I did not received my points on this day also my welcome points is not been adding for pat 2 months, wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel from January 14 15. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. The room was not well-maintained, and several issues affected my comfort:
Towels were missing.I had cold water throughout my stay.The bed caused sensitivity, and I couldn't sleep well that night.The room didn’t seem clean, and basic amenities such as soap and a toothbrush were missing in the bathroom.
I paid 90 OMR for two nights, and I expected a better standard of service. I hope you can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
