The rooms were well maintained and clean. I can't say enough about the service: the helped us a lot. Without getting into details, I will just say that they were a cut about ordinary. Shelly was amazing, and the food manager very efficient. We paid for the buffet breakfast and I probably gained 10# (4 kg) in one meal. The location, for us, was great! It is next to the Azreali mall, next to a supermarket, 2 minutes walk from train station. So, if you arrive by plane, you go to the train terminal at Ben Gurion airport, (terminal 3) and in about 15 minutes you get off at Hashalom train station and you are there. The hotel has a kitchen, a bar and in the mall a whole food court.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Tel Aviv and really enjoyed my experience. The location is extremely convenient ,it’s very close to Ichilov (Tel Aviv Sourasky) Hospital, which made everything easy and accessible. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, and offers amazing views of the city and the sea. It’s also right next to a large shopping mall, with two grocery stores just a few steps away. Great location, great view, and excellent convenience overall. Highly recommended!

As a family we have stayed at this hotel a number of times. The location is hard to beat if travelling via train or using Ben Gurian airport. Staff are welcoming and well trained. Check in was straightforward with Elena.|The hotel has a really good club lounge on the 20th Floor. Access is available for those who have an IHG Lounge Pass or pay for a suitable room. Food is provided throughout the day and is of high quality. Hot dishes are served from 6.30pm to 8pm.|Breakfast choice is great and staff are attentive. This is served on the 11h floor. We received positive friendly service from Michael.|Without a doubt we will return and are most pleased about the greater attention to the customer

The City Center hotel is in an amazing location. Adjacent to a key train station and a bustling mall, this makes it perfect for those who want to get around Tel Aviv or Israel for several days. The location also gives guests access to a top tier commerical gym across two floors of the building. It would be great if the physical plant were at the same high level. My room had water damage on the flooring and carpets in the hall were clean but seemed warn. I have been coming to this hotel over 6 years and the check in process seems very slow and was interrupted by returning guests who had keys that did not work. The place is secure and has a restaurant, so it is good for folks with limited mobility. I love the gym and will return, but this is not the most impressive place.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Tel Aviv is my favourite hotel when visiting Israel. Superb location – within easy reach of the tech hubs, the best beaches, and fabulous restaurants. It’s also a 5-minute walk from the train station, which connects to Jerusalem, the airport, and the north of Israel.||The hotel is very well maintained. The public areas are well designed, comfortable, and clean. The rooms have spectacular views, especially those on the higher floors. They are perfectly cleaned and equipped with orthopedic beds and comfy linen. There’s a professional Lavazza espresso machine with capsules in the room, along with a daily supply of mineral water. You’ll also find an iron, hairdryer, and various utility kits (e.g., shaving).||The service is impeccable. I’ve never had a negative encounter. The entire staff is well-trained, polite, and versatile. On several occasions when we needed help related to the airport and other non-hotel matters, the staff was always very helpful.||Special thanks to Shelli, who’s been available and helpful 24/7.

Stayed here many times over the years. Great location, close to highway and many places to eat and shop. Last visit , I was rather disappointed by this location. No loyalty recognition for highest level member, no room upgrade available (unless you pay), breakfast has gotten worse over the years. To be clear parking is not free but has a discounted rate if you get staff to validate, who are not always there and if they are the wait can be long. Location isn’t everything, and IHG should really improve their service or your loyal customers will find somewhere where their business is appreciated. Management was not interested in honoring loyalty.

It is our 3-rd stay and i can highly recommend this hotel. From the nice reception team , to the modern hotel look everything is inviting. Great location , great dinning option especially at the ground street food caravans. The rooms are great with spectacular views over the city. You have access to the Holmes Place gym , sauna and swimming pool. Highly recommended. The breakfast is sufficient, diverse and delicious. Most likely will be back .
