Had a beautiful mid week getaway here the other week. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom products were wonderful. The towels and linen were soft and freshly laundered. The view of the city in the evening and at sunrise was a beautiful sight. All staff members were very friendly, accommodating and eager to help. The location directly across from Felons, Mr Percivals, Greca and a short Uber ride to Fortitude Valley, made for a wonderful night away. We will definitely be back.

We recently stayed with our young family, a two year old and 10 month old. There was a family deal on that included accommodation, breakfast for everyone, free parking and unlimited ice cream and popcorn! The room was much bigger than expected, the second bed could be closed off with a sliding door which was so great as we thought we were all going to be crammed into one room. The location is fabulous and the breakfast at the hotel was far better than expected for an all inclusive! We will definitely do this again.

I recently stayed at Crystalbrook Vincent at Howard Smith Wharves in Brisbane while attending the FreshLife Conference, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is thoughtfully decorated, with incredible artwork woven throughout the space that gives it a modern, creative feel. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, making the whole stay seamless and welcoming. My room was beautifully designed, stylish yet comfortable, with all the details you’d expect from a five-star property. Service was excellent…. professional, prompt, and always delivered with a smile. As a conference venue, it was a fantastic choice: the facilities were well laid out, the food was delicious and varied, and the location right on the river at Howard Smith Wharves made it both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, Crystalbrook Vincent is a perfect blend of art, comfort, and hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for both business events and leisure stays in Brisbane.

This area is so much more pleasant to stay in than South Bank, and the hotel itself is wonderful, with luxurious and spacious rooms. It’s interesting yet unpretentious. A short walk to the riverside ferry stop, for the frequent ferries, and a scenic walk to the city that felt safe and easy.

Easy 5/5! I’m in a wheelchair accessible room with my husband and young children. For once accessibility and style have been woven together. If you’re looking for an accessible stay this is your place! We love the artwork! We really appreciate the combination of classy and fun pictures for EVERYONE to enjoy. Kids fav is the joker at the lift. The kids loved the pool. We loved the bar! And the views are exquisite. If you’re looking for a truly family friendly place to stay don’t overlook this place. We are on the family getaway package with unlimited popcorn and ice cream which the kids are loving! We have traveled and stayed in a lot of places but I think we have found our new favourite! Just had a one night staycation here. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Very pleased with the room- we were alongside the rear of the building, which looks out onto the rock wall, and although this may sound dreadful, it really was a great feature in itself. The bed was super comfortable, so quiet with block out curtains you can’t believe that you are in one of Brisbanes most vibrant areas at Howard Smith wharf. The rooftop pool is lovely but fairly small and in summer it might be tricky to get a sun lounger. The artworks add to the modern vibe of the hotel. All my interactions with staff were excellent and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Hotel and rooms very modern industrial vibe, yet homely. Roof Top Bar great atmosphere and FAB view; make sure you book as gets really busy! Walking distance to food, drinks, entertainment, walk along boardwalk to river. Breakfast included. Late checkout at 11am was a nice bonus. Feels very luxurious, money well spent 😊

I had the absolute pleasure of being welcomed by Grace at the front desk of the Crystalbrook Hotel last night, and I can’t speak highly enough of her.
