"Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center is perhaps Tel Aviv's most modern hotel. Set next to Azrieli shopping centre, it offers unique rooms with views of the city. Guests have free access to a fitness centre with Olympic pool, sauna, and spa facilities. Rooms at this Crowne Plaza offer free Wi-Fi, an LCD TV, and a tea/coffee maker. The majority of rooms have a personal computer and media centre with webcam. Some rooms include access to the Executive Lounge. On the 11th floor you can dine at the gourmet restaurant and sushi bar, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The cuisine is kosher, with creative recipes. The wine list includes Israel's best labels. The Executive Lounge is on the 20th floor, and offers breathtaking views. VIP service is available here from morning until 23:00. The hotel's unusual design is evident as soon as you enter with its minimalist style, contrasting monochrome colours, and a video art exhibition. The property is only steps away from the Sarona, a centre of culture, leisure and shopping. It is located inside 37 restored Templar settlement buildings now featuring cafés, restaurants, art galleries and shops. It is home to lush green gardens, art and historical exhibitions, street theatre shows, concerts and open air film screenings, as well as a music garden and eco-pool. Tel Aviv HaShalom Train Station is right next to the hotel, which is surrounded by some of the city's most impressive skyscrapers. A free shuttle service to/from the sea is available. The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Tel Aviv is my favourite hotel when visiting Israel. Superb location – within easy reach of the tech hubs, the best beaches, and fabulous restaurants. It’s also a 5-minute walk from the train station, which connects to Jerusalem, the airport, and the north of Israel.||The hotel is very well maintained. The public areas are well designed, comfortable, and clean. The rooms have spectacular views, especially those on the higher floors. They are perfectly cleaned and equipped with orthopedic beds and comfy linen. There’s a professional Lavazza espresso machine with capsules in the room, along with a daily supply of mineral water. You’ll also find an iron, hairdryer, and various utility kits (e.g., shaving).||The service is impeccable. I’ve never had a negative encounter. The entire staff is well-trained, polite, and versatile. On several occasions when we needed help related to the airport and other non-hotel matters, the staff was always very helpful.||Special thanks to Shelli, who’s been available and helpful 24/7.

I have now stayed in this hotel many times and will continue to do so.|Whilst most people look for minor issues to complain about on this site, I tend to focus on the positives unless the negatives truly are noteworthy.|For me the location is perfect, attached to the main station in tel aviv and also to the azrielli mall.|They have now added a friday night dinner service which is perfect and very well priced. 180 shekels is really good value. Yes you can always go to the royal beach and get 5 times the amount of food for double the price if you feel the need to pay more and eat like a pig!|The rooms are well kept, notwithstanding the fact that they have not been updated for a long time. They are a good size by any hotels standards and so to are the bathroom with both a shower and also a bathtub.|Two staff members that def deserve a mention. Madea (Guest Relations) and Shelly (duty manager). Both of those women could single handily run the hotel. Thank you.|Final point and it is a negative. Please update and expand the room service menu. As there is no full time restaurant in the hotel and room service is a nice treat especially late at night it would be good to have a better menu with more interesting offerings.|I have given the hotel 4/5 because whilst I am happy with it, it is not a 5 star hotel, for those individuals that have stayed at real 5 star hotels, and tbh if it was, the price would reflect it! I have therefore reviewed it in line with it being a very good four star.

Have stayed many times, and always a lovely experience. A high end hotel. Rooms have great views and are very clean, breakfasts are really spectacular. Great location, walking distance to all key tourist areas, amazing food, and on the train line to the Airport.

My stay here was absolutely perfect. Adar at the reception was kind, effective, professional and with great humor. She made me feel welcome and appreciated. Irena in the dining room spoiled me every morning. All the staff was smiling and service minded. The room was spotless clean and several times a day I was checked upon if I needed towels, refreshments etc The location is excellent, busses and trains within short distance. I cannot wait to come back

I enjoyed the hotel but didn't love the location. It is super convenient from the airport/train station, once you figure out how to walk there (hint: go out the North entrance of the train station and turn right and then head for the mall, but don't rely on Google maps or the signage, both of which are very confusing) and also very convenient for those who enjoy malls but it's a very uncharming and traffic-choked area of Tel Aviv. It was challenging to go for a run in the morning as I like to do, though I managed. You can walk or better take the trolley to some nicer neighborhoods but you will wait a long time at busy multi-lane intersections with slow walk signals. That was the major downside for me.||Hotel itself was nice enough, not brand new but a pretty good hotel by Israeli standards. Breakfast was excellent, especially for me as a vegetarian because it is always dairy as opposed to meat and there are tons of salads and vegetables, also some cava. The business lounge was also pretty darn good, with a modest but nice selection of sweets and salads and sandwiches in the afternoon from about 12:00 onwards and then a proper happy hour/light dinner in the evening with several hot dishes and some salads and wine. Beer available all day long.||Front desk was friendly and helpful, as was the guest relations manager.||Overall I liked the hotel and would return if I needed to be in TA but the location takes some getting used to. More of a business/retail location than a historical/beach/cultural one but if you're okay with that it's a good choice.

Amazing stay - consistently the best hotel we have stayed in TLV. We return time and time again because of the excellent amenities (large, luxurious rooms with stunning views - quiet and very comfortable beds) - excellent customer service. Nothing is ever too much. Excellent gym and direct access to Azrieli Mall and short walk from Sarona Market which offers delicious food options. Excellent breakfast as well.

I'm staying at the Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center every time I visit Tel Aviv, without exceptions. The hotel keeps very high standards. The service is impeccable. The hotel is very well maintained and run, both the rooms and the public areas.|The views from the hotel are spectacular, especially at night time. Sheli - the manager, always check and make sure that guests are well taken care of. Always smiling and showing sincere interest. The receptionist are welcoming, polite and very professional. The housekeeping staff is thorough and helpful.
