I was very impressed by this hotel when I stayed here for three nights in Dec. 2025. The quality is very high especially for the price. The staff is highly attentive and will help with whatever you need. Roni at the front desk was particularly fantastic when I needed assistance with locating a nearby store early in the morning and there was no-one else to help. However, I was a bit disappointed that they could not grant me a late check out on my last day. The hotel location being near HaShalom station is also very helpful for those hopping around TLV. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Tel Aviv and really enjoyed my experience. The location is extremely convenient ,it’s very close to Ichilov (Tel Aviv Sourasky) Hospital, which made everything easy and accessible. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, and offers amazing views of the city and the sea. It’s also right next to a large shopping mall, with two grocery stores just a few steps away. Great location, great view, and excellent convenience overall. Highly recommended!

As a family we have stayed at this hotel a number of times. The location is hard to beat if travelling via train or using Ben Gurian airport. Staff are welcoming and well trained. Check in was straightforward with Elena.|The hotel has a really good club lounge on the 20th Floor. Access is available for those who have an IHG Lounge Pass or pay for a suitable room. Food is provided throughout the day and is of high quality. Hot dishes are served from 6.30pm to 8pm.|Breakfast choice is great and staff are attentive. This is served on the 11h floor. We received positive friendly service from Michael.|Without a doubt we will return and are most pleased about the greater attention to the customer

The rooms were well maintained and clean. I can't say enough about the service: the helped us a lot. Without getting into details, I will just say that they were a cut about ordinary. Shelly was amazing, and the food manager very efficient. We paid for the buffet breakfast and I probably gained 10# (4 kg) in one meal. The location, for us, was great! It is next to the Azreali mall, next to a supermarket, 2 minutes walk from train station. So, if you arrive by plane, you go to the train terminal at Ben Gurion airport, (terminal 3) and in about 15 minutes you get off at Hashalom train station and you are there. The hotel has a kitchen, a bar and in the mall a whole food court.

The City Center hotel is in an amazing location. Adjacent to a key train station and a bustling mall, this makes it perfect for those who want to get around Tel Aviv or Israel for several days. The location also gives guests access to a top tier commerical gym across two floors of the building. It would be great if the physical plant were at the same high level. My room had water damage on the flooring and carpets in the hall were clean but seemed warn. I have been coming to this hotel over 6 years and the check in process seems very slow and was interrupted by returning guests who had keys that did not work. The place is secure and has a restaurant, so it is good for folks with limited mobility. I love the gym and will return, but this is not the most impressive place.

Very good experience. The team has been absolutely amazing and accommodating in every way, which really made a difference. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a mid-week buffet and had everything we needed, including the best fresh OJ machine. The rooms were clean, very quiet, well equipped, and in good condition but slightly outdated. Overall a great experience.

It is our 3-rd stay and i can highly recommend this hotel. From the nice reception team , to the modern hotel look everything is inviting. Great location , great dinning option especially at the ground street food caravans. The rooms are great with spectacular views over the city. You have access to the Holmes Place gym , sauna and swimming pool. Highly recommended. The breakfast is sufficient, diverse and delicious. Most likely will be back .
