I am writing this review because the service was so exceptional, I had to share. I visited this hot for the first time and it was AMAZING! Everyone was so helpful. Luis at check in was very pleasant. Pamela del club lounge was just exceptional. She was so polite and ALWAYS kept a smile. I don’t know Spanish, but she and the staff did as much as they could to keep communication going and clear. This will definitely be my choice for lodging when I return.

Stayed at Crowne Plaza for business. One of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced working or vacationing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The spa was very accommodating and provided an excellent massage. From front desk to house services it was impeccable. A special recognition to Jose Manuel. He greeted me with a smile every morning, and made sure I never needed for anything. Highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Santo Domingo.

What a great experience every time I stay at this hotel. From the moment you walk in, everyone greets you with a smile and a friendly welcome. José and Cesar were amazing. Any at the front desk always a pleasure to be helped by her. Miguelangel at the bar not only serves delicious drinks( ask for his new one), but also has an amazing music selection. He made us feel right at home. The hotel has a great atmosphere that helps me relax. Our room was super clean and comfy like always, the restaurant’s food was on point and with a really good menu, the casino was also a positive experience, everyone super friendly and attentive. My husband Fabian and I are more than pleased and will keep coming back. Thank you all for making our stay so good❤️.

José Manuel was great!!!! He made our stay extremely comfortable and was very welcoming. Also, Victor, Alexander, and the night and morning managers at the front desk were wonderful! My experience at this hotel in the Dominican Republic was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Every single person — from the front desk to the restaurant team, housekeeping, and concierge — went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. We truly felt like family and were super sad to leave. Next time we visit from America we will stay again! Love you all!

Absolutely excellent service. Pamela at the club lounge - who is just a trainee - provided thoughtful and warm care, plus some great Spanish lessons. Your restaurant staff are also excellent - remembered my favourites and your chef brought me mango with my omelettes! Clean and pleasant room with a beautiful view.

I had the pleasure of being served by Jose at the Crowne Plaza, and he was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel completely welcome. Jose was attentive without being intrusive, and he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. It’s rare to find service this genuine and consistent. If you’re dining at the Crowne Plaza, definitely ask for Jose — he’ll make sure you have an excellent experience! I also had a wonderful experience with the overnight front desk staff especially Joel and the bellman miguel. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful — even late at night, they greeted me with genuine smiles and made check-in quick and easy.

José Manuel at the Crowne Plaza had the most excellent hospitality and service i’ve ever experienced. He made us feel at home and safe! Victor, Alexander, & José were all so attentive, kind, and helpful. The front desk managers, morning and night shift, Joel took such good care of us! Even the taxi man, Miguel was so nice and gave me his number to come get me from anywhere! I appreciate all of these people so much for being so kind every interaction. Thank you all.

I love this hotel. I have stayed many times and when I need to relax this is my place to go to. The staff is amazing from the moment. I walked in, I was greeted by Jo’s, Cesar and Any, everyone with a friendly smile. Miguel Angel from the bar not only makes amazing drinks(ask for his new drink), but also plays amazing music. We felt right at home. The casino was also amazing. I will keep coming back. Wonderful staff, clean and comfy rooms, great atmosphere. Love it
