This cruise terminal was the best I've ever been to. The embarkation and debarkation were absolutely wonderful experiences. Everything went super smoothly. I would happily cruise out of this port again in the future. I love that it's a small port and seems to only have 1 ship at a time. That makes all the difference in the world! Highly recommend this port!

Terminal is right in the city. Transport links from the terminal is excellent, you can take a tram or water Taxi but we walked across the beautiful Erasmus bridge into the centre. Not to far and great views from the bridge of our ship.

Easy to access , short 10 minute walk to watertaxi dock or you can walk over the bridge which would take around 25 minutes -

We saw this from near the Erasmusbrug. I wanted to see if I could figure out where it was in case we needed to come the next day to board our ship (in case of issues with the shuttle transfer). I liked the futuristic oval shape on top of the building and the unusual design this sort of created.

Line outside was a bit confusing at first but the lines kept moving steadily. Once we entered the building,it was very organized and things went smoothly. We got to our gangway fairly quickly. Yes, all fine

From Norwegian, it was fairly efficient to disembark here. The instructions to get to the rail stop were kinda vague. So we asked a helpful employee who was more specific and, thankfully, encouraging about walking the short distance. Like many Europeans, he measured the distance in "walking minutes" very accurately. It is super clean and the signage, while helpful, wasn't great. Many folks apparently arranged for shuttles. We did meet one seemingly unscrupulous taxi driver parked 50 yards up the street from the entrance. He offered to take us for way more than a fair price, was pushy and weird, and did not get our business.

Easy cruise terminal for embarkation and disembarkation. Literally was able to walk on and walk off the ship once customs was cleared. Nice to be able to choose a convenient time to get off and on the cruise boat. Since the terminal is in the heart of the city, lots of taxis were available but we had already booked one. The ten minute ride was just $32 for 4 passengers including luggage. Smooth sailing at the Rotterdam Cruise Terminal.

The most beautiful cruise terminal view I have ever encountered. What a great city and infrastructure to be able to support a huge cruise ship like ours right in the heart of the city. I woke up to the most gorgeous view of Rotterdam and the bridge. Efficient process inside as well. Security went really fast. I saw lots of seating for passengers waiting and for people who just want to linger on the port for a bit longer before getting back onboard. I can't wait to dock at Rotterdam again!

As per the previous reviewer, the cruise terminal view is beautiful. I arrived at the port around 7 am, and the view was spectacular, especially with the morning light starting to brighten up the surroundings. The port staff were so helpful and they suggested I take a tram to the centre, which was cheaper than the cruise's shuttle bus. It's only a quick 10-minute tram ride to the centre, and the terminal's location is just perfect - with trams, buses, trains, and shops all within walking distance. The security checks were easy, and the place was organised and clean. Without a doubt, Rotterdam has become my favourite cruise port out of all the ones I visited during my trips to Belgium, France, and Germany.

We found the cruise terminal to be very modern, safe, well run and clean. We docked there on the Holland America Rotterdam. We were there for 2 days and went on and off our ship with no problems. The free wifi worked very well and there were numerous tables and chairs set up for our use. There was a small gift shop set up along with and information table with maps of the city. Very well done.
