This is by far one of the best Crumbl locations I have ever been to! The store was clean and tidy, staff was super friendly and working hard. The cookies are such a beautiful work of art. We had a sugar cookie, chocolate chip cookie, lemon pie and snickerdoodle! They were so incredibly fresh, perfectly frosted and delicious that I had a hard time sharing with my wife! Just kidding, plenty of tastiness to go around and we were in heaven with leftovers to share! Elijah was exceptional 👏 👌 🙌

Obviously Crumble cookies are delicious. So definitely buy them for that but the reason for my review is the staff. I had a cookie emergency where I needed 40 cookies in a pinch and Lexi helped me avoid disaster. She was super friendly and kind and whipped out all 40 cookies in 10 minutes. She was amazing. Her kind and happy attitude was much needed. Don’t just go here for cookies, go for Lexi!!! 🍪🙌

We love crumbl! Delicious cookies and it's always fun to try the new flavors. The staff was super friendly and gave my kids some crayons and coloring pages for our long drive that I mentioned to them.

My families new addiction! We love that the flavors change every week. Such a variety of cookies to choose from. Hardly ever disappoint. I think out of 20 cookies there has only been 2 that we didn’t vibe with.

Crumbl Cookies continues to open new stores that carry the brand to new locations and customers. The Orem location features tasty cookies that rotate from week to week, with new cookies coming out Monday morning. The shop was clean and tidy. The employees were helpful and kind. Efficiency of ordering and cookie delivery was as expected. The cookies are large and delicious. My personal favorite is the Mint Brownie. Hard to compete with cool mint, rich chocolate brownie cookie, and the chocolate ganache on top. Keep up the good work Crumbl!

Cookies were delicious and just the sweet treat we were looking for. Service can be hit miss. Ambiance is great unless you have a lot of people waiting around for their cookies -- it can become crowded and awkward with no place to wait.

Super quick stop today with my friend and her family of six. We ordered one of each and did a taste test. No one could decide on an overall favorite because we loved them all. This week's batch was ! So good! Each person liked a different one according to their preferences (ages 2-40, so the palates were quite diverse), but everyone liked something. I thought the Key Lime was well worth the extra two dollars. That was my personal favorite. It was smooth and a great tart/sweet combo. Head to Crumbl this week it will not disappoint. Our service was quick and full of smiles and the line moved quickly. Everything was clean and looking ship shape.

Not a regular of this place cause the price feels kind of high for a cookie as good as they are. That being said I did order some recently since they had the s'mores cookie available which is my wife's favorite cookie and a chocolate cupcake for myself. I ordered online and used their curbside pickup which is a super convenient way to order cookies. Upon returning home and opening the box I realized that they had forgotten to frost one of the cookies leaving me with a regular sugar cookie. I brought it back and the staff was super apologetic and helpful in correcting the situation and I got me a box of 4 for free. This staff gets a /5

***Got Food Poisoning*** The cookies are edible, but definitely overrated. I give them a 3 stars for their marketing, creativity, and branding, I guess, because that's what really caught my attention. Plus all the rave on social media. But I've definitely had better store bought cookies. If you're a cookie person, this place may definitely be for you, especially if you like really sweet, soft, and half baked cookies. I purchased a box of 6 cookies-- milk chocolate chip, brownie batter, frosted strawberry pop tart, sea salt toffee, midnight mint and macadamia nut. So far I've only tasted a few because they are really sweet. The chocolate chip is okay, the brownie one definitely taste like a brownie instead of a cookie, and the macadamia nut cookie doesn't really taste like anything. I don't think I'll be purchasing again. Update: updating this review, because apparently their cookies are raw and I got food poisoning from trying them. Just google 'Crumbl food poisoning' and you will see many things come up on your search. Wish I would have known. Never purchasing again. I've been sick for 3 days. Never again.... Gave 1 star because I have to...

I haven't been inside the store yet, I've been ordering from door dash. The cookies are good but I definitely feel like theirs definitely more cookie then toppings. So the stuff on top of the cookie are drowned out by all the dough.so if you get a cookie that the flavors on top are fantastic but the cookie itself just doesn't match so you get to briefly enjoy the flavors on top before they get drowned out by the cookie. but this being said they still definitely some Good cookies. But sometimes on door dash they switch out the cookies that you usually get with new ones. I just wish they kept the old ones online and just kept building the list you can pick from rather then the 4-5 cookies you get to pick from. Wish they had a bigger menu online for door dash. i will definitely keep buying from Cookie crumble they still make great cookies!

Crumble is that place where you can taste the love in the cookies. The employees are always so willing to help, whether it's bringing your order out to your car with a wonderful smile or giving that nod as they watch you try to pick the last cookie for your box as if they know how hard it is to make that last decision. When you want a 700 calorie cookie, this is a great place to go! Good staff. When will the cookie craze end?

