We had an incredible experience at Crystal Villa! Our villa had a wonderful view of the Pitons on one side, and from the balcony, we enjoyed a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea—it truly can’t get better than this! The entire place was surrounded by lush vegetation and fruit trees—mango, papaya, banana, star fruit, coconut—you name it, they had it! A huge thank you to the charming owner Monica, who was so nice making our special day even more memorable. Aaron and the entire staff were super helpful, ensuring everything was perfect. It was truly a pleasure staying here, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend Crystal Villa to anyone looking for a magical St. Lucia getaway.

Very cool place to stay. The staff was 10/10. Everyone was so nice and very accommodating. They really focus on the guest experience. |We had a few things come up (due to our own lack of planning) and they went out of the way to help us. ||We stayed in papaya for a week. It was very private and felt safe. The pool was amazing (pro tip- bring a cheap floaty/raft and thank me later)|The villa had everything we needed. The AC worked and was cold. Kitchen was adequately stocked. We ate at Treetop three times- delicious food! I’d recommend reservations. The daily breakfast was good and consisted of breads, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, pancakes and fresh juice.

We stayed in Calabash suite-so charming and spacious! Two sinks in the bathroom made our 9-night stay very comfortable. Great cooked breakfast every morning included, and we had a little kitchenette to prepare a lunch or dinner depending. And our private pool!||The Treehouse restaurant has excellent food; portions large enough that we split a tasting menu each of our 3 visits. Beautiful and romantic setting! And Hamilton will mix up a unique cocktail just for you. ||You will need a 4x4 for the road up or taxi everywhere, but the accomodations, staff and views are worth it. At about 1250 ft up in the forest, the insects and frogs serenade you to sleep every night. The AC works well, too. ||Scheduled a relaxing bamboo massage w Chrishna, which was the perfect end to our stay. ||Highly recommend!

I stayed at Crystals in January. As a return guest, it was wonderful to see Monica and her professional team again. I stayed in Mango which has great views of the Pitons and across to the Sulphur Springs. Breakfast was a mix of Caribbean fruits, bread as well as great pastries. I recommend you book dinner in their Treetop restaurant, brilliant for pre-dinner sundowners, great food and wine too. Thanks!

We stayed in Calabash back in March this year.|The situation of Crystals is simply stunning, with views to die for.|Monica and her staff are all really friendly and we enjoyed several meals in Treetops and our breakfasts served to our room.||Calabash has a stunning view out to the Pitons across the canopy. Lovely to sit on the balcony overlooking the Pitons for breakfast, watching the hummingbird birds and other wildlife.|It’s noisy at times, with geckos and crickets etc, but this is all part of the experience.||There are a few of areas that could be improved on though.||Due to the turnaround in people staying we felt Calabash lacked a thorough clean. We don’t expect things to be immaculate when we stay in this type of accommodation, but we felt the main room needed a deep clean as it had old gecko poo in lots of places.|Also the BBQ they provided had rust holes in it, which is obviously dangerous when you are barbecuing on a wooden surface. We had to line the bbq with foil. We did report it but not sure if it was repaired or replaced for subsequent guests. ||The next point is regarding the car hire company that Crystal’s recommend.||We used Bradley for our car hire. We wouldn’t recommend him at all. Our first car wasn’t really roadworthy. He actually suggested when he came to see us, the day after we arrived, that we had caught the brand new tyres on potholes etc, ( he noted low tyre pressure) yes, he was good, and organised for us to take the car to the garage for it to be looked at. Garage confirmed tyres hadn’t been damaged, just not fitted properly. Now, the road down from Crystals to the road is bumpy and steep, so obviously you need good brakes, unfortunately the car didn’t have them. Bradley kindly swapped the car for another, but….. this was just as bad. We spent our holiday crossing our fingers for luck. Fortunately my husband is a good driver.

Nearly 400 meters above the Caribbean, yet just a five-minute drive from the seaside town of Soufrière, Crystals Villa Hotel turned out to be a completely transporting experience, and a main highlight of our vacation. Monica Charles, the charming owner, has built an amazing array of eclectic, antiques-furnished lodgings with stunning views of the pitons and the surrounding rain forest. Our 2-bedroom "Papaya" suite was clean and comfortable, with both an indoor and a delightful open-air shower. Breakfast is brought to the room by the staff and was enjoyable. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, though we did not use it. Note: do not miss the prix-fixe dinner in their dazzling Treetops (literally) Restaurant, an amazing experience in itself. Hamilton creates great cocktails to your specific taste, in addition to the rum punch that welcomes you upon arrival. The (small) hotel staff was always helpful and available via WhatsApp. Aaron even brought his personal air compressor when one of our tires needed to be filled. Small private pool is cleaned each morning - Peter was great and full of stories. This is a boutique hotel experience, and NOT one of the "all-inclusive" resorts with butlers, beaches, booze etc. In that sense, it may not be for everyone. And if you rent a car, as we did, you'll want an AWD vehicle as the last 200 meters to the propety is pretty rough. A/C units in the bedrooms kept us comfortable. Overall: exceptional value, stunning views, great dining, memorable experience.

Had a wonderful stay at Crystals and, due to a very last minute cancellation, we were upgraded to Silver Palms. What an amazing villa. We own timeshare at Windjammer which we love but this felt like a true home. ||Gorgeous living area with very high ceilings and constant breeze. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was good. The shower in the Red Room was decidly quirky and not always hot but as it was v hot outside I didn’t mind much. ||We relaxed here with our friends, who were staying at Papaya and had fun visiting each other’s accommodation and having snacks and drinks after days out exploring the area. .||The views and pool at Silver Palms are wonderful and the pool very spacious for swimming.||We were well looked after by the staff and breakfasts were lovely.||Our meal at Treetops with our friends plus a guest appearance by Monica, was very good. . The lamb rogan Josh and chickpea curry were highlights. Thanks to Solange for her organisation, hospitality and generosity. ||We are booked into LemonGrass next time which is lovely but I have to say that Silver Palms was exceptional. ||Thanks to everyone!

We booked the Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary and have dinner at Treetops, the hotel’s award winning restaurant serving Indian-Caribbean fusion food. We stayed two days at the hotel; the location was stunning with views across to the Pitons and the rainforest. We stayed in a uniquely furnished one bedroom villa, with its own plunge pool and local breakfast was served in the villa each day. The staff were welcoming and made our stay a complete delight. The Treetops restaurant is a unique experience, blending both the informality with understated elegance and outstanding food appealing to a variety of tastes. The restaurant team clearly enjoyed their roles, and each added to a great evening. The hotel and its restaurant are a gem – we look forward to returning in the near future. Thanks to Monica, Martin and Jessica and the team for a great stay!
