We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Crystal Hotel, St. Moritz, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home with their warmth and hospitality. A special mention goes to Riccardo, the bartender, who truly made our trip unforgettable. His energy, kindness, and incredible drinks brought so much joy to our family - he’s a gem and the hotel is truly lucky to have him! As vegetarians, dining while traveling can sometimes be a challenge, but the Grissini Restaurant at Crystal Hotel went above and beyond to create a 100% vegetarian dinner tailored perfectly to our taste. The food was delicious, and the effort they put in meant the world to us. The reception team was equally amazing—super helpful, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. Every single person here exceeded our expectations and went the extra mile to make our experience special. If you’re planning a trip to St. Moritz, Crystal Hotel is the place to stay! Exceptional service, outstanding staff, and a true home-away-from-home experience. Highly recommend 1000000%

❄️ Wonderful Experience at Crystal Hotel – Elegant Comfort in St. Moritz Our stay at Crystal Hotel in St. Moritz was exceptional from start to finish. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off from the train station made arrival and departure smooth and stress-free — a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. 🏨 We were delighted to receive a free upgrade to our room, which made the experience feel even more special. The room was beautifully styled and cozy, with robes and slippers provided so we could fully enjoy the spa facilities included in our stay. 🧘‍♀️ The spa was truly amazing — the perfect place to unwind and recharge after exploring. 🤝 The staff were all very helpful and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our visit. The location was ideal, making it easy to discover the charm of St. Moritz and the surrounding area. 🌟 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and upscale base in this iconic alpine town.

We stayed here during our trip. The hotel is located at a very convenient spot. It is right at the centre if the town. Everything you need is at walking distance. Rooms were very well equipped and large enough. Due to the location I think the place charged a little higher. But it was worth it. Staff was extremely helpful and polite, the reception staff as well as the ones in the restaurant. We had dinner here, all dishes were tasty and well cooked. Place was really clean and well kept. The spa was great. Place was very quiet and silent. We got a view of the road from the windows. The beds were comfortable and washroom was also tidy and nice.

The hotel is well located but has no air conditioning. Gets a little warm in the summer so it’s a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Rooms had no usb or c ports to charge your phone. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located in the central area not by the lake,so it’s a journey to the lake. Our room had no view.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights as part of a tour of Switzerland. We arrived in St Moritz on the Glacier Express. |A really nice hotel. Initially we nearly missed our pickup outside the train station as someone else poached our ride but I chased the driver and we got the taxi! The hotel staff at check in were very welcoming. We were booked into a Junior suite which was lovely and spacious and immaculate. There was a good storage/dressing area. There was also a safe and lots of hanging space with hangers. Unusually and wonderful for an hotel there were also hooks to hang coats- hooray. The bathroom was opposite the dressing/storage area and was large with a lovely separate walk in shower. Good quality toiletries were provided along with towels, bathrobe and slippers. The bedroom area was big with a lovely split double bed (big) and big soft pillows. There was also a sitting area with sofa and arm chair and coffee table. There was a minibar that was stocked with water, coke, the Swiss drink Rivella and beer. These drinks were complimentary and replaced daily free if charge. There was also a coffee machine with pods provided. All in all a very comfy room. The location of the hotel was right in the centre of town about ten minutes walk from the station. The only thing we weren’t so pleased about was the shouting in the square late at night. You had to shut the windows and due to no air con this made the room warm. I wouldn’t want to be here if it was hot outside as the windows need to be open. |The room was serviced mid morning and there was a turn down with chocolates at night- very welcome! We were impressed with the quality of the room. Would love some USB charging points though! |We ate in the hotel restaurant the first night we were there and the food was amazing. We had a main course each of trout and Sea Bass and then a desert. My husband’s peach mouse was divine and looked exactly like a peach! We had a generous helping of petit fours and were offered more! The waiters were excellent and took their roles seriously. In the morning breakfast was good. It was the usual continental selection and cooked food. There was also cold meats and cereal. The cakes were delicious. The only thing we’d have liked was self service coffee and no extra charges for things like omelettes. In most hotels these options are part of the breakfast even though you might need to order them. |All in all a very pleasant hotel. We would stay in this hotel again if it was somewhere other than St Moritz. There’s not much to do here other than stroll around the lake and look at expensive shops. I know there is a cable car ride. It’s not got that much going on but I guess if you like winter sports then it’s ideal. We liked St Moritz but didn’t love it as we did Interlaken or Zermatt for example.

Just popped into the bar at the Crystal hotel for a drink to mark a special ocassion. Smoking is allowed in the bar, but Natasha noticed us and offered us some very nice seats, backed up by very friendly and great service out in the lounge area. Very comfortable and an excellent negroni. Thank you Natasha!

First I want to preface. this was a chosen hotel by a tour company and be aware there are a ton of tour companies that go through here!||I’ll start with breakfast because it was an absolute disaster and the staff were overwhelmed and not very nice except for one young man. And he actually spoke English, so that was pleasant.||As a solo traveler, I once again got a very small room . But it was nice because St Moritz is the Beverly Hills of Switzerland. I really don’t think you can have a bad hotel in the city. All of the amenities were available, including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath gel.||The location is fantastic Close to walking distance to all the stores. Unfortunately, we were there during low season so the town was a ghost town. But it has nothing but high-level stores and really nothing to see here when visiting.

Great location. The hotel is comfortable and has very helpful reception staff. Easy access to many tourist attractions and restaurants. Recommended for 2 night stay.

Yelp
Staff was nominally helpful and certainly tried to be helpful, but we had so many issues that we ended up giving them only a two-star rating. Let us list the defects: 1. Room was consistently HOT at night, mostly due to warm sun on the west wall on our floor. Sadly, the only way to cool it off was to open the windows (no ceiling fan), which then meant we were effectively "sleeping on the sidewalk" with every drunk noisemaker, truck, and car sound coming right into the room. No or very poor quality sleep makes for cranky guests. 2. Among other issues, our bathroom door would not latch (stuck latch, and missing screw). Staff came to fix, but didn't actually have a fix . . . and it never got addressed despite a promise to return, and a nearly two week stay. Unexpectedly poor service for a supposedly 4-star hotel. 3. Bathroom exhaust fan was on some "automated" schedule, according to the same repair staff. Thus, it exhausts fumes from the bathroom whenever it feels like it. Really?!? 4. Our included breakfast was EXACTLY the same breakfast--for nearly two weeks. Not only does that get old really fast, for those with an environmentally sound, no animal, lifestyle, the massive number of meat, animal milk/cheese items, and VERY limited number of vegan items, suggest it's still 1970 at this hotel. Just jaw-dropping at how far behind the times some can be. (Amazingly, most F&B managers have no clue on this--see the UN FAO report from many years ago for details: cowspiracy.com/facts.) 5. No pool or hot tub was sort of a downer, but this is likely an older facility/building? In closing, while the staff was pleasant and tried to be helpful, this hotel is far, far behind the times. Recommend you look elsewhere if you expect 4-star standards and have any sort of concern about the environment. Sadly, this St. Moritz hotel just feels way, way behind the times.