In town visiting friends, feeling lazy and hungry while watching TV, so we ordered from the nearby Crumble Cookies. They offer a revolving selection of four different specialty flavors every week--their milk chocolate chip and chilled sugar cookie are always available. Found a few flavors that sounded good, placed the order, and not long after there were fresh doors delivered directly to the front door. All we had to do was walk a few steps, open the box up, and enjoy. The cookies are good...and GIGANTIC. Almost the size of a small personal pizza. Except a cookie. And yea the cookies were still warm, slightly gooey. Perfect. Tried my best to eat as much as possible but had to give up after downing a little over half of it. Worth trying if you're in the area. Big time.

Who doesn't love a cookie as big as your head? I stop by frequently to pick up a large box as a morale boost for my coworkers but, let's be honest here, it probably has more to do with how much I love Crumbl Cookies. They have the perfect balance of rotating flavors so that there is always something new and keeping a couple of the classics for those days when you just need a delicious and massive chocolate chip cookie.

I had an issue with one of my orders not giving points to my account. I went in and asked them if there was any way to give me those points, and despite showing them my bank statement for said charge, said they couldn't find me for that day, or 3 days before/after that day as well... guess I'm SOL for that 6 pack of cookies I bought, yeah?

I love this location. I have never had a bad experience or a bad cookie. Recently had the tres leches cake and it was delicious!

Cookies are delicious and baked to perfection. My only con is that they use DoorDash to deliver and sometimes DoorDash doesn't actually bring you your order. This happened last week and Crumbl was quick to refund my order. Other than that Crumbl is great!

So upsetting. We went because we wanted the Pineapple upside down cookie which we taste tested a few weeks ago. We spend $24 on 7 cookies. I double checked through the app that the cookies were in stock. I went in and ordered. We waited 30 minutes for them to tell us that they ran out.... Other people got their orders before us. We were just waiting. They didn't even offer a refund. They asked what we wanted to replace it. I just wanted my time and money back but settled for some sub par alternative cookies since they had a line. I'm so pissed. Such a waste of money and time.

It's ok. Some cookies are good, but a lot are under cooked. The oreo is my favorite. Rocky road is good as well. Usually the chocolate tastes too much like cocoa though

The cookies are awesome! The customer process is still a work in progress. I visited this location in Orem and their new one in Draper. I can't rave enough about how delicious the cookies are. Always warm, perfectly textured on the outside and soft on the inside, and very tasty. The customer ordering experience though, not so great. The employees don't seem all that happy to be there despite working in a place that offers delicious cookies! And the ordering process seems inefficient. At the Draper location I waited quite a bit longer than I was expecting to get my cookies and observed other groups waiting 15-20 minutes for their orders. I'm not sure what takes so long when the cookies are baked and ready to go? As for delivery though, we had a great experience. The online ordering was super easy and straight-forward, and the cookies came quick and faster than expected. Overall, worth the wait but it doesn't seem like it should take so long in the store!

3.5 stars While $10 for 4 large cookies is steep, these cookies are consistently soft and tender. They always offer chocolate chip and sugar cookies, and then rotate the other 2 options. That's NOT a lot to choose from, but they want you to come back NEXT week to see what else they offer.... or have them delivered. Chocolates chip- They have a mild buttery flavor and are PACKED with giant milk chocolate chips. I prefer semi-sweet and dark chips in such a rich setting, and it's too bad they dont offer either. M&M cookie- Yum & Yum. If you like milk chocolate M&Ms, these are for you! Rocky road- The chocolate flavor is rather shallow and lacks strength. It's drizzled with a LITTLE bit of marshmallow cream and scattered with slivered almonds. The almond are garnish as they aren't integrated and lack flavor. I wouldn't order them again.

New intriguing flavor-- Strawberry Poptart--at @crumblcookies this week, so, of course we had to order a delivery and try some other flavors we had not ordered before (WAIT-how is that possible?)! It lives up to Crumbl's reputation. So did the carrot cake, pumpkin Oreo, and buckeye brownie. All were great. I love crumbl. There are very few dessert places I can still eat at, and it makes me so happy I can get their delicious cookies.

They ruined crust club and who the hell thought semi sweet cookies needed salt they really need to get a semi regular menu

Please fix your Orem store! We have gone 3 times (all times around 6-7pm and they are sold out of at least half of the cookies. I could understand if it was close to closing time, but when the store is open for another 5-6 hours I would expect them to have every flavor. Last time my six year old left in tears because they never made the eggo waffle flavor. The only one he wanted. This time we just walked out with nothing because they didn't have 3 of the 4 flavors we wanted. Oh and when we asked if could wait for the flavors to be made the cashier said it would be "quite awhile"

My favorite Crumbl cookies so far: Kentucky butter cake, Peach Cobbler, Cinnamon roll, Cinnamon pretzel Peppermint bark Muddy buddy Lemon poppyseed Not all of Crumbl's cookies are perfect, most are overly sweet. But these are excellent and worth trying.

