Crowne Plaza Santo Domingo, an IHG Hotel

A wonderful experience at a great property. Waking up to look out over the Caribbean was the perfect way to start each day of our business trip. The staff at the Crowne Plaza were all extremely friendly. Additionally, the dining at Nabu and its staff were all great. Especially notable for outstanding service was Norkus at the pool bar and Francisco who took care of all of our baggage, taxi, and informational needs! We look forward to the next time we get to visit this hotel!

Pamela was a star in the club lounge willing to help with all my needs for food and drink and was trying to speak my native language. Room was nice with a sea view and small balcony. Front reception was really helpful with directions etc overall a nice hotel

I came for business and it was a perfect location in order to be able to visit my customers. The atmosphere was very luxurious, but at the same time everyone was very friendly and accommodating paying attention to every single detail. The food at the Nabu restaurant was extraordinary! They have different areas, that you can relax or work, while having a beautiful view. The hotel is extremely clean and every hallway and corner of the hotel smells really good! Toward the end of the week, my wife came to meet me for the remaining of the weekend. Carolina and Johnny upgraded me to a larger room and by the time I came back from picking up my wife at the airport, we encountered a surprise in our room. They had placed, rose, petals in the shape of a heart, and on the bed and on the floor, entering the room, and also included a bottle of champagne and chocolate, all this without even asking for it! We are very grateful for all the little details and attention they have given us. We highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure and we will be definitely returning again.

I had a wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, but what truly stood out was the attention and care provided by Bryant, the food and beverage manager. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made every meal an exceptional experience. Always attentive to detail and with a warm smile, he ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back! 100% recommended.

Stayed there only for one night and found this very nice and kind of new hotel. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom on point. The staff from the reception very polite and helpful, even allowed me for a late check out. Had dinner at the restaurant, a three course meal, was ok. During the lunch time they work with open buffet (at least in that day). The best meal was obviously the breakfast, with sea view. Had a really nice time in this hotel.

Good food good service and all of the staff are very accomodating they treats us like a VIP. Our server Miguel Lopez went above and beyond, accommodating every request with a smile. They ensured we had everything we needed and made the evening special.

Room was nice and a good size. Maria made sure our room was always well kept. Nice view of the ocean. Complimentary breakfast had both traditional Dominican food and other options. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Santo Domingo. It was in a safe area and everyone was always willing to help you

The Nabu restaurant is the best! As a Celiac, it’s really hard to eat and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Jose Manuel, Vitor and Ambil are amazing and ensured I could eat safely. The receptionists Diana and Suleika are friendly and concerned in address my gluten free food requests. The room is clean and comfortable and the bed just perfect, not too hard neither too soft. I highly recommend this hotel and the Nobu restaurant on the first floor.
