Crumbl - West Valley

Cookies are wonderful but service is not the best and maybe just a warning. The "I'm here" feature does not work on the app for drive up orders. Used it today for the fourth time and again, the staff were not notified (I've never had it work correctly, ie. with staff bringing order to the waiting car). Best to do pick up orders where you go inside.

I've consistently encountered issues with my orders at this location. Whether it's receiving a dry tres leches cake without the milk soak or cookies with noticeably fewer toppings than advertised, the quality often falls short of expectations. My most recent visit was particularly concerning. I ordered a butter cake that appeared unusually flat, but chose not to make a fuss. Unfortunately, after a few bites, I discovered the center was completely raw. This led to a night of severe food poisoning and vomiting. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with ongoing quality control problems, and I hope improvements are made to ensure customers receive the products they're promised.

I’ve been to this location twice. The workers seemed kinda rude and treated us very poorly. I did go near the end of the day so it may have been a hard day for them, but I didn’t do anything to make them mad at me so not sure why they were so bugged. 2nd was more regular but the cookies tasted old

Cookies are good. What I don't like is the self-service requirement. I was having issues entering my birthday reward and the staff has the music so loud that they couldn't hear me when I asked for help. I ended up ordering on the app since they didn't help me with the self-service check out.

I ordered a variety of mini-pies from here for Thanksgiving from here, and was excited to try them after seeing great reviews online. I placed an online order for two apple pies, a cookies and cream pie, and a french silk pie, but when i picked up my order, I received the apple pies, a pumpki pie, and a key lime pie - so half my order was wrong. I had called ahead to confirm that I could pick them up slightly after my scheduled time, and was assured it would be fine. I also expected that if any items were unavailable, they would contact me to offer replacements or cancel the order. Since I didn't hear anything, I assumed everything was in order (they also didn't say anything about thre replacements when I picked them up). I called them right away, leaving a polite voicemail asking for a solution or a refund, but never received a follow-up call. While the pies themselves were fine, I wasn't impressed with the overall experience. The product is too sugary for my taste, and frankly, there are better cookie shops out there. I expected better service and communication, especially given the holiday timing. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

Decent product but they always seem pretty short staffed when we go in. Waiting almost 20 minutes for our order the other day and the employee was super annoyed when we asked for our recipe.

I got a delivery and the cookies were so good. I'm always so impressed.

This place is always fun! I love how often they change the flavors. Now they have minis! They are so cute! The people here were attentive and helpful. They have a spacious place and you can see the cookies they are making which is nice.

Just had the strawberry shortcake and banana bread cookie, and they were both amazing

Crumbl is delicious. I like how they change their cookies weekly. They are big and always soft. Just expensive so I don't come very often.

I love their rotating weekly menu! Gives me something to look forward to especially on Mondays. This week was their banana bread cookie and I absolutely love banana bread! I bough the 4 pack. 1. Banana bread 2. Strawberry cake 3. Chocolate milk 4. Chocolate dirt? It had a gummy work on it. These were my favorite in this order too! The frosting is a bit too sweet for me, so I'm all about the cookie itself. The banana bread was a bit too soft for me and wished it was baked a couple more minutes longer. Maybe it was going for the actual bread texture, who knows. It was still delicious! I still haven't tried their classic milk chocolate or their classic pink sugar. These cookie flavors are too darn fun to not try!

Came In late night, the girl was very welcoming. The cookies were amazing as always and the brownie!!!!

One cookie place to rule them all! After an unexpected journey to West Valley, I was greeted with the fabled hospitality of Crumbl--I thought I was in the Shire! Where were Chip and Crave when my blood sugar fell? Even the smallest bite of one of a Crumbl cookie can change the course of the future. I made a promise, a promise, to not forget to leave a good review, and I don't mean to forget. I SHALL NOT PASS up this opportunity to give this location the praise it deserves - they bow to no one! I'll be back, for I am always hungry, I always need to feed...myself cookies. For Flavor!

Yummy warm chocolate chip cookies! The shop is clean. The service is quick. I love the pink boxes.

Terrible service. We ordered a tres leche cake and the guy told us it would be a couple of minutes. A minute later he tells us their batch of whip cream isn't good so they have to make more and it would take 10 minutes. 10 minutes go by and another customer comes in and he tells them it would take 15 minutes... He then tells us he can get our phone number and call us when it's ready.. by the time we get home or would be ready. Why didn't he tell us from the beginning how long it would truly take? The tres leche cake is a return dessert. Why didn't they have anything prepped and ready? Ended up asking for a refund after waiting for over 40 minutes. Terrible service and a waste of our time.

Amazing cookies. Tears of joy. When I sit and contemplate the things in life, I could be truly delicious Crumbl cookies comes to mine. All the sweet satisfaction that travels from those incredible doughy get crunchy cookies. The blister will fill your soul when you have a baby is almost an explainable.

I am loooving the mini Mondays!!! It's great that I can try all the flavors, THEN buy the big cookies of the ones I love lol

Definition of no customer service go to this place. They were sold out of the cookie I wanted, but yet the girl/employee there was eating the cookie I wanted.

