Crumbl - Wake Forest

I've tried several Crumbl cookies locations in the Triangle and was disappointed. We were in Wake Forest and read the reviews that were written online. So with low expectations from previous experiences we decided to give this location a try. I was so happy that we did! We placed an online order and it was ready when we arrived.All of the cookies were delicious but the cheesecake was one of my favorites. The customer service was top notch and the store was well kept. Whenever we want Crumbl cookies in the future I will be making the drive to this location.

This is my first visit to Crumbl. I was greeted and she explained everything once I told her it was my first visit. I got them all except the tres leeches. Everything was so good. I will be returning for more cookies

I could tell this location was short staffed for a Saturday, however the manager was not handling it well at all. He was being very rude to his staff and looked very upset and the 3 girls there looked depressed and sad. Our cookies were thrown together by the manger I watched him do it, bent the box, didn't put finishing chocolate drizzle on the featured Chloe cookie. It was a waste of 20.00 dollars. I was stressed out by the time I left there and the cookies presentation was horrible. They need to get it together here. And I would appreciate a refund for my over priced cookies.

This location is always fast and has excellent customer service. The cookies are always delicious!

I absolutely love Crumble Cookie and this is my favorite location to visit! The cookies are always top notch and delicious and the curbside experience is always seamless.

My daughter and I went late on a Saturday night to the Wake Forest store. We were greeted at the door. They still had all of the flavors available and had us boxed up and out of there in 5 minutes. I was pleased with the quickness of the cookie delivery, but more so with the service with a smile. Especially because of the lateness in the night. If they were tired and ready to go home, you couldn't tell by there attitude Sorry, no pictures. The cookies / cake didn't last long (confetti cookie, carrot cake, and peanut butter cup)

I was really looking forward to trying the new Kardashian cookies and even placed an order ahead of time. But when I showed up, I saw one of the workers wearing gloves, yet constantly touching her nose and hair while handling the cookies. That’s beyond disgusting. What’s the point of gloves if you’re just spreading germs all over them? It’s basic food safety—and this person clearly had no clue. I canceled my order immediately because I’m not about to get sick over a cookie. Honestly, it’s unacceptable and flat-out nasty. This place needs better training or stricter hygiene standards—because what I saw was a health violation waiting to happen.

Almost every week and weekends are very busy, but overall very quick orders and excellent customer services. Really fast delivery from DoorDash and less wait from ordering pickup on my Crumbl app!

Never was near one before so was pretty cool to get a promo to try a cookie. Very pleasant surprise - hearty chocolate chunk - great flavor and nice consistency just how I like them - firm but not hard, doesn't fall apart, perfect chew. Will keep in mind for future treats.

The cookies weren't good overall. It was just sweet on top of sweet. They are huge and I can see the appeal - but they weren't for me or my family at all. It was like eating a cake cookie with no real flavor - just sweetness. The staff wasn't that friendly when we went as well. So, that made for the visit to be less than enjoyable. We walked in - no one addressed us. We had to figure out to order at the self-check out station by watching others that had been greeted when they entered. We made our order, waited, no one ever said anything until our order was ready and that was it. I really wanted to love this place. I really, really, really wanted to - but that wasn't the case for me.

I will drive 30 minutes to this Crumbl location any day. The bakers are super quick, even when busy, and I'm in and out. I don't care much for the parking situation as the parking lot isn't the best but the drive is worth it! I wish there was a Crumbl location near my home

As always, delicious cookies and so fresh. Used my birthday coupon to snag a free cookie and bought two more as gifts for a friend. The employees here are always so friendly and always welcome you when you walk in. Parking lot is usually pretty busy and a bit hectic.

I usually am gluten free but during a period when I decided to try including gluten again to see how I felt, I was invited to try Crumbl. Fresh baked cookies and brownies are my favorite baked treats and I rarely if ever use or purchase gluten free alternatives to baked goods (and the few times I have I was disappointed, other than cauliflower crust pizza) so I was a little giddy at the prospect; The young people working were friendly, everything looked clean, and the choices sounded very appealing, but the flavor and textures were disappointing: bland and sweet for the sake of sweet. This was during a time when I was practically enraptured by something as simple as a slice of lemon pound cake or a sandwich, so I feel like my bar was pretty low, yet they still didn't exceed it. I don't understand how fresh baked cookies can have so few of the qualities that make homemade cookies so amazing. I'm back to being gluten free, as my little experiment confirmed it's the better choice for me. There are things I miss (like homemade cookies and sandwiches and brownies and pancakes and so on) but at least passing by a Crumbl doesn't make me feel like I'm missing out.

