We stayed at the Sugar Cane villa and it was beyond beautiful. From the breathtaking view of the Pitons to the exquisite and vintage design of the villa itself. The staff was beyond friendly and check in was a breeze. We had a wonderful dinner at the Treetop restaurant as well, such warm n happy staff. And let me not start on breakfast, we felt like royalty! Thank you for an unforgettable time

AMAZING! If you are considering staying at Crystals, BOOK IT! We had a fantastic stay the entire trip. We stayed in the Papaya villa and loved it. Plenty of space, great views, and close to everything we wanted to do in Soufriere. We will be back. The owner met us twice during our stay and it was fun learning her story. Breakfast served to your villa each morning and pool is cleaned immediately after breakfast each day. Property staff communicate with you via whatsapp messenger. There is a restaurant on property open for dinner daily except Thursday and Sunday. I highly recommend eating there at least once during your stay.||If you can have Bradley assist with concierge services, DO IT! We worried about nothing from the time we landed in St. Lucia until we got back on the plane. He made it super easy, fun, and stress free.||There are so many wonderful things to say about Crystals that I cannot even remember them all. I hope you get the opportunity to stay one day.

Staying here was going to be the highlight of our drive around St Lucia and wow it didn't disappoint. Its rustic charm, unique treehouse appearance and absolutely amazing villa (the papaya room with the best view) was exceptional. This isn't pretending to be some perfect hotel resort and that's why we loved it so much. The photographs on its website do not do it justice, the papaya room exceeded expectations with one of the bathrooms having an outdoor shower and if the viewing platform of the pitons with the pool wasn't enough we were delighted with the little side balcony with a perfect view of the hilly rainforest. Our villa was bigger than we expected with lovely unique pieces of furniture. |Breakfast was bought to our room every morning and was just the right amount complimented with freshly squeezed juice. We used the coffee facilities in our room to supplement the wholesome and well balanced breakfast. We ate in the restaurant one night and can see why it is the number one place to eat, a delicious set menu! The restaurant is beautiful and again very unique. The staff are lovely and helpful and the bar staff love to make individual cocktails complete with plenty of humour. The owner is lovely and spends time chatting to you, making sure you are happy and well looked after. |It's not far from Soufriere but a hilly journey to get there with the track to the villas being a bit of a bumpy track.

Here’s a perfectly formatted 5-star Google review for Crystals Villa Hotel — just copy and paste: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Magical Stay! Crystals Villa Hotel is a true hidden gem in Soufrière, St. Lucia. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the Pitons, the peaceful atmosphere, and the stunning design of the villas. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a rustic Caribbean charm. The private pool and view from the villa made every morning feel like a dream. The staff were warm, professional, and made me feel completely at home. Whether you’re here for a romantic escape, a special celebration, or just to relax, this is the place to be. Highly recommend Crystals Villa Hotel

My husband and I love a good all inclusive resort, but wanted something more romantic and unique for my birthday trip. Crystals exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the Calabash villa and were very pleased with the cleanliness, beautiful decor, delicious breakfast, and of course the amazing views of the Pitons. We could also see the volcano and Caribbean Sea. The birds and tree frogs serenaded us day and night. We enjoyed opening all the doors and allowing the breeze to flow through the treehouse. We liked the pool, although the water was a little cool for me, as it sits on the back of this villa. |The linens and towels were nice quality, as were the soaps and toiletries. |We definitely recommend having dinner in Tree Top Restaurant! It had an exotic feel with the stunning decor and delicious cuisine. And, let the bartender design a drink just for you! |We rented a car at the airport and had no problems navigating. Crystals feels remote, but is actually just minutes to all the great attractions in Saint Lucia. |We recommend Crystals and plan to return!

