I tried this restaurant for lunch based on the excellent reviews it received. It was a good experience. The service is welcoming, fluent in Italian but a bit hazardous in English.
My starter was a Guinea fowl broth with homemade semolina dumplings. It was very very tasty, with lots of veggies and buttery dumplings.
My main was branzino (sea bass) with sorrel, carrots and mashed potatoes. It was a great
combo and very tasty and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were the best I have had ins while. Only downside, the branzino was not very fresh and you could taste it as well as see it.
I had pear caramel mousse for dessert and it was not great.
The sommelier Pinot noir recommendation was a great one!
