Even one star is too much for this company.
We have now rented a camper from this company twice and will never do that again.
- First time: very bad bed that was completely saggy. (Cruise Canada)
- Second time: due to a canceled flight (by the airline), the rental period had to be postponed. That would not be a problem according to Cruise America (conversed by telephone).
Upon arrival at Cruise America for pick up, the reservation was not in the system because they had not communicated internally regarding the rescheduled pick up and drop off. We always did our best to rent the camper for longer, but we were sent from pillar to post. Then it was possible again, then again it wasn't.
Bureaucratic company, poor communication, poor organization, very poor customer friendliness/service!!