Good staff, good cookies, and a clean store. Prices are okay. I'd recommend them if you're looking for a good cookie

COVID - they don't GAF. you have to order on a touch screen device on the wall. No sanitizer available. No wipes to clean touch screens. No distancing. Cookies are giant and usually tasty. They don't provide descriptions of the cookies, however. "Mom's Recipe" but doesn't tell you for example what ingredients is in Mom's recipe.... Kind of annoying and able to make it as much contact as possible to try and spread as much Covid as possible.

Best cookies . After having my first sampling at a friends house I had to stop in before the end of a trip and bring some back home with me. Great variety and these cookies stayed soft even after a few days. I can't decide between the Nutella and chocolate chip in terms of my favorite but any cookie hear can't go wrong!

A local friends took us here. Being a cookie whore of course I jumped at the chance. The place is brightly lit and the staff is almost too happy to work there-who wouldn't when you come home smelling like cookies?! The cookie was BIG and pricey, but worth it. Lots of samples also available of their wonderful ice cream.

Great clean facility, friendly customer service and quick delivery of my order. The flavors of the week were so so: peanut butter and jelly (my kids thought it was disgusting ‍), funfetti (kinda boring!), rocky road (so so) and sea salt Nutella, which was my favorite of the four flavors of the week. I had a bite of the warm chocolate chip once I got to my car and it was good! The chilled sugar cookie was good too with a hint of almond extract! I'll tell ya what would earn five stars from me: dark chocolate chip cookie. Milk chocolate just doesn't excite me at all! If Crumbl brought out DARK CHOCOLATE, I could possibly get hooked. Overall, I thought the cookies are good, but a couple days later...they're kind of forgettable, especially for the price. (I would never order funfetti again or peanut butter) Perhaps I need to try them on a different week with new flavor options. I realize that eating these cookies about 7 hours after they were purchased was probably the reason I thought they were ok. Eating them fresh and warm could possibly illicit a more positive review! However, I can see why everyone is crazy over a CRUMBL COOKIE!

This place is a hot mess. The staff just had conversations among each other instead of saying hi and taking the customers order . Also, I was so excited for the new musters cookie.. no mystery cookie or pumpkin chocolate chip ... get it together guys !

BEWARE of any company - where you CANNOT speak with a live person. I ordered cookies for delivery/shipping on a MONDAY and was given a date of FRIDAY for delivery (which is ridiculous considering it was ordered for a delivery in LA - and the order came out of OREM, Utah, instead of their GLENROSA store). Needless to say, nothing was delivered on FRIDAY, SATURDAY or MONDAY. I have tried numerous avenues to send a text to their "customer service" (what a joke) and left a myriad of voice mails...yet no one seems to respond. WHY ON EARTH anyone would want to order a perishable item that takes over a week to deliver (or in this NEVER DELIVERED) is beyond me. Considered yourself warned. TOO MANY other great cookie options out there. This place is a scam. RESPONSE TO KAYLEE: You write: "...please give us a call or a text at (844)488-0770." That is the same number I've called (along with two other numbers I've found) and left texts. NO ONE RESPONDS. Your response on my YELP post is just for SHOW. You nor anyone else has responded to my texts NOR have you called me back from the voice mails I've left. You truly have made ZERO effort here but for responding to my YELP post with some pathetic attempt at wanting to make it right. Make a better attempt than simply writing some drib about wanting to help.

Your cookies at our local store in Clovis, CA are always soft and chewy. So I introduced my brother in Napa, CA to them. He was so impressed that he has sent some to our sisters in MA and AL. He has sent me a dozen twice. I was very disappointed in the last dozen. The cookies were stale and broken and crumbled to the touch, especially the Animal Cookies. They were simply crumbs.

The 1 star is for the ordering cookies online and shipping. We absolutely LOVE Crumbl cookies but our experience with having it shipped has been horrendous. Cookies were ordered on September 1st and today is September 9. We have not received the cookies or any tracking information and it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach someone. I've called and texted from a few phone numbers because I think they flagged my number. As soon as I give them my receipt ID they stop responding. They will respond if I call from a different phone number but once I give them my receipt ID all messaging stops. I'm very frustrated.

Great cookies... bad customer service!!! I placed two delivery orders for my neighbors who were taking care of my flowers while I was out of town. What a nightmare!!! They didn't receive them so I ordered again... still no delivery. When I called the store they said I'd have to talk to the delivery service. I asked them to just credit the purchase back to my card. But that didn't happen. A few days later I called customer service and had to explain it all to them. When all was said and done they did credit it back to my account and they gave me a voucher for 1....ONLY ONE...cookie. Sad...
