We stayed here for 5 nights and had an amazing experience overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel amenities were great.|A big shoutout to Darshana at the reception who made our stay extra smooth. He shared a detailed list of places to visit and handled every request with so much patience and care. Truly one of the most helpful and kind people we’ve come across.||Sharmila was also very courteous and supportive throughout our stay. And thanks to humble guy Thuvan from housekeeping. ||We also absolutely loved the Ocean Blue beach house restaurant, the food was delicious every time. ||Highly recommended for families. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Very comfortable stay. Our house keeping man Anayet did a fabulous job. Very clean and efficient. Always smiling and prompt in his service . Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable thanks to him. We had 2 rooms which he serviced very well. 139 and 141. We will definitely come back and enjoy the resort.

I had an absolutely wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel. The service was nothing short of brilliant, with every detail taken care of so thoughtfully. Special mention of Fawzy - Manager and Saikat from Room service took special care during our stay. The location is perfect, right next to a beautiful beach, roaring waves made experience even more special. The morning breakfast was astonishing — delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety to start the day right. The staff were absolutely loving, always warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made me feel right at home. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and outstanding hospitality.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception team, who surprised us with a complimentary upgrade and some lovely sweet treats in our room — such a thoughtful touch! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views and all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet each morning was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area had a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. What truly stood out to us was the exceptional service. Everyone — from the reception staff to the chefs to the housekeeping team — was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. We left with great memories and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Salalah :)

A place with a soul—and a view to remember! We had such a lovely stay here. The hotel may not be brand new, but it truly has a soul—warm, welcoming, and full of charm. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and having breakfast with that sea view each morning felt like a dream. The food was delicious, and every meal was a treat. The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even allowed us to check in hours before the usual time, which we really appreciated after a long journey. We also enjoyed the facilities—played a game of squash, and the gym looked modern and well-equipped. There are also tennis and padel courts on site, which is a big plus for anyone who enjoys staying active while traveling. If you're looking for a place with character, comfort, and unforgettable views, this is it.

This hotel was an absolute delight in more ways than one ! Right from the check in experience with Sharmila at the helm to housekeeping staff - Saikat & Sharif and numerous others whose I don’t recall made us feel welcome . |We had opted for half board unsure of what to expect - however to our amazement , the chefs went out of the way to accommodate the vegetarian requests - Mondal and Danish were particularly attentive . Overall a great experience !

A beautiful family oriented resort by the beach in an excellent location. Has an amazing pool and tonnes of kid friendly experiences. The best part is the staff. Very difficult to find such a helpful bunch of people who go out of the way to make their guests' experience world class. Special shout out to Darshana at the front desk who provided us a complete guide for our two days in Salalah, and how to make the best use of our time. The only reason for 4 starts (and not 5) is that the age of the property now shows in nooks and corners. Can do with a bit of an upgrade to infrastructure

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah with my family. What I liked the most about the hotel is convenient location with nice beach, kids facilities (kids club, pool, slide, bouncing castle and splash area). The Standard Garden View room was surprisingly very spacious. All the staff is super-friendly and helpful, any additional requests were actioned immediately. Special thanks to Darshana at Front Office - he made our Salalah experience hassle-free by recommending trusted car rental company and providing detailed list of the key attractions, and Arif from Housekeeping who was keeping our room impeccably clean and ensuring I'm not running out of coffee :)
