hotel's location is really good for walking into CBD, or enjoying the walk along the foreshore to the point. Staff friendly; breakfast amazing. Bar prices a little on the high side.

OMG, the renovations are a hit with me. The colour palette used, brilliant, modern and tasteful. The staff were as helpful as always. |We had a suite on the 12 floor, no noise and from the balcony, terrific views over the Swan River. |Can't wait for our next stay.

Don’t waste your money!!! go elsewhere. We paid a premium price and received zero luxury, zero peace, and zero accountability. The hotel failed to disclose a multi-night event causing excessive noise, then provided misleading information at check-in about how long it would run. Management’s response was dismissive, offering a token “goodwill” gesture that doesn’t even cover one night, and then expecting us to email management to ask for a discount. Completely unacceptable. This is not the standard you expect from a Crowne Plaza. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

A hotel where it’s good for 1-2 days tops. The hotel shows its age with rooms that are very spacious but with very old furniture. The service was great. The location is not particularly good but it’s close to some public transport.

Very clean and well run Hotel staff vary friendly and willing to help .Restaurant needs more vegetation dishes and a bit over priced for what it was but again staff service was top Notch standard room was facing other flats and would be better if the window opened. The room was spotless and air con worked well . The Hotel is about 15 minutes very nice walk from center and about 20 minutes walk to the main train station. Over all a very nice place with a good view from the front of the Hotel.

Yelp
Seriously, how can this hotel be anywhere above a 1. I've stayed in hotels over 1000 nights from Marriott, Hilton, IHG, etc all over the world and this hotel is at the bottom 1%. - It used to be a travel lodge cheap hotel - currently under construction being upgraded - TV had a massive buzzing sound and could not be used. The manager could not find an open room to swap with - 1970s room decor - very loud from all the neighbouring rooms - the lifts are slow and old - no view just appartments - i felt unsafe as the builders performing the remodel had blocked most of the smoke detectors off!!! See photo!! hole and I checked out and went elsewhere. Disappointing as Ive stayed at IHG hotels all over the world!

Yelp
Does not deserve the 1 star.. We only booked in for 1 night for our 25th wedding anniversary. Whilst the room looked nice on entry, we were not impressed for long. I know that tv is not what you pay for in a room but what was advertised (cable/satelight) was so antiquated that we had better options in a low budget hotel in a third world country 25 years ago. An inner city hotel should at least offer the ability to connect to your personal Netflix account or cast from your personal device. TV size was also ridiculous considering current tech costs. Available amenities included an infinity pool. This turns out to be 4 feet deep and 20 foot long puddle. There was zero available shade, explained by a useful sign indicating, that due to high winds, umbrellas are unavailable. There was also no available seating that wasn't broken and unusable (no sign for that). When we arrived at the hotel, we exited the elevator on our floor at approx lunchtime. As we went down the hall we noticed another patron had left their breakfast refuse outside their room for collection. Nothing wrong there, except when we were leaving 4 hours later, the refuse, including food waste, was still sitting there. Finally, when we went to complain about the room with the photo of the spa, instead of trying to do anything at all to appease visibly upset patrons, they rapidly refunded our room cost (3 to 5 days) and bade us leave.

Yelp
Quite a nice place here. Stunning views of the swan river. Great location with many restaurants close by. Arena and stadium are close too so that make this a great place to stay. Not too far from the airport. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately you have to valet park as there isn't any other parking available on site. The restaurant does an amazing breakfast and an ok dinner. Rooms are comfortable. One if the best hotel beds I have slept in. The shower is over the bath so can make it harder for average or taller people to shower, my partner isn't talk at all but had to squat to get his head under the shower. The bed, view and breakfast are the winners here

Yelp
I am hesitant to write this as this is Perths best kept secret and I want to secure this place every summer. Having booked 6 nights at the Hyatt Perth, and two nights here at the end of the Hyatt stayy we checked out earlier as this place is half the price and has an amazing infinity pool. The night manager Joseph was amazing as was the check in lady today. So far the place is exceeding expectations. Great rooms, as remember you only sleep in them, walk in showers a big plus as is the good aircon, no 500 + step maze to get to your room like the Hyatt or a pool that is so inpractical in location. It has an amazing terrace cafe/restaurant and I look forward to 6.30am coffees in the open as the Regency club had no balcony at the Hyatt and you feel boxed in in the atrium, they so need an outdoor area like here. I now know whay I am an IHG member and Intercon Ambassador club member. Well down Crowne Plaza you have won us.

Yelp
Our favourite place to stay in Perth. Terrific location with plenty of open space over the road and a lovely walk along the river beckons. Swimming pool is stunning with sweeping views while lounging around having a few refreshments. Staff are lovely and very friendly. The whole place has a welcoming vibe about it. The breakfasts are a feature not to be missed. Shame they stopped the happy hour though!! Highly recommended.

Yelp
There's a lot to like about this hotel. For a start, the location is marvellous. Situated right on Langley Park on the banks of the Swan River, the outlook from the front rooms is stunning. All these rooms have a balcony that overlooks the river and the vista is 180° - quite marvellous. However, rooms on the higher levels have better views. Inside, rooms are nice, quite spacious, with a good sized bathroom - and decent shelf space, which is rare. There's a very comfortable bed and a very good shower with quality linen. As for the restaurant, Gusti, the room service menu is great and in some ways I found it a bit better than the à la carte menu in the restaurant! The selection suited me much better. I enjoyed several room service meals during my stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a broad selection and consistently good quality. In general, the staff are excellent - friendly, very attentive, but thoroughly respectful. Some tips - one section of the hotel is not served by elevators - only stairs, so if you have mobility or accessibility issues, make sure you choose rooms on higher floors. The level 2 courtyard is a mystery - it's just a space, with no seating, shade or even garden area. The Level 3 pool and gym is great and very popular with guests. Overall, this hotel is marvellous - I wouldn't hesitate to return here.
