If you looking for authentic Amritsar food, this is the place to go, an auto driver took us here and it was totally worth it. Super service and super food, loved the ambience and the place lives up to it's expectations. Enjoyed each dish and the service was really good. Really accomdating staff and they suggested the right dishes. Definitely coming back here again soon.

*Disappointing Experience at Crystal Restaurant* Rating: 1/5 I recently visited Crystal Restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by slow service, overpriced menu items, and inconsistent food quality. The highlights of our meal were the delicious Kalmi Kebabs, which were cooked to perfection and flavorful. However, the rest of our order was a letdown. The Murg Tawa Frontier, recommended by our waiter, failed to impress and wasn't worth the steep price of Rs. 540. The dish lacked depth and flavor, leaving us wondering what justified the high cost. The Fish Biryani was a major disappointment. Instead of a traditional biryani, they served fried fish on top of biryani rice, which was unacceptable at Rs. 750. To add to our frustration, the service was slow and inattentive. When we declined to pay the service charge, our waiter's demeanor changed abruptly, leaving a sour taste. *Pros:* - Delicious Kalmi Kebabs *Cons:* - Slow service - Overpriced menu items - Poor quality of Murg Tawa Frontier and Fish Biryani - Unprofessional behavior from waiter when service charge was declined *Recommendation:* While the Kalmi Kebabs were exceptional, the overall experience was disappointing. Unless Crystal Restaurant revamps their menu and service, I would advise others to explore alternative options. *Price Range:* Overpriced (Rs. 500-Rs. 1000 per person) *Will I Return?:* Unlikely *Advice to Management:* 1. Review and adjust menu pricing to reflect quality and portion sizes. 2. Improve service efficiency and staff training. 3. Revamp menu items to ensure consistency and quality. 4. Ensure wait staff maintain professionalism, regardless of service charge decisions.

As compared to prices quality is very bad,we ordered chicken biryani ,it looks so long to come order ,they even don't bother to serve you, when we were serving we found long hair in the biryani,it was so auck to see hair, requesting to check order before serving ,if we are paying so much for bad quality i think it's not worth for dining in these hotel

Ambience is amazing, service is great, but place is ultra expensive. One of the best restaurants in Amritsar, the interiors, food and the overall ambience is very good. The staff are courteous. From the road the one on the right side is the original and the similar named on the left side seemed to be a bogus one. The taste and quality of the food was awesome. The price is on a higher side for almost all items. The service of the staff is truly exceptional.

The food was alright. Not exceptional but good food. Chilli chicken was honestly bad. Too much batter for chicken and surprisingly very less (equal to none) bellpeppers. Don't buy chilli chicken. Amritsari fried Fish was alright and seekh kebab was actually good.

The food is great. As soon as you land to amritsar, I suggest you go to Crystal Cafe it's just near the road. Its a fine dine restaurant with great service. The reshaping kebab is sth you should not miss. Its good beside that plz go with your instinct on which food you want last time I visit3d this place ordered some sandwhich which was a chap guys plz don't do that. But beside that if you want to sit enjoy the chill ac and the food. This is a Great place, I wish this place had some good music.

Ambience is amazing, service is great, but place is ultra expensive which is why me and my friend just settled for a veg burger. Prices can be a reduced a bit. For vegetarians, there are very few options and I don't think it's the best place for us. Otherwise it is okayish in my opinion. Burger was average, not worth the price we paid.

This is one of the oldest fine-dining places in the city which serves a combination of good food and ambience. The non-veg dishes here taste better than their vegetarian preparations (that's my opinion). The service is a bit slow but I guess that's okay considering they're being double sure about everything before getting a dish out of their kitchen. The Rara Chicken is probably their best and is lip-smacking. The place is premium so it's a little on the costlier side. This makes the place a bit less popular because the locals prefer eating elsewhere. Its mostly frequented by tourists like us. Nothing is really out of the box which deserves a special mention. Everything is just as how you expect it to be at a fine dining place.
