I visited Singapore at the end of last month and was impressed by the warm and welcoming service from the front counter staff. Although the lighting in the room was not in good condition, the staff came in, took the time to understand our situation, and resolved the issue promptly, which enabled me to fully enjoy my stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. However, I did notice a few Mamee crumbs inside the locker, so extra attention to cleanliness would make the stay perfect.

Our recent stay provided a highly positive experience. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and attentiveness. The breakfast offerings adequately supported our morning activities. The cleanliness of both the bedroom and restroom was commendable, particularly due to the implementation of a slipper policy. For enhanced safety, we recommend the installation of rubber bumpers on sharp edges, especially in the bedroom area, including the overhead stairs and capsule bed entrances. Despite this minor suggestion, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. We anticipate returning and express our sincere gratitude.

If you're on a budget, this place is perfect. Very cheap! -Clean, but not spotless. -Breakfast available -Close to bus stops and MRT. -The room felt cold at first, but inside the cabin it was comfortable. I like it cold, so I opened the blinds a bit to let in the AC. -Hot water available. -Hairdryer provided, but it’s weak, hot air with little airflow. Glad I brought my own. -Folding table is tilted, so my stuff kept sliding off. -Cabin lighting is dim; the reading light is bright but not great for makeup. Thank goodness for my LED portable mirror. -Other guests are quiet and respectful. They tend to be a bit noisy in the morning because they’re packing and preparing to check out, but only slightly. -If you're a light sleeper, then it's not recommended -Surrounded by many restaurants, with a Seven Eleven nearby.

I'm satisfied with what I got for the price. The place is comfortable and well-suited for a short trip. The receptionist is very friendly and polite—whenever I needed something, they were always ready to help. The cleanliness of the toilet is decent, and breakfast is provided every morning. It's also conveniently located, with a bus stop just around 100 meters from the hotel. If you're traveling alone on a tight budget and planning for a short stay at Singapore, I highly recommend this place.

The capsules themselves are quite comfortable and clean, but there was not very good storage solutions for bags, the door to our dorm didn’t lock, and the bathrooms are only cleaned 2x/day so are quite messy (and there are not nearly enough bathrooms, they were almost always busy). Also it is very noisy from outside so bring earplugs for sure. Location was quite central but note that cars cannot access the street so you will have to walk from one block over. There is also no elevator so you need to bring your suitcase up a steep flight of stairs. Overall though I slept fine and it was OK for the price.

Nice place, but very hard to sleep sometimes. We stayed 3 days, and it was not easy, too noisy. Apart from that, the people are cool, the shared toilets and showers are clean. Thanks also for the position, very nice surrounding with the mosque and cool restaurants/bars

A great place to stay if you are looking for affordable and reliable accommodation. Placed near the Sultan Mosque so it’s easy to look for Halal Places if you are a Muslim. The receptionist is very helpful and we look forward to our next stay here!

Booked this hotel on Agoda by mistake. Immediately sent them an email to cancel it. But their response “sorry this booking non-cancellable, non-refundable”. Like, is there no room for negotiations? The booking is one week away, not the night or even a couple of days before. I had immediately emailed them as soon as I discovered the error. As a consumer, how is this different than me walking out of a shop and discovering I had bought the wrong item? Any good business practice will allow refund or exchange. I know I won’t get my money back. I’m putting it out here for companies to start practicing better business when consumers make mistakes. Similar to how we as consumers are expected to understand their errors if the case were reversed.