I love this place. So friendly and the cookies are delicious!!!! The store and the workers were so good I would always go to this store when in Greensboro

I've been here in person & I've gotten a few deliveries. I think I need an intervention at this point because I'm ADDICTED. I LOVE cinnamon roll most of all. We've gotten a lot of their flavors. I can't complain at all. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. I love the self-service kiosks and going to pick up my order greeted by smiling faces. I can't recommend this place enough!! The cookies are dense and chewy. The icing is delicious. I think you should try it if you've never been here. Crumbl is BOMB!

Late night Crumbl cookie family runs are our new favorite things. The flavors are delicious. The size of the cookie alone lasts me days. The staff seems nice. I really like that they provide kiosks if you'd like to use them. This gives us time to decide what we want. Once we put our order in our cookies are ready in minutes.

I have always seen this place so busy! I decided to stop in after getting a pizza at mod. I got four cookies. S'mores, double chocolate, sugar, and snickerdoodle. All four cookies were incredibly delicious. So good. We warmed up the s'mores, double chocolate and snickerdoodle at home. They were to die for. Like heaven in my mouth!!! The staff was all friendly. The line does move very quickly. So we weren't waiting for our cookies very long at all. They rotate their flavors so I definitely think I need to come back and try some of the other flavors!!!

It was sooooooo good Service was amazzzzing can't wait to come back, we got our food in less than 20 seconds after ordering. Yummy

Delicious giant cookies! Stopped in for the soft opening of the Wake Forest outpost of this storied cookie place. It's a storefront in a small strip center, next to a Starbucks and a pizza place. Orders are placed self-serve on an easy to figure out iPad. Orders are served at the end of counter. It's strictly to-go. In this day there were 8 choices. Each was delicious, still warm from the oven. A few seasonal (pumpkin) choices, sugar cookies, chocolate with a gummy worm on top, peanut butter and of course chocolate chip. Cookies are big - 5" around. And at least an inch thick. I ended up chopping mine up into quarters and savoring in multiple snacks. Cookies ain't cheap at $4 a piece. Service is super quick and super friendly. And they deliver!

Love this place and all the new cookies that come out every week. I recommend you try this place before you listen to those who don't like it. Everybody's taste aren't the same

15.00 for these dry cookies with no butter cream icing. Not even shaped like French toast. This is the first time I've gotten terrible cookies from this location. Inconsistent and its a shame. I'll never order through Uber again because there's no way I would've walked out with these dry cookies

Very professional people, it looks very sanitary inside the kitchen as well as on the line. Plus the product (cookies) aer always delicious warm and fresh.

I have seen and heard about crumbl cookies, so I was eager to stop in and see about the hype. I only wanted to buy 2 cookies. The staff were friendly and working diligently on making cookies in the back. The store smelled like heaven and cookies were being freshly baked, as I browsed the menu. Ordering was simple and I waited just a few minutes before they brought me my cookies in the cutest pink boxes. I ordered two sugar cookies with pink frosting. The frosting was too sweet for me but the cookie was delicious. I'd get a cookie without frosting next time. I'd love to try their other flavors.

If you haven't tried crumbl cookies yet...what are you doing?!? I don't visit often, but when I do, there's always some banging flavors for me to try. Let's start off with the classic sugar cookie, always delightful, and not too overwhelming for those who don't love crazy flavors. Chocolate chip cookie is a classic that I could never complain about! But let's talk about the best flavors this week. Strawberry cake was my second favorite flavor. The cookie was composed of strawberry frosting, which was creamy and airy, topped on their classic cookie! Overall, this cookie tasted as if I was running through a beautiful flower garden on a warm spring day. I genuinely thought it tasted extremely fresh, which was perfect because it didn't feel too heavy on my stomach. However, let's talk about the true star of the night. Miss Pumpkin chocolate cookie. This cookie was the perfect blend between pumpkin flavor and chocolate. Recently, I have been loving pumpkin flavors, and this cookie really hit the spot. It was so delicious, and I would go back regularly for this flavor. Too bad it only lasts a week. The atmosphere was pleasant. The building is small, but service is very fast. They are kind, and make sure your order is correct before leaving the store, which is something I appreciate, considering we've all experienced getting the wrong order before. I would check their weekly flavors on their website, and if you see one that you think may taste good, you're probably right. So just go ahead and drive to crumbl cookie and get the flavor you want.

