Crowne Plaza West Hanoi

Food is more than average on all type of cuisine I’ve tried. Outdated cardio running machines at the gym, not working properly if you actually run. Rooms are nice on the positive side and staff very polite.

It’s really comfortable with good service. They have many kind of rooms with half board and full board. You can enjoy with crown plaza hanoi with theirs tasty food and beverages.

The Lotus Spa at the Crowne Plaza West Hanoi is a top class professional Spa. The entire service provided is five star and worth while paying a visit or two while here in Hanoi. It is also well priced. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Great place with excellent gym an restaurant. Friendly staff and good laundry service. Breakfast is good with a lot of choices! I recommend the hotel for any business traveller!

Nice place with very friendly staffs, but the lack of training for do not disturb’ sign. When it the sign is lighted the staffs shouldn’t have opened the door...
