Crystalbrook Vincent (Brisbane, Queensland) 1 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Australia’s Crystalbrook line of luxury boutique hotels and resorts cut a distinctive figure — they’re luxe and sustainable, but never stodgy. Crystalbrook Vincent, in Brisbane, is a fine example of the brand’s vision: colorful, vibrant, and full of art, in this case no fewer than 500 prints by the Melbourne-based portrait artist Vincent Fantauzzo. The rooms and suites are stylish and comfortable, and the hotel’s two dining and drinking venues, the upscale Roman-style Polpetta and the Los Angeles tribute that is the Fiume rooftop pool bar, are worthy additions to the Howard Smith Wharves nightlife and entertainment district." - Tablet Hotels

The 6 Best Hotels in Brisbane (Updated 2025)

"Sitting at the base of the Story Bridge on the edge of Fortitude Valley, this epic five-star property feels almost like an urban resort and is my favorite luxury hotel in the city. It has two restaurants, a fitness center, an infinity pool with magnificent views, and a rooftop bar with panoramic skyline views. The spacious rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, comfy beds, plush bathrobes, flatscreen TVs, desks, and most include a couch; the bathrooms are massive with walk-in rainfall showers and great pressure. It's an ideal choice for travelers who want to stay along the waterfront with the restaurants and bars of Howard Smith Wharves just steps away." - Matthew Kepnes

We stayed here recently for the Story Bridge adventure climb and it was amazing. Super close to the Bridge climb, beautiful restaurants and the best view of the bridge and water. We booked the wheelchair accessible family room and there was plenty of space to move around and the accessibility features were great - could get easily into the bathroom with a roll in shower and could also move around the outside of the bed easily in my wheelchair. Nice wide doorways as well. The room itself was beautiful - clean and comfortable. Adjustable aircon as well which was great for my temperature regulation difficulties. The staff were also lovely and very accomodating. Thank you!

We recently stayed with our young family, a two year old and 10 month old. There was a family deal on that included accommodation, breakfast for everyone, free parking and unlimited ice cream and popcorn! The room was much bigger than expected, the second bed could be closed off with a sliding door which was so great as we thought we were all going to be crammed into one room. The location is fabulous and the breakfast at the hotel was far better than expected for an all inclusive! We will definitely do this again.

A gorgeous but hardly-functional pool, a dark mood and a vibrant bar are great, but a hotel needs to allow for one major thing above all else - sleep! The proximity to the ferry means constant horns bleating every twenty minutes late into the night. Noise from the brewery next door and the event space on the 3rd floor make it too loud to rest. The Promenade Rooms offer no privacy from the street below (a detail overlooked by the room description). The gym is practically non-existent - old photos show machines that no longer grace the small room called the fitness center. The hotel is all vibes over value - great place to hang out, as long as you’ve got some place to go to rest after.

I recently stayed at Crystalbrook Vincent at Howard Smith Wharves in Brisbane while attending the FreshLife Conference, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is thoughtfully decorated, with incredible artwork woven throughout the space that gives it a modern, creative feel. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, making the whole stay seamless and welcoming. My room was beautifully designed, stylish yet comfortable, with all the details you’d expect from a five-star property. Service was excellent…. professional, prompt, and always delivered with a smile. As a conference venue, it was a fantastic choice: the facilities were well laid out, the food was delicious and varied, and the location right on the river at Howard Smith Wharves made it both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, Crystalbrook Vincent is a perfect blend of art, comfort, and hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for both business events and leisure stays in Brisbane.

Had a beautiful mid week getaway here the other week. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom products were wonderful. The towels and linen were soft and freshly laundered. The view of the city in the evening and at sunrise was a beautiful sight. All staff members were very friendly, accommodating and eager to help. The location directly across from Felons, Mr Percivals, Greca and a short Uber ride to Fortitude Valley, made for a wonderful night away. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was great. Our room was on the first floor with a view of the uninspiring view of the cliff face. The bed was comfortable and had a choice of a soft or firm pillow. Amenities were great the shower great. When we came back to the room at night the rock wall was transformed into a work of art. I would stay here again

This area is so much more pleasant to stay in than South Bank, and the hotel itself is wonderful, with luxurious and spacious rooms. It’s interesting yet unpretentious. A short walk to the riverside ferry stop, for the frequent ferries, and a scenic walk to the city that felt safe and easy.

Honestly was more frustrated on my stay then relaxed. No light in the room, poor room design, terrible in room dining selection, TV not able to be used and when we contacted the staff they were not able to fix the problem. Im sure I would of given more stars if I wasn't constantly annoyed by something while staying.