Finally took some time to go visit the Wake Forest location! What a cute store! I love the design and the color! I have had their cookies before but it was my first time ordering them in store. I didn't know that the flavors change and well that's bad because it will make me wanna go there every time lol we got a 4 pack and they came in a cute pink box. The flavors were Gingerbread cake, milk chocolate chip, chocolate York, and eggnog. My favorite one was the eggnog and then the gingerbread cake. Yum yum

This location is the first and only Crumbl Cookies I've been in. The staff greets everyone as they walk in, and if it's busy you can easily order at one of their kiosks. I love the constantly rotating menu so you never know what they might have. I think my favorite so far has been the white chocolate coconut. The only downside is that the parking lot can get quite busy, and sometimes it can be hard to park when the Starbucks drive thru line wraps around the building.

I met a friend in front of Crumbl and we sat at one of their outside tables. We were talking and an employee of Crumbl brought out a giant chocolate cookie boxed up for my friend and I to share. This was so kind of the employee and a great marketing tool as we shared the cookie and it was amazing. I will certainly return as I now know how delicious, big, fresh and yummy these cookies are. Thank you to Crumbl for introducing me to your cookies.

Cookies are very large, heavy and dense. They are tasty but not my style. Delivery was fast and easy.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Pictured is the dulce de leche, chocolate chip, pecan pie, and cookies and cream. The pie cookie was my absolute favorite. Fought my husband for the last few pieces. The sugar cookie crust was unforgettable, and the pie filling was soft not chewy. The chocolate chip was a close second. I love milk chocolate and so happy they use those chips. The dulce de leche was a little sweet for me and my husband loved the cookies and cream. Will be back too many times to count.

i love crumbl!! i try to get the flavors every week, this week however... my cookie was raw. i went in the store and told them and the staff was super nice about it, and replaced my cookie. their always so kind and welcoming

My daughter told me that Crumbl cookies were delicious after she tried them in another state, but I had to try them for myself. I really like cookies however we can't always have what we want. Purchased (1 ) one peanut butter cookie that had a dollop of chocolate on the top. It was absolutely deliciously yummy. They said the cookie selection is changed weekly. This will only be a once in a blue moon treat for me. Addictive!!!

I ordered cookies at 10 AM to pick up at 12:30. Walked into the store at 12:40 and stood there for 10min without anyone noticing me. With 5 people on staff I got my order ready 30min late. Gotta admit the cookies were good.

I prefer baked cookies rather than warm raw cookie dough. Definitely overpriced! Better cookies at a lower price @ Starbucks next store.

Such amazing customer service. I ordered a catering order for a Christmas Cookie exchange and just ordered the mini's of all the flavors of the week! Let's say Crumbl cookies at a cookie exchange were a huge hit! Thank you again for such great service! Especially during the holidays!

I literally can not say enough good things about Crumbl, every location I've been to has been amazing. We wait every sunday to see the new flavors for the week! Recently tried their ice cream and it's seriously the best, being able to get 4 1/2 pints is amazing. Great way to try all the flavors but just get 4 Raspberry Cheesecake, you won't regret it!

Absolutely delicious cookies and THE BEST customer service. Went by today and the whole shopping center was having power issues. Monika, the manager, was so incredibly kind and helpful and insisted on taking down my number to input my points when the system came back up. She later texted me to confirm she had put my points in. Talk about white glove service! Totally impressed!!!

Waited few months to finally visit. Walked in, staff is great and knowledgable. Was ask if this is the first time here (it was). Picked up 4 pack of different cookies for $15. Very reasonable price for a speciality store. The flavor is the problem, bite into the chocolate chip and the flavor reminds me of those cheap frosted sugar cookies. The flavor is obnoxiously sweet where it's no longer desirable to eat. I love pastry and other cookie shops, but this one is a solid 1/5 stars.

This store is not a very family friendly environment. The employees use curse words while talking with customers (even kids) in the store and will laugh if someone hears them. In addition, not all of the employees wear gloves when dealing with the cookies. I have been to this location a few times and haven't liked the experiences that I've had here. Not to mention the quality of their cookies are the absolute worst.

I'm pretty picky when it comes to cookies. These did not disappoint! I brought a variety of them to a girls weekend and we loved every one!

Ordered 4 cookies, 2 for me 2 for my friend. I ate half of a Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream cookie and didn't like it and followed it up with half of a churro cookie. I didn't finish either cookie, but some hours later (after eating nothing else that day) I felt the worst nausea in my stomach before vomiting a number of times. Stay away if you value your stomach.
