To find Intact roman ruins were a surprise. The crypts are long in two directions. Best Roman ruins i have seen including in Italy. The explanation was easy to understand. Some background about when they were uncovered would have been good. 5 euro entry is very fair.

There isn't much to see down in the cryptoportices, but it is valuable just to be in the area that witnessed so much history! The signs are in French only, it would be helpful to have some in English for all the international visitors.

A series of tunnels underneath where the Roman forum would have been. Interesting for a short visit and a welcome break from the heat! Doesn't take long to visit and worth doing if you have the combination ticket for the historic sites in Arles

I really wanted to visit this museum, but I was really demotivated by the behaviour at the entrance next to the estate agency of one of the male museum keepers, loud, offensive, and very unprofessional. I chose to visit on a different day, really sad such an important cultural heritage is in the hands of those who don't care at all about tourists and such important cultural heritage and are probably not very competent in promoting it, very sad