My husband and I stayed here in February, to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary. We were treated so exceptionally well, it felt like a second honeymoon! The staff are super friendly and accommodating, and the owners really put a special touch on everything- from the decor that Monica hand picks from around the world, to learning about Martin’s family history with the land. We got extremely lucky and were able to have a somewhat last minute booking due to a cancellation. We stayed in Mango for the majority of the time, with our last night in Silver Palms. All I can say is- WOW. The views are incredible from both villas. You have everything you need to live like a local (your own pool, kitchen), but with all the expert help of a hotel staff. Everyone was super generous with us- we received a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday, we had a VERY special dinner table at the restaurant on the night of our anniversary with a picture perfect view of the sunset over the pitons, and Monica even invited us for a drink after dinner with another couple of guests. It was so lovely to get to know the people behind this fantastic unique hotel, and meet fellow travelers. That is what makes this hotel stand apart from others. We have traveled all over the globe and it is rare to find such warm and sincere hospitality. Our car broke down one day, and Martin and Simeon gave us sandwiches while we waited several hours for the car rental place to bring a new battery. The breakfast every day was delicious (the coconut cinnamon pancakes are the best pancakes I have ever had, seriously) and varied just enough so you don’t get bored. Also the fact that it is brought to your room at no extra charge is truly luxurious. I also had a massage right in our villa, which was exceptional. I brought my yoga mat and did yoga on the terraces of both villas, another perk. I adored the outdoor rock shower in Mango. There is so much character and appreciation of art in this entire hotel, which I appreciated as an artist. I also personally love treehouses, so this was a dream hotel for me. The last night, we got to stay in Silver Palms, and it was such a magical way to end this wonderful stay. That villa is perfect for a large family. Thank you Monica, Martin, and the whole Crystals staff- we hope to come back one day!

The hotel was nothing short of spectacular. We stayed in the Mango Room which has a full kitchen, 2 full baths, a large living room, and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has 2 walk out balconies with chairs and breath taking views of the tree tops and ocean on one side and a unobstructed view of the Pitons on the other side. And of course, your own private pool with 2 lounge chairs. But bring your own beach towels as the hotel does not supply them. The bedrooms are air conditioned, but the rest of the villa was not, which was fine with us as we were usually by the pool. The owner of the hotel, Monica, was very friendly sharing a fun night of wine and dancing with guests. That kind of personal interaction and attention really makes a place stand out! There is even a concierge who comes to your room to help you plan your time on the island. Bradley was very helpful and he runs a taxi company where we were provided the opportunity to book a private taxi through the hotel (this is a separate cost and you pay the taxi company directly at check out) and had the same fantastic local driver name Jonavin the entire week we were there. Yes, the taxi service can be a bit pricey, but what taxi service isn't. However, I would not recommend getting a rental car as some of the roads were not paved and were bumpy. Some were not paved for 2 cars at the same time to pass each other. When we wanted to go into town, Jonavin walked with us to the shops and to the Bank and it seemed like everyone on the island knew him. He also provided us with local history and pointed out certain spots of interest. He was willing to take us any where we wanted to go, including dropping us off at the beach and coming back several hours later. I have never had such personal service from any driver anywhere. He was great! We ate at the hotel restaurant several times during the week where they change their menu each night to include a starter, a main course and desert where you can eat overlooking the tree tops. We had some trouble in the room lighting the stove and closing the safe (it needed batteries) but the staff was there within 2 minutes to help. To get to the room you do have to walk up a narrow uneven pathway, so that may be something for you to consider, but the staff carried our luggage to and from our hotel room with ease and every day brought a wonderful breakfast to our room with a great variety and probably the best fresh juices I have ever had. I usually like to visit new place but this is a place I would love to come back to in the future.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our perfect stay in the Papaya Villa at Crystals. My husband and I chose St. Lucia to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. It has been truly amazing. We did not want the typical resort feel but also wanted to be comfortable. Monica has created the perfect place! Crystals has been the perfect place for us and we will definitely be back again! The villa is well appointed with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. There is always a nice breeze but there is AC also if you prefer. We loved having so many beautiful views from our Villa. We used the outdoor shower most of the time because it’s just a great experience. The pool is nice but the water temperature was a little cool for us. Someone comes each day to bring a lovely breakfast and clean the pool. Crystals has partnered with concierge Bradley. I didn’t know what to expect from his services but he made the entire trip feel like we had a private tour each day. The 1st morning of our stay, Bradley came to meet us and go over everything we were wanting to do on the trip. He then called and made all arrangements. We set up times and discussed costs. Our driver the entire trip was amazing! Johnavin treated us as friends and we learned a lot about St. Lucia. Our trip would not have been so wonderful without his help. Thank you to everyone for making this a memorable anniversary.