Some times I don't like the cookie selection and other times it's right on. I don't ever get the same combination twice.

Fun location with cheerful happy people. We laughed so hard and off the wall jokes. First time I saw that they sold ice cream. Was a bit too nippy outside to try it but I will do it at a later time. Nice selection of cookies and the place was immaculate. For sure will be back!

Interested to see if it's good as I remember down in utah county. Just moved to west valley it's been about 4 years since we last tried crumbl

O.K I have done reviews for Crumbl Cookies before but since they change up their flavors weekly I had to give it a go again. We went with a 4 cookie box... Corned bread cookie with honey butter, churro cookie, chocolate crispy as well as a standard chocolate chip. Corned bread cookie: It's exactly like you imagine, it's cornbread but it's a cookie, and it was amazing. Churro cookie: Delicious sugar cookie with churro flavors in the frosting, amazing as well Chocolate crisp: Not my favorite but was good and chewy Chocolate chip: can't go wrong with this beloved standard especially when done as well as they do, Aloha

According to their social media, the pink sugar cookie is back as a weekly staple item. Thank goodness!

Tried the carrot cake cookie! It was really good. I like the variety of cookies. The lemon one was ok could have had more lemon flavor.

The molten lava was a bit disappointing because there was nothing gooey inside, it was basically just a solid chocolate cookie. But maybe it needs to be warm in order to be gooey.

This place has some of the best cookies that I've ever tasted! I used to have to get my sugar fix from their Draper location, which was quite a far drive for me; hence the reason I rarely went there. However, since they've opened in West Valley, I must admit that I go there a little too often now, lol. FYI: Their cookies are very rich, so be prepared to drink your weight in milk during their consumption.

Cookies are decent. Both orders I've placed have had missing flavors I specifically requested.

Crumbl is popping up everywhere, but I still don't have any where I'm located now, so stopping by was a nice treat. They are always coming up with new flavors and I was happy to see that almost every flavor I got other than chocolate chip was one I hadn't had before. We opted for a party box which has 12 cookies and it came out to $29.58. It's not cheap by any means, but worth the splurge once in a while. We got 2 of the following: Rocky Road, German Chocolate Cake, Chocolate with Andes Mint, Confetti Cake, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Chip. These were all super sweet, but fun to try each of the flavors. My favorites were the Andes, chocolate chip and rocky road. I like to cut each of the cookies into eighths and take a slice of each.

Because these were a gift, I'm not sure which store they came from. But I'm definitely not going to order any because they were basically tasteless and underbaked. I mean raw. The presentation was ugly and messy. Sorry for the bad review but these weren't what I expected from this company.

I have big hands. These cookies are huge! The cookies are always warm and fresh. The chocolate chip cookies are the best but always seem to be raw. Is that normal? I tried other flavors but the icing is always too sweet. Not bad but I'd rather have a smaller cookie without all the raw cookie dough.

Delicious as always and a very speedy delivery! The honey cookie is my new favorite!

I love this cookie shop in California. I frequent the store almost every week. When I saw they had a location here while I was passing through Salt Lake City, I knew I had to grab some. First impression of the outside, I'm use to seeing this cookie shop in a location that had more foot traffic. When I came, no one was here. Ordered the chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip muffin, midnight mint, and peanut butter cookies. All taste so good. They stay moist for days. Highly recommend.

Waited 25 minutes for a curbside order so I finally walked in the store and picked it up myself off the counter and walked out. Only one person was working the store and she didn't even see me or acknowledge me when I walked in and out with my order.

I will start by saying I love chocolate chip cookies. Cookies are probably one of my favorite desserts. I finally decided to try a crumbl chocolate chip cookie, and it was really terrible. I am not sure what all the hype is. It was so buttery, I felt like I was eating a stick of butter with some sugar. My husband felt the same. I do not feel the need to ever return to any Crumbl location. I will say the staff were friendly and prompt at this location, which is why I gave it 2 stars instead on 1.

This is the cutest little cookie shop. I love their packaging and the price is definitely right. You really get what you pay for . The cookies are humongous. I swear one is even enough to have you satisfied. The textures are amazing, they have the perfect crunch all around them and the perfect balance of crunch to melt in your mouth ratio throughout the rest of the cookie. My favorite is going to be of course chocolate chip, the chocolate definitely wasn't too sweet, it was perfect. I also had the s'mores and the chilled sugar cookies. They were okay, I'm not too big on dessert that's why, but this place is definitely worth

Sooooo good! Melty, gooey, cookie heaven! If you are near a crumble cookie... go get one. Its definitely worth it. I would recommend the chocolate chip and butterfinger. Be warned! You'll gain 10 lbs just looking at these cookies. We will be back!

