A peaceful escape into nature's beauty. The vibrant flowers and lush greenery create a perfect spot for relaxation and photography. It's well-maintained, with charming pathways and quiet benches to sit and unwind. The variety of plant species is impressive and educational. Overall, a hidden gem in the city that refreshes the soul.

A lovely little collection of botanical gardens owned and run by the University of Aberdeen. It’s so peaceful that it’s easy to forget that you’re in a city, and although dogs are welcome, the lack of dog mess and off lead dogs charging around and harassing strangers makes it such a nice place to visit.

Would be worth revisiting in summer for the large herbaceous border. Would have loved to see the greenhouses but sadly not open to public. Pretty good for free entry though - pretty.

Excellent place to visit, wonderful range of hardy plants. The earth star fungi were emerging which was great.

Great little garden that I found after visiting the cathedral. Shame about the weather on the day though. Free to enter.
