CRYSTAL LODGE (KT0117006-H)

Love this hotel service very much. Although the amenities provided are not really complete as there is no swimming pool, this hotel served the guest very well. The staffs are well polite, great us whenever see us. Thumbs up to their roof garden buffet breakfast. Enjoy the yummy and variety choice food beside the scenery view. The scramble egg and mash potato are the best among all the food provided. The check out procedure was super fast. Will stay in Crystal Lodge if I visit Kelantan in the future.

Some staffs are friendly. Chef is good. Breakfast is so worth it. Got upgrades to better room because our initial room was not cleaned properly

Rooms felt like a cheap budget hotel. Toilets felt like they were in a normal house. Reception staff though smiles a lot, could not offer much assistance. Was asking for a nearby food place, but was given a vague response.

My first time come to KB,and this hotel is the best choice for me. Upon check in,the staffs already expecting me earlier and they prepared my room.I am very appreciates that. Got RM100 deposit and will get refund when check out. I am very happy because they upgraded my room from single bedroom to queen bedroom. My room is at level6,windowless bedroom,but i still like it because the room is so nice,have iron and board,and good tv channel,and can listen to radio channel too.I almost forget there have a mini fridge inside the wardrobe.The aircond can adjust temperature. Good breakfast at level7,must go within 6am to 10am.I already try all of them,but i think the fried kueh tiaw and big yellow noodle could reduce the spiciness. The location is very good,i mean you can go around KB just by walking,and easy to find Grabcar. Very near to famous restaurant/cafe,famous landmarks and Kelantan riverside. Overall i enjoyed for 2nights stay in this hotel.I definitely will comeback next time.

Check in was easy and the location of the hotel is good. Breakfast was provided and the food is tasty. However as a diabetic person, I can’t take white sugar. The hotel should consider providing choices of other types of sweetener. The room is clean but staying on the third floor is not helping with my sleep. The room is not sound proof at all with the noise from the corridors and vehicles. The staff is courteous and attentive always ready to help. However some need to understand basic terms like sweetener, creamer, brown sugar etc.

For 3 star hotel this is a good hotel. The room is clean, not too spacious but enough space. Facilities are pretty okay, and beds are clean. And in town, near Pasar Siti Khadijah. So far no issue with parking. For breakfast buffet, not too bad the spread. For the price no need to complaint la, good enough for me to visit each time we went to KB. Yesterday we visited but the toilet is a bit clogged, but the reception staff did a good job checking and when the issue cannot be solved they changed our room.
