Had a beautiful mid week getaway here the other week. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom products were wonderful. The towels and linen were soft and freshly laundered. The view of the city in the evening and at sunrise was a beautiful sight. All staff members were very friendly, accommodating and eager to help. The location directly across from Felons, Mr Percivals, Greca and a short Uber ride to Fortitude Valley, made for a wonderful night away. We will definitely be back.

Easy 5/5! I’m in a wheelchair accessible room with my husband and young children. For once accessibility and style have been woven together. If you’re looking for an accessible stay this is your place! We love the artwork! We really appreciate the combination of classy and fun pictures for EVERYONE to enjoy. Kids fav is the joker at the lift. The kids loved the pool. We loved the bar! And the views are exquisite. If you’re looking for a truly family friendly place to stay don’t overlook this place. We are on the family getaway package with unlimited popcorn and ice cream which the kids are loving! We have traveled and stayed in a lot of places but I think we have found our new favourite! Hotel and rooms very modern industrial vibe, yet homely. Roof Top Bar great atmosphere and FAB view; make sure you book as gets really busy! Walking distance to food, drinks, entertainment, walk along boardwalk to river. Breakfast included. Late checkout at 11am was a nice bonus. Feels very luxurious, money well spent 😊

I had the absolute pleasure of being welcomed by Grace at the front desk of the Crystalbrook Hotel last night, and I can’t speak highly enough of her. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Grace went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that I felt completely comfortable. Loved our stay and will be back for sure. It's a great location and the rooms are a decent size. We stayed on a lower floor (nature view) and it was very peaceful and quiet. The pool area is lovely although I imagine a bit of a tight squeeze on a hot day. Loved the complimentary bikes. All in all a great experience.

This area is so much more pleasant to stay in than South Bank, and the hotel itself is wonderful, with luxurious and spacious rooms. It’s interesting yet unpretentious. A short walk to the riverside ferry stop, for the frequent ferries, and a scenic walk to the city that felt safe and easy.

This hotel is modern and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The Mews is good for a great breakfast. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow ( until this morning) to use the pool and roof bar. Dead opposite are restaurants and bars, all reasonable priced. Felons Brewery is a great venue. All in all a very good hotel and I would recommend it.

Excellent location and beautiful view. The art and decorum of the hotel is not for everyone, and I found it sometimes to be too jarring or weird. No water bottles in the rooms: you have to get your own water in the hallway. And strangely the only electrical plug in the main lobby area is behind the plants and is not readily accessible to guests.