Crumbl itself is great, this location though doesn't do the toppings as well as others. We got a cinnamon roll one from City Creek and one from here and they were very different. This has a little dab of cinnamon in the middle, which the online picture and City Creek covered most of the cookie. That's just one example, but we've experienced that several times. For the price of the cookie, you want the flavors in every bite.

we went to crumbl on Friday night. I have been to different locations and this location by far has the best customer service. I went in with three kids and it's hard for the kids to pick out which cookie they want when all the cookies look so delicious. The cashier working was so patient with us he waited for all the kids to deicide what they wanted and than took our order. The service was very fast the we got our cookies boxed up and walked out within 5 minutes. Whosever is the manager I hope they acknowledge their workers for the hard work and great customer service they provide! I'll defiantly come back to this location for more cookies pretty soon

Do not order any sort of delivery from here! I ordered a box of my favorite cookie 4 of them and they gave me every other cookie.

I've tried crumbl cookies multiple occasions to try and love them but they just aren't my favorites. Their cookies are massive and somewhat expensive. Don't get me wrong, there are many desserts that are expensive, but this one is just not worth it to me. Their cookies are dryer than what I would prefer, hence their name. The location is great, and the inside is open and nice and clean. I love how you can see everything happen right behind the cashier while ordering your cookie. I gave a three star because the cookies are not that great and over hyped.

Super disappointed in Crumbl, may write them off for awhile. My order was never delivered and no way to get a refund, nor contact the deliver driver! No one answered the phone for the store and I waited on hold as "first in line" for OVER 30 MINUTES. I demand a full refund!

if you have an issue or a question or need literally anything - do not call them. they do not answer. i placed an order on their app at 9 and called their store at 1030 wondering where it was. i was on hold for 30 min and no answer. then 20 minutes later we get a notification saying it was delivered and it was nowhere to be found. once again, called the store and was on hold for 30 min. drove all the way there at 1130 pm just to see not a single customer at the store. explained the situation and not once did i hear "i'm sorry" or any type of explanation of what happened. just two teenage boys with no social skills whatsoever. don't bother wasting your time or $ on this location.

They have a rotating menu so it's hard to give them a static star rating. Their cookies are good enough but I always seem to be left wanting something better. They put way too much frosting on frosted cookies. I got a ginger bread cookie. It has so much frosting that it was inedible. I took the frosting off and the cookie wasn't worth eating. This puts me in a bit of a dilemma. Do I eat the cookie with an obscene amount of frosting or do I throw it away. Both are unwanted outcomes... I suppose it's good that I have kids.

When you first look at the menu, you may gasp at the idea of a dozen cookies costing $25. Let me tell you, each cookie is worth at least three regular cookies in size and I promise you taste five times better. Soft, warm, gooey, and enormous! We each were only able to eat one before being really full and then the rest were able to last for the next 2 or 3 days in the box while still staying pretty fresh. The woman at the counter was very friendly and it's a really cute place to boot. I highly recommend trying this place out at least once because their cookies are just so divine!

Love love love Crumbl! Yummmmmmmm Divine!!!!! Caramel apple is subtle with bits of apple, cookie is soft but not gooey. Icing is a bit sweet. But with a thin layer I can go to town! Make sure you eat with water or milk. Crumbl Rocks!!

The cookies are pretty good but every time I get cookies at this location they have been cold and have a texture like they have been sitting for a while and I just got some today and the lady came out and just put the box on my car without asking, I don't think I will be going to this location anymore and hopefully they are better somewhere else

Easy to order, easy to pick up. Delicious and well received by the crew back at the office...especially the "mini" size option.

I would like to have given more than a 2 star review and I'm even being generous with two stars... I am less then impressed by this Crumbl Cookie location. I understand during the current Covid19 pandemic era there was little to no assistance as there were approximately 4-6 employee "working". All I needed was a gift certificate and was instructed to just place my order on the tablet, all I wanted was to purchase a $20 gift card and hoping for an easy in & out process. This was not the case as I had asked questions there was little to no assistance until I I paid for my order with cash. I went to the pick up area and was handed two $10 gift cards I told the employee I just wanted one $20 gift card which just seemed to be too difficult to process. Come on Crumbl Colkie West Valley get it together and apply just a little customer service assistance to make the experience a bit better. I don't think I will ever come back to this location as the other location much friendlier and assist the customer and have hand sanitizer. I was NOT pleased that I had to touch the order screen that was NOT disinfected from the customer before and no hand sanitizer available after I touched the order screen. I hope my concerns / issues will be used for a better customer experience along with further employee training on make the customer feel valued.

Considerate staff, good food, clean environment. Since my husband and I hadn't been customers before the staff helped us to make good decisions to fit our needs with good humor.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY OVER PRICED!!!! What a joke.... I wouldn't pay that price in California., Cookies with frosting., and they aren't even that good.... who sells cookies, and you only get to choose between 5 different ones...

I really didn't think I'd receive a response, but having a Crumbl representative reach out soon after my earlier review made me know they were listening. Although the experience wasn't the best today, I'm glad to know that Crumbl is listening to their customers. Thank you! ____________ (1 star) This is primarily on Crumbl's delivery system (which is outsourced), but the delivery is still connected to the service provided. My order of cookies arrived 35 minutes passed ETA. Cookies arrived cold and smashed. The product sold is great, but (if possible) I wouldn't recommend using the delivery option.
