"Cuba Libro, Vedado. Cuba Libro is a unique cafe/bookstore/cultural center with an awesome mix of Cubans and foreigners. Inexpensive drinks in a laid-back atmosphere, with space to read, study, socialize, play chess, or even nap. They've got parties with art and a DJ every few weeks on Saturday evenings."

Cuba Libro is an oasis in Havana. A haven for like minded folks. The food and coffee are good. Conversations are better. And there are many books for one to browse through. A real respite in the city. We encourage people to support such independent and welcoming businesses. Prices are very fair too.

Really solid place that I hope stays operational for a long time. Was a pleasure to study there and teally affordable prices so it's really student friendly. One Cuban book I wanted wasn't for sale sadly (it was more of a booklet related to environmental cultural education in the country) but will def go back in the area when I can.

As others have said, a real find. About 300 used English language books—mostly fiction, but some memoirs, history and other non-fiction when I visited. Good cappuccino. Pleasant seating areas.

Very welcoming, inclusive, and artsy vibes here! A great menu - one of the only menus that we found in Cuba with tea and iced coffee! Used books for sale, mostly in English, so if you need reading material for your vacation or flight home you can pick something up for a minimal price. They give back to the community in many ways, so if you’ve brought items like toiletries, etc. you can donate them here and know they’ll be distributed to Cuban people in need.

This little cafe/bookstore is a unique place for Havana. Just at the edge of Vedado, there's lots of diferent quiet seating spots spread around the shop. Good coffee and we got hooked on the super-sweet chocolate croissant. It's an English language bookstore, yet it was busy. Also, the owner allows you to drop off donations (medicine or food or whatever) that they deliver to needy folks in Cuba.

We had coffee here today and had a great time! I would recommend stopping by if you are nearby. We actually went there to drop off donations we brought with us because this place assists several people and schools in the community. If you want to have a drink and food at a cool place that cares about people this is it! Follow them on social media!

A little oasis of calm, greenery and good coffee, with bonus books and games. We had a delicious, simple lunch here of bread, fresh cheese, honey and salsa verde, along with a couple of rounds of Sushi Go.

Best place we had (lovely lovely) coffee in Cuba (nov 2018)! Amazing atmosphere just what you'd expect from its name. If I'm lucky enough to ever go to Cuba again, I will definitely visit again
